Latasha of Mesquite, TX February 5, 2009

I located a website and on it was my social along with my minor son's and his father. Not only did it list that it had our whole names, dob and address. I couldn't believe what I saw. I looked other family members up and explained to them what I saw along with telling him their information for the one's listed. The company was notified and I called all to be explain I need to contact someone else. I came across many publications over that year almost two that I couldn't get anyone's attention. I have documents showing how this wedsite violated my family and I along with others. The document had been posted for well over the time that I had saw it.

I have since had my identity stolen and being told even with the information and publication about privacy act Laws I'm being told well maam those are public documents. You most be kinding me. I have since after two years and having my identity stolen have been able to have them redact the information. However, that's not good enough for me or the other citizens that were violated. I can't point the finger towards the Texas Attorney General totally but I do know this they are part the blame. I know that alot of government office have been allowed to bully its citizens and have had to pay for it one way or another. I have had an application for assistance lost in the mail listing my socials and my kids and now someone has thought to file a tax return.

I feel like the agency requiring the same information once it's been supplied once should go by case numbers especially when having someone to send it by mail. Identity Theft I pay, you pay and the end we pay... We have lost alot due to id theft all because of so much information being shared.

I have lost my identity. I have lost sleep and time not knowing how someone or who of the three agency lead to this. A tax return in the amount of 3580 in my name done with my child by someone else. My other children identity has been stolen and I can't get too much information concerning that. I have saw and proof of the document shown on the net by the Texas Attorney General under City of Dallas website by CourtHouseDirect along with others information.
