I ordered a George Foreman Grill, paid for it, and never received it. I have repeatedly called and emailed with no response. I'm now out of 50. This company is awful. Do not order from them!

I bought more than two months ago a Wine cellar from Cuisinart. Paid US260.00 for the item. First they tried to deliver a complete different model of wine cellar - Avanti black and also damaged. I complaint and they collect the wrong cellar promising deliver the right one - Cuisinart Dual Zone 15 bottles wine cellar.

After that they do not either refund the money or deliver the wine cellar. I sent several messages and also called the customer service without success. They do not answer the phone or just hang up when noticed that is me complaining about the request.
