I was sent an email (not in Spam folder either) from this company stating that if I completed the surveys and completed two offers, then they would send me an iPad Touch for free. The email will contain iPad Testers wanted. The two offers I completed were for Disney movies and Gevalia coffee. They have not sent me the iPad Touch and when contacting them through their email, they give me the runaround.
First, they say I didn't complete all my information such as name, address, etc. Well, that is the very first thing you have to do in order to start the surveys, so I don't have a clue as to what they are talking about. In another email from them, they state I have the wrong email address and that it wasn't them? It's almost like they are contradicting themselves. I was given that email address by Disney, so I know it's correct. Is there anything I can do about this? Now I am obligated to commit to these offers by purchasing 5 movies in 2 years, and as far as the Gevalia coffee, I am also committed to purchasing so much within a year.
