On August 13th 2011, I bought a black wooden chain from this website and today, August 22nd, my order has not even been shipped as yet. The chain cost $22.49. I emailed them about getting a refund and they have yet to respond.

I'm pretty sure I have been scammed by these ** I just want a refund and my debit card information to be removed from their website so that they can't scam me in any other type of way.

I ordered a couple of items from JumpShive.com on December 30, 2010, not knowing that people had been having problems with the site. I also received a confirmation number and nothing else. I've called the number and used the live help link. No one answers the phone. I get a recording each time I call, and no one responds to my emails. The money was debited out of my account on December 31, 2010. They have an affiliate site called Hip Hop Jewelry Kings.com. I also got no response from that site.

I bought a chain off jumpshive.com and they gave me a confirmation number and that was it. I sent them a message but they never replayed and I spent bout 1200 on it and I want my ** in money back because I will drive up there and find them just get my money but to everybody that site is fake ** hell. They took my money and I never heard from them again. I hope you can shut down that site cause they did get me for my money.

I ordered from this website and received a confirmation # and that was it. No email telling shipping status or anything. I tried to use the live chat on the website and it was not connected. I emailed the customer service and no answer. I called the local number in New Orleans and no answer. They deducted the $45 from my account the day after I ordered. This has got to be a bogus site!

I placed an order on their website that stated they had been in business since 1999 in New Orleans. The order was only for around $27. I put it on my credit card and they sent me a confirmation number. That was the last I heard from them. I have sent many e mails and many phone calls to their 800 number resulted only in reaching a voice mail box. I cannot get an answer from anyone. The consequence is loss of around $27.
