I purchased a bed on May 3, 2011. I did not receive any confirmation email, only the confirmation number that I printed from the website. On May 13th, I contacted them in concerns of never receiving an email and sent them an email as well. I did receive an email from them with the order information. At this time, David ** told me that the expected delivery date would be May 27, 2011. I was told that someone would contact me a few days before with tracking information as well as to schedule a delivery time since it is a big item.

I never received anything. I attempted to contact the company on May 27th to find out what was going on and did not get in touch with anyone until June 3, 2011. At this time, Arnold ** told me that the item was received damaged and another one would need to be shipped. He said that I could get the bed by June 10, 2011. This date came and went and I then contacted him again on June 13th with no luck. I called everyday for the entire week and nobody would ever answer, only an automated service that someone would be right with me, basically an endless music on hold.

I finally got in touch with Arnold on the evening of June 16th and he told me that I would not get delivery until June 20th and still no bed. I called on June 22nd, and David answered the phone. I gave him my order number and he put me on hold and never came back on the line. I waited for 1 1/2 hours. I tried calling them several times today waiting for 1+ hours each time and still no answer. I have disputed the charges with American Express because Just My Shopping charged my credit card within 24 hours and I already paid the bill from AmEx.

I don't believe that I will ever receive the bed and if I did, I would doubt the the quality and condition. I am totally frustrated and I cannot tolerate fraud. This company needs to be taken offline as I see that there has been many complaints identical to mine.

I ordered two bar stools from this company that were in stock. My credit card was charged immediately. Six weeks later, I have received shipment of "parts" for one bar stool from different models. The back and legs are a different color and the seat base does not even fit onto the legs. When calling the company, I was told that everything I received was correct and more items are coming. I said, "I don't want any of this stuff, only the two bar stools that I have ordered." They lied to me and told me that it was what I am getting. The items look nothing like the photos online.

I have requested a refund, but have not heard back on my request. Their policy is regardless of the reason, the consumer is responsible for shipping the items back and forth and a 15% restocking fee. So, even if they send me something broken or incorrect, it is my problem to ship it back and pay for them to restock it! I have filed a dispute with my credit card company, as well as fraud charges. One person I spoke with, whom my caller I.D. read as "Casa Elegante," proceeded to belittle me for being upset, and was amazingly rude. I have never been spoken to so poorly by a "customer service" person!

I ordered a leather love seat, however I never received a confirmation email. After several calls, I finally received one. Time passed, no love seat was delivered, so I called and was told they would get back to me. It went on for a few more times. Finally I called and demanded to know and I was told they were out of the color I ordered. I was never emailed about this. Terrible service, terrible attitude!

In September 2010, I was contact by Arnold and asked to quote repairs to furniture they sold to a lady near to me. In late October 2010, they agreed to the quote and asked me to do the repairs. I had to special order some materials, and performed the repairs in early November 2010. I invoiced justmyshopping.com on November 9, 2010. It is now March 19, 2011, and these ripoff artists still have not paid me. So essentially, they got the services of myself and assistant for most of a day, as well as repair materials, gas, etc. without paying a dime for it. justmyshopping.com is a scam! Do not buy from them or do any repair work for them.

I purchased 4 lamps on December 27, 2011. My credit card was charged on 12/29/11. After repeated emails and calls to find out where the lamps were, I was told they were damaged in the warehouse and could not ship. I cancelled the order on 2/1/11 and still have not received a refund despite numerous emails. The response I get is the money will be there any day now.

I wanted to try this merchant as I had a 25% coupon so I ordered a dining room buffet. It was listed as in-stocks. After a month, when they delivered the shipments, they arrived cracked (not necessarily the merchant's fault, could have been the shipper's). I was assured that they would redeliver shortly and will use a different shipper.

It took another five months to be delivered. I must have called more than 10 times. Nobody truly cared about my order. When the buffet arrived, it was the same shipper. The buffet came in one piece, but the shipper indicated that they were not allowed to carry the furniture into the house. With every other online merchant that sells furniture that I have ever ordered from, this was never a concern.

As a result, a 300-pound piece of furniture sat in my driveway until I could call some family or friends to help bring it into the house that evening. Thankfully, the weather was favorable that day.

I purchased home furnishing products from justmyshopping.com on Dec 12, 2010. The company charged my Visa credit card for the full amount of $413.82 on Dec 13. The shipment would supposedly take place 24 to 48 hours after purchase. As of Dec 20, I had not received our shipment and our order had not changed status from "shipment processing, step 2". I contacted the company by website inquiry. A service rep, Arnold **, responded to my inquiry via email stating that our order was being prepped for shipping, that we would receive the products between Jan 3, 2011 and Jan 10, 2011, and that I would receive a phone call prior to shipment. I contacted Arnold requesting a tracking number and name of the company that would be delivering our products. He stated that there were no tracking numbers to provide to me, and that the carrier was "theirs". On January 3rd, I contacted Arnold again seeking name of the carrier of our order and seeking an update on our shipment that was supposedly coming that week. I finally received a reply on January 5th stating that the warehouse rep indicated that our order was confirmed on the transfer list, but that we were now scheduled for shipment in the week of January 10th --not the week of January 3rd.

He said that our order had arrived at the "hub station" and was "going through inspection". I again asked for the name of the carrier, as well as the hub station location and contact information. The company did not provide me with this information. On January 11th, Arnold assured me that I would be getting a call any day this week to schedule delivery. As of January 14th, I had not been contacted for delivery. I called Arnold ** again. This time, Arnold said we would not be receiving our shipment today (this week as promised) and that the order was still going through inspection. I notified Arnold that I wanted to cancel the order as I continued to get an intensifying suspicion that I was being scammed. He told me to email him my cancellation and refund request, I did so on January 14. He told me I would have to wait 7 to 14 days for a refund to arrive. I told him that was unacceptable as I paid by credit card, a refund should be able to be applied to that card within a few days. I asked to speak to the billing department, Arnold refused to transfer me, telling me that billing does not talk to customers. I asked to speak with a supervisor --the supervisor, Ron, was not available.

At this point, I am waiting to receive reliable indication that I will receive a refund, and am waiting to speak with a supervisor and/or a billing representative. After I began having trouble getting my shipment from this company, I searched to reports and found numerous negative reports --many of which sounded eerily similar to my experience, including the excuses for non-shipment as well as difficulty in receiving a refund. I have filed a complaint with the United States FTC, consumeraffairs.com, and the Better Business Bureau.

On July 14, I purchased a microwave cart from this company. I received a confirmation email the same day that my order would be shipped between 7-14 business days after order processing and that it would be shipped by Ground Shipping. However, no company was listed. I liked the free shipping but now, I know why it's free. It never occurs! I contacted the company's customer service on August 18 and emailed them over 1 month after the original order because the item had not yet arrived.

I was told that they would send me an email with shipping date. I never got any information. I was leaving for vacation on August 29 so I called customer service again on or about August 27 to request information on the order. The customer service guy said, "Oh my God, you haven't received that yet?" What a response! I told him I didn't and he said again, he would email me with the information on delivery date. I told him I must know since I was going on vacation and had to have a neighbor pick up the box when it was delivered for me.

I got an email that it would take 24-48 business hours for them to respond to my email. I got an email dated September 1 that my microwave cart was on the transfer list', whatever that is! And that they would put a tracer on it. I received no information as of September 2, so I called the customer service line again and I was told that they put a tracer on it. It is now September 9 and no word. This company is a sham! Don't buy from them. I am not paying for this item on my credit card bill and am informing my credit card company that these people are frauds.

I ordered a Rocker/Glider July 16th, 2010 and today is August 25th and I have yet to see my rocking chair. First it was scheduled to be here August 4th-August 11th and never showed up. Every time I call, they tell me there is no tracking number because it is a freight item. Then all of a sudden, I have a tracking number from UPS and it is scheduled to be here tomorrow. The shipping date is August 19th on it. I am pretty sure they never even shipped it until the 19th but kept telling me over email and phone they it would be here any day. I really wanted this rocking chair before my daughter was born. She will be 3 weeks old tomorrow.

I ordered two bar stools for a total of $143 on June 8th. My card was quickly charged but there was no email from them letting me know that my order had gone through. Four weeks later, I wondered where my stools were and called. They assured me the stools would arrive the next day. Well, only the back parts of the stools arrived a few days later (mid-July).

When I saw the stools backs, I realized that they were not tall enough so I called, not only to check and see where the rest of the shipment was, but to see if I could return the stools. They said I have to wait until the rest of the shipment arrives and they will send instructions on how to return. However, they said I will be charged a 15% restocking fee and I will have to pay full return shipping. At this point I don't care how much I get back. I just want something back. It is now almost 7 weeks after I placed the order and my card was charged, and I still only have two chair backs. I call often and they put me on hold and no one ever picks up the phone again. I'm glad I only paid $143 for these and not more!

Do not buy from this company. We purchased a set of 2 dining room chairs on May 24. On May 25, our card was charged, but we received absolutely no notification from Just My Shopping. After receiving no product, my husband called mid-June to find out we should receive the packages no later than June 24. We did receive the packages on June 24, 2 chair backs and one cushion. My husband contacted the company via email the same evening, and received no response. He called later, and was told they never received the email.

He was then told they would look into it, and get back to us. Of course, we heard nothing. Several phone calls later, all we have been told is that it is the warehouse's fault, and they will re-ship the missing pieces. At this point, I do not believe a word they say. Arnold will not let me talk to anyone besides him.

In short, they have our money, and we have 3 useless pieces. Buyers, beware!

On Jan 15, 2010, I ordered four bar stools, in stock and ships in five days. As of June 23, I still do not have all of my bar stools. The one that I do have came in numerous pieces and in numerous shipments and I have had to assemble everything. I received virtually one per month and received three broken stools. I was sent parts of furniture that had no resemblance to a bar stool. They even sent me a dresser drawer. I was close to their office and asked to visit them and they would not send me the address. Twenty mistakes later, it was all the warehouses fault. Do not buy from this website. They are ripping the public of and it's totally amazing that they are still in business. They are smart enough to be able to have all corners covered with the credit card companies. Trust me, you are never getting your money back.

I purchased the following product via their website on 02/09/2008 at 04:00:38 PM, order #** South Shore Bisque Finish, Night Stand Model# MAB547-93N for $490.00 on my Citibank VISA Card. The product was damaged when it arrived so we immediately shipped it back to them via their instructions. We also provided UPS tracking detail to them so they could verify they had received the item back into stock. I have tried numerous times to get them to ship replacement. They always say they are researching it, but never act or follow up. We have provided the detail including damage pictures, UPS shipment documentation, our order detail, etc., to them 3 times and have been told each time to wait for them to get back to us. They never get back to us. In the meantime, I have paid the Visa amount in March of 2008, 11 months ago, and do not have a way to get the $490 back from them. They will not respond to requests for a refund and will not ship a replacement unit to us as they stated they would. Do not do business with this company.

I purchased a King Pulaski Bed on March 4th, 2010. Over the course of 4 months, I was told twice that the bed broke and was shipped back to the warehouse. I was told I would receive a refund for the hassles (I never received the bed and they did not refund). So I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges explaining the whole mess to them and they fought for me to get my money back. The credit card company finally was able to retrieve my money back to my card almost 5 months from the purchase date! Do not purchase from this website. They do not deliver products. Only two people work here, Arnold and David. They have very poor customer service. Do not trust them!

I had a very frustrating encounter with this company that ultimately resulted in me not getting my order and filing a dispute with my credit card company. I had read the reviews on this site before ordering, but I hoped I would be an exception. Well, I wasn't. Now I'm here to share my experience.

I ordered a coffee table on March 25, being led to believe it would ship out soon after my order, due to the wording around their products being "in stock" and "usually ships in 1 - 4 business days." I gave them a couple of weeks, understanding that furniture is unwieldy to ship; but 4 weeks passed and I had heard nothing. By the end of the fourth week, I started my follow-up assault. I would call every few days to check on status, and it was the same story--the table was being shipped from the West Coast and was on its way to the East Coast. There was no way for them to tell me exactly where it was and when it would arrive. Finally, one day, Arnold said that it was in my state and even suggested a delivery date a week from the day I called.

The week came and passed. No table. Nothing. Repeated phone calls from me over the course of several days finally yielded the information that the table was sitting in a warehouse and had been contracted to FedEx to deliver. Then I was told that there was a "scratch on the table" and it needed to be sent back. At this point, six weeks after I had put an order in, I filed a dispute with my credit company. I also let Justmyshopping know that I wanted my order cancelled. I didn't want to deal with the ridiculous timing and horrible customer service any longer.

I was ultimately credited back on my credit card in the amount of my original purchase, a full month's after my original order date; but the dispute was followed up with and closed by my credit card company. Without them, I think I'd still be waiting for a hopeless resolution. Please save your self the headache and frustration and pay the higher price somewhere else for better service. It's nice to hit on the lowest price advertised by this farce of a company, but in the end, having to fight for what you paid for just isn't worth it.

My wife ordered a table and chair set from JMS at the beginning of September 2009. Our credit card was charged immediately. When the furniture did not arrive on the date we were given, we called to check on it and we were told that it would arrive the "next" week. This happened a couple of weeks until we called to cancel our order around 10/17/09. David ** told us that they don't keep credit card information and that they couldn't credit the money back to our credit card, but they would send a check within 48-72 hours. When the check did not arrive, I called them and they said that they would re-cut the check and mail it again. Well, it's been several months and we have heard the same stories over and over again from Arnold and David **. We still have not received our refund check. I called and spoke to someone last week and after I threatened to take legal action against them, I was told that I would get a phone call back. To no surprise, I never heard back from anyone. I've sent numerous e-mails and made phone calls, but have yet to speak or get a reply from anyone. JMS owes us $993.25.

Not only were we out of $993.25, we still didn't have a table and chair set. We had to go elsewhere and buy another set, expecting the refund check to arrive. Well, since the check never arrived, we were still liable to pay for both sets. Right around the time we ordered the set from JMS, my wife lost her job and that money was very important to our financial well-being. This has been a great hassle and I hope that they learn their lesson. I would love for them to pay us our money back as well as all the legal fees it will take to recover the money.

I ordered a dresser around November 25th and still have nothing! After the third lie about shipment (the first trying to get more money out of me for their so called free shipping), I looked into this company and this is the first site that came up about fraud! I never received a bill until I told them to cancel my order about a week ago and now there is a bill. I can't believe this company is still in business! Hopefully my bank can help me out now! This is like terrorism! I never received furniture and still have a bill to deal with.

I had ordered a coffee table and a sofa table which were stated "in stock" on 9/26/09. After about a month after e-mailing the several times when I could expect delivery, I was told the sofa table was no longer available but he had the coffee table. I ordered a different sofa table to almost match the coffee table form a different store.

After e-mailing them several times to see when my coffee table would arrive I was told "not this Friday but next Friday, which was 2 weeks ago. I e-mailed them again and received an e-mail stating that the coffee table was damaged in transit and he does not have anymore. Here I bought everything else to match that coffee table and now I am stuck without a coffee table.

I can't believe what they put me through. Now I have to try to find a coffee table to match the sofa table which is not easy. I think they advertise items they don't even have to promote low prices. I don't like giving out my credit card information to companies that don't deliver items they advertise.

My experience is similar to the other complaints I've read about. I ordered a cabinet of drawers about 2.5 weeks ago. I received confirmation of my order the same day via email. After 48 hours and no update I sent e-mail asking about my order status and received no reply. It was shortly after that I discovered this website listing all the horror stories about Justmyshopping.com. Now fearing that I may never recieve my cabinet or in one piece; I called their 1-800 number to cancel my order. I also talked to a very rude person who stated my cabinet was in processing stage and would ship out next week and could not be cancelled. I argued with him for several minutes about not responding to my e-mail and not receiving any e-mails about my cabinet shipping. I knew my cabinet could not possibly be shipping in a week as my payment still had not even been processed at which point I hung up on the indivdual as I was getting nowhere. I called my credit card company and confirmed that Justmy shopping had not charged my card yet and I cancelled my credit card. I encourage everyone not to purchase from this website.

We purchased 5 rocking chairs from Justmyshopping.com in Aug 2009. We cancelled 1 chair on our order Sep 17,2009 and received the other 4 chairs. One chair was broken apparently in shipment. Today is Oct 30, 2009 and we have not received a refund for the cancelled chair or have we received the parts to replace the broken chair. We have been in contact with Arnold from customer service. Who tells us the check is in the mail, which we have now heard this for a month. Today we find out that they are out of stock on parts for our broken chair and do not have any other chairs they can substitute. I have sent emails and spoke to Arnold trying to speak to someone in Management and they are not in. The excuse is they just stepped out or they are at lunch and so on. When you call the Justmyshopping.com it gives you 3 options sales, customer service and accounting. I have tried them all to get some type of a resolution and it never fails Arnold answers the phone. When I ask him where is someone in accounting he responds "I am the only one here right now". This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, they do not respond to emails and no one from management has ever called me or responded to my emails. So we are now going to be waiting for 2 checks in the mail, because Arnold says, "The refunds have to be done separately".

I ordered a chest of drawers about 4 weeks ago. I received confirmation of my order a day later via email. they advertised that it usually ships in 1-4 days. After 2 weeks I emailed...no reply (they advertise that they reply to emails within 24-48 hours. I emailed a few days later and still no reply. I emailed again and still no reply. After 3 weeks, I went on the live chat site and talked to a very rude David W who gave me a song an dance about shipping AFTER the processing date and something about the freight company not having tracking numbers, but to expect my delivery in a week. It's been a week, so I emailed again only to find out that this David w cancelled my order. Now I want to know why and no one will return my calls, email or chat line. What a way to run a business!

I ordered a barstool on July 17, 2009. Within two days Just my shopping deducted the money from my account. I was not given a tracking number or a estimated delivary dat. I still see the product on their site now on sale and in stock and saying it will ship in four days. All I know is these people have my money and I have nothing. I did call and the customer service person only could tell me rhat they would e- mail me when they get ready to ship. I will never purchase anything from these people again. I make lots of on line purchases and this is my first bad experience. I am wondering if I have been ripped off for the first time on line

I ordered a filing cabinet whose status on the Just My Shopping website was listed as "in stock" with shipment within 48 hours. About five days after my initial order, the Just My Shopping website indicated the order status as "shipped", but no tracking info was provided or sent to me. Twelve days after the initial order, I called customer service to try to get tracking information. I was told that no tracking information was available but that the item had already shipped and I should expect it within 1-2 days. Eight days later (3 weeks since initial order), I called again and was told that the item was damaged en route and that I could receive the item with a 20% discount. I declined their offer and was told they would contact me later the same day about a replacement being shipped. Needless to say, it's not going to come any time soon, if at all. I'm calling my credit card company and disputing the charges. This place is a total scam outfit. They charge your card, lie and tell you the item has shipped and then threaten to charge you restocking fees if you try to cancel the order. Meanwhile, they search for a random distributor to ship the item, likely low-cost seconds/damaged inventory.

I ordered a hutch from Just My Shopping that cost $1819. I put it on my Walmart Discover card. Received the hutch majorly damaged, so would not accept it...sent it back on same truck. They called me and asked if I wanted another hutch...after they had told me it was the last one! I said no way...they didn't do anything to protect the last one, just give me a refund on my credit card. Didn't happen. I called at least 5 times...kept having the manager tell me it would come off...never did. Every time I called him back he told the girl that answered the phone to tell me he'd call me back and never did...that happened several times. I had my lawyer contact them. No response. I reported them to The Better Business Bureau. I just received a letter today stating that it's been almost 2 years since the purchase date, so the company will only give back half the amount!!!! I have been going after them for 2 years! Do not ever buy anything from these people...they are a fraud! I am still working with the Better Business Bureau and hope some justice will be done.

placed order on 1/23/09 called on 1/28 when order status on website never progressed past NEW SALE. Was told the order was in process that day the status changed to shipping 1 of 3 on the web site.

Contacted them again to determine if product would / could be received by be on or before 2/6 was told it was possible and they would expedite order but could not guarantee. Continued to follow order noted no change on website and never recieved order acknowldegment or shipping documents but noted that my credit card had been charged on Jan 28 for the order.


Called again on Feb 3 and talked to a Gloria or Georgia (lady) and was told the order was still being processed. She then sent me an email with the order acknowledgment and a thank you email stating the order should be shipping soon and I would receive something regarding shipment.


I called back and told them to cancel the order because it was not progressing as promised. I then recieved a phone calls from David who argued with me about the transaction. Then received a call from Anthony telling me the items shipped on January 30 so I could not cancel the order. I told him I was told the previous day that the order had not been processed. He stated yes it has and I asked for tracking information or a bills of lading. I was told they could not provide that. I again stated cancel the order and I contacted my credit card company and requested to dispute the charge. Anthony then promised to send the shipping documentation but then followed up with an email stating that my zipcode was in a rural area and shipping would be higher but they would not charge me because I was not notified previously. Their website indicates that my zipcode does not incur additional fees associated with location (70791).


I inquired about this comment based on him not having shipping documentation and told him I wanted to cancel the order if shipping had not taken place that was the deal. then I asked for the bill of lading which he said he would send. I then did research on line for common carrier freight from California and New York (where he stated the furniture would be coming from) and noted shipping times are 3 - 5 days to my residential zip code from California and 3 - 4 days from New York and capabilities from major carries such as yellow freight, saia, fed x llp (or something), ups home and many others. This service provided a list of about 20 different carriers with rates for transportation of furniture with estimaated days.

I never received shipping documentation. I sent him this information and he called me and started yelling at me and told me I was a horrible customer and that I never wanted the furniture and I was just trying to give them a bad time. (I'm out 3900 dollars but I did not want the furniture) He said he would cancel the order but hedid not follow that up with an email.

I am waiting on paper work from my credit card company so I can dispute the charge (they recieved emails and responded)

My husband called and spoke to Anthony and told him if he did not send me a refund he would contact the FCC and FBI. Anthony stated that he did nto do anything wrong and my husband explained that he did when he charged my credit card without acknowledging the order or processing for shipment. Anthony told my husband that he turned the trucks around so I would not be recieving the furniture. I don't think it ever actually shipped. He also told him there would not be any shipping or restocking fees. I don't really believe anything they say and only time will tell if I receive a refund.

I purchased a full size loft bed with a futon built on underneath it, back on November 3rd 2008. The website shows both a mattress and a futon pad. It states that the mattress is not included, however nothing stated that the futon was not. It also states that it usually ships within 4 to 6 business days. They told us that someone would be delivering it and assembling it. Not only did it take them over a month to deliver it, but it arrived damaged and with no futon pad and they laughed at us when we told them that we were told someone would help assemble it. When I spoke to the gentleman on the phone about this, he said that the futon was not included, however on the website, it states that only the "mattress is not included". But nothing states that the futon mattress does not.

When I told him that it is miss leading, he said I was "reading it wrong"? I am out ragged that I spent over $600 on this item and not only did it take over a month to receive it, but it was damaged and missing a key part to it. I feel that they are misleading the public and that I should have received what they state is the "product description". I am angry at these internet websites, that think that they can manipulate us the consumer and get away with it. They now have made their money from me, and also have my credit card number. I now have to spend an additional lump sum of money to correct their discrepancy! What ever happened to "good business"?


Ordered a 3 piece bar unit in March, 2008. never received until June. When shipped it was damaged. Not happy with product nor support from customer service group. In fact they were down right no help at all. Told them I no longer wanted the product nor wanted to deal with their company. Said if I did not take delivery of a second unit I was responsibile for reshipping. When back on forth on this when I finally agreed to pay a portion. To this date 12/12/08 I have received nothing back from them. Repeatedly sent emails and letters to them as well as a compliant to the New York BBB. They are also on their list.

They are using he BBB logo without their permission. It is stated on their website. Not sure how they get away with that. It seems like these people do not care about customer relations at all.

Its been 9 months since I placed the initial order. I have nothing to show for it and I'm out $1500.00. Although their T&C's state that the consumer is responsible for reshipping and restocking fee's I feel this is a situation where the goods were damaged, the customer service department have no customer service skills whatsoever and I did not want to deal with them any longer. I gave them the ok for the restocking fee just to get some money returned. I still don't have anything. We work very hard for our money and in these economic times every dollar is important to us. This is down right unacceptable.

Customer unhappy with JUSTmyshopping! I purchased a dual Sonoma Brown reclining leather sofa in June, 2008, that took three months for the company to deliver to me. The sofa has two visible factory defects for which I sent letters and pictures on [numerous] dates. The company refused to do anything about it.
