I have been banned from this site after complaining about all the problems I've had. The site is poorly maintained, has constant annoying ads (some of which override my pop-up blocker), frequent harassment in chat rooms and between charity teams, all of which is basically ignored by support personnel. The most recent complaint (regarding the ads which were overriding my pop-up blocker) resulted in tech support calling me a liar rather than admitting that these ads existed even after I had sent them screenshots of three of the offending ads. The problem was that the ads were for affiliates of iWon and they did not want to take these ads down.
I was also called a liar in regards to others who had complained about these ads and other similar ads. I was repeatedly told that I was the only one who had complained, therefore, the problem had to be within my computer. They demanded my computer information (browser, ISP, virus/firewall info, etc) and when I refused to provide it, they just blew me off. In the three months that I have played consistently on this site, not a day has gone by that I have not dealt with games that crashed, coins that were not counted, harassment. Contacts with tech support go virtually ignored. If you do get a response, it's a form letter. No correction of the problem ever happens as the site continues to have the same problems to this day.
