I ordered what I thought was a new PING G15 driver through the GolfWholesaleShop website. It was portrayed as an authentic PING driver with all of the company's logo, specs, etc. present. The price was $179.99, which should have made me suspicious. It arrived about 10 days later (it was shipped from China). It appeared to be an original and in brand new condition. I used it several times and found it not to be performing as expected. I took it to an authorized PING representative who verified that it was a fake. A pirated PING driver that he said wasn't even a good fake. I contacted the company through the website and found there to be a 3-day return policy. I emailed the support/contact number and did receive multiple emails back from them. Ultimately, they suggested I keep the club and they would give me a $15.00 refund. I suggested that $15.00 was insulting and I didn't want the club because it was worthless. They have stopped responding to my emails.
