I placed 3 orders with them for Mother's Day and 2 were acceptable, but the one that got delivered to my own mom was so simple and ugly, it doesn't even look similar to the one I ordered through the internet. I'm talking about the value and the arrangement the florist put together. I could do better than that. I'm very shocked about what was actually delivered.
I asked my brother to take a picture and email it to me because I live in another city. I don't expect it to be exactly like the one I order but hope it would look similar of equal or better value but it didn't. It looks like something you can get from a street flower shop. I wanted something special for my mom, so when I saw this arrangement on the internet, I decided to order from them. After I receive the email my brother sent me with the picture of the flowers, I wasn't happy at all. It appears to me that Flowersusa advertises one thing and delivers a different thing.
So, I sent them an email requesting a credit back because of how disappointed I am with their delivery. They didn't respond to my email, so I called them, they told me I should wait one or 2 business days for them to do the research on this and allow time for them to contact the local florist. I did call them 2 more times and even send the picture of the actual delivery to them, but Carl and Michael both told me that the flowers were equal value. Of course, they work for flowersusa.com. I didn't get the credit back and I received a very bad customer service from them.
