I ordered the trial bottle, paid $5.99 as asked. Before the end of the month, my credit card was already charged $88.97. I sent back the shipment because product did not work for me. I requested for refund, called them several times, one time was a native from India, told them that I sent back the product they shipped w/o my consent but I was referred to different sites and phone #s but to no avail. I need my money back because they got their product back.

12/11/08 I signed up for a free trial offer on the internet at colonmed700.com. All I had to do was pay for shipping and cancel in 15 days if I didn't like it. I did not receive the product. When I tried to inquire about this my emails were returned or went unanswered, I could never reach anyone by phone, any phone number that was listed was either out of order or no one would answer. In January 2009, I see a charge for $88.97 on my bank account and when I tried to call this company again, I still could not reach them.

I filed a police report and my bank changed all out my card and account numbers to prevent them from charging more. Finally, my bank gave me back my $88.97 for product not received but said if the company disputed it within 45 days, I would lose it again...which is what happened today, 04/13/09. I am now out $88.97 again, for something I never received. They emailed a copy of a USPS Track and Confirm but the fact still remains, I have no idea where this product is, but I never got it. Please tell me what I can do. The bank tells me there is nothing else they can do now. According to my bank, they have had so many of these lately it is costly to everyone involved. Please help!

About 11/15/08, my wife requested the sample bottle of ColonMed. On 11/18, our credit card was charged $4.99 + $1.00 for insurance as requested. Never received sample bottle. On 12/5/08, charge made for $88.97 for a month's supply not requested. After much hassle and many phone calls/e-mails, finally received the required RMA to return and was advised account had been closed (thank God!).

Sent package via UPS to specified address about 12/26; returned to me about 1/10 as OFFICE HAD BEEN CLOSED! Resent on 1/17 via UPS. Tracking revealed it was received on 1/23 at 12:48 PM by Sparks. If I had known beforehand, I could have just marked it REFUSED and saved myseld the shipping charges! As of today, 3/23, still have not received refund to credit card account for either the sample bottle or the month's supply that was returned in spite of numerous unanswered e-mails and fruitless phone calls. Just discovered today also they have a new phone number and web page! Beware - they are just SCAMMERS!

Being senior citizens, we could use that money for our needed medications. Our nerves have been beset with frustration and anxieties because of their uncaring and unresponsive attitude.

I ordered a trial bottle of colon cleanse in Nov. it didn't come so I just forgot about it. In Jan. a bottle came and I just sent it back refused. I started getting billed $88.97 on my credit card. I called last month and told them I didn't want their product and to take it off my credit card. I was sure we had it settled when my credit card bill came yesterday and was charged again. I have paid $355.88 and never opened a package, they were all returned.

I ordered a free trial of colon Medjust pay S&H which was 4.99. I cancelled the order because I decided I didn't want to order anymore. The Guy I talked to was named J. Hayes he said I had to have a (RMA) number to cancel which I got they then charged me 88.97 without my authorization. I asked for a refund but was told I couldn't receive a refund because two bottles of pills was being shipped and I would receive them in a few days. When the package arrived I returned to sender nrever opened the packages> I had to close my account too avoid any more 88.00 charges. I was charged a $35.00 overdraft fee by my bank because nof this charge.

The consequences are my bank account is off balance because of the bank charges they have caused me. MY blood pressure is out of control because of the mental anguage of being skimed. my christmas dinner was ruined because I didn't have the money to buy some of the foods I need.

On February 9, I placed an order for the free 15 trial sample of Colon Medic colon cleanser. My account was debited $5.99 for shipping. I never received the product. On February 24, 2009, my account was debited for $88.97 from these people for a month's supply. I immediately phoned the toll free number to cancel and ask for a refund. I was told that it was cancelled, but that I had to email the support department to discuss any billing issues. I did that and received a response stating that they were shipping me two bottles and could only refund me $34.97 which they computed to be half, since I didn't cancel within the 15 day period. How could I cancel, when I never received the product.

Now I am on a mission to cancel this account and get all my money back. I plan on returning the two bottles which they indicate are on the way to me. I have no confirmation email that they have cancelled this account, nor any proof that I ever received this sample product.

My checking account was overdrawn due to this withdrawal. In order to block them from debiting my account again, I have to completely close out this account.


Contacted them after I received the initial trial offer to cancel, then I received a shipment in the mail in December. I contacted them again fo information on how to return the shipment and to cancel future purchases. I was told to contact support@colonmed700.com and that no other shipments would be sent. I was supposed to receive an email confirmation, but did not.

I receive other shipments since then and charges which I did not authorize. I contacted them again on 02/21/09 and spoke with a Paul who was going to cancel further shipments and I finally received an email from them stating they were cancelling further shipments. I contacted my Bank to dispute further charges and to request a new debit card.

I saw an internet ad about a colon cleanser that helped to lose weight. I went to their ad and they advertise that Oprah Winfrey uses, supports and promotes this product, Power Flush 50. The company does not put their terms easily seen in their advertisement and they charge a person's account fraudulently. The main advertisement says nothing about signing up for monthly withdrawals after a 14-day trial period, which you don't even get for 7 days. You don't know you will be charged until you see your account. They charge you $89.31 a month. They also charge sign you up for for two other automatic withdrawals without your permission.

When you try to call the customer service center (which you have to do several times because you get disconnected), you reach someone in India and they cannot help you get your money back. When I looked back at their website, I finally saw their terms, which was in small print at the bottom of the screen that leads you to another screen. Digging a little further I found that the parent company is in Sandy, Utah. Yet, I was charged foreign currency charges because the product was shipped out of the country.

I feel this business practice is a crime and I am speaking out to as many people as I can so they do not get stiffed for $90 a month such as myself. Is there a way to get my money back because I feel I was tricked by inappropriate business practices? My credit card was charged the $3.95 for the trial offer, then $89.31 for a monthly order (which I did not order) and then $0.89 from my bank for foreign currency exchange fee...from a Utah address!

i called last month to cancel since i was billed back on 1/6 for a product i never received and now again you billed me on 2/3. they guy i talk to last month on 1/6 and again 1/24 said he would cancel my order and give me a credit. I tried calling this # today again but was on hold for 30 minutes when the recording stay the way will be a little more then 10 minutes and we expressing a high call volume today. Now I know why Customer service is [bad].

I had to get the email address from one of my friends who went through the same thing. When I sope to the rep the second time he did advise me to send package back once i received it and i have not. NOW I AM REALLY upset you debit my account again. I want credit for 88.97 did not PURCHASE 01/03 along with 88.97 that i did not purchase on 2/3. i did order the free trail pack back on 12/11. I want this cancel ASAP and want my money back ASAP. thanks

I also did the free trial of this product and was then chared the $88.00 and change to my account the kept charging me this amout and not sending the product.

My account is now over drawn as a result and I am now unemployeed and can not affort the $177.00 dollars that my account was charged

I too ordered their "trial" bottle of Colonmed700 on Jan. 1,09. On the 13th. day I called them to cancel any further orders because I was not getting any results from this product, when I received two more bottles. I am so angry. I then called them and I talked to a Trina who said she would "discontinue" any further ordering...I then got my VISA bill this wk. end and it had a change of $88.97. I called again today and a Chris said I had to go on line to get a refund of my money. I asked for his supervisor and he said he wasnt coming in today. Call tomorrow, Tues. Feb.2. I'm fed up w/this garbage they had out over the phone. I expect that this company be investigated and you advise me of the results..

I ordered a free trial size bottle of ColonMed700 but paid $4.99 for shipping and handling. I never tried the product since I was sick but noticed that my VISA was charged $88.97. When I called to complain, the person with whom I spoke said no subscriptions have been found matching search criteria. Please call customer service. Two people told me the same thing.

So I called customer service at the above number and they also told me that they did not find me in their system. I have tried to call repeadily without much success. I also sent the two bottles plus the trial size bottle back with a letter on 12/8/08 requesting a refund. To date, I have heard nothing and I'm still out $88.97 and three bottles of ColonMed700!

I have no bottles of ColonMed700, I am out the shipping and handling for returning the three bottles, I'm still out the $88.97 and now worry that they can hit my card at anytime. Unable to reach anyone either by phone or mail

Ordered sample and there after I was sent more orders charged to my credit card. I received an order on Dec. 10, 2008 and another on Dec 14 2008. I called and had this canceled on Dec.16, 2008. I am on fixed income of 600.00 a month and this has caused me financial problems. The results were not as it was suppose to be.

Please help me get these 2 orders returned to the company so I can get refunded back to my account. I was unaware they would keep sending me these products. I need some help. Thank You very much.

I orderd the trial offer online and emailed on the 12th day following the order to cancel it. It says that you have 15 days to cancel before the send the next shipment and to email support@colonmed700.com to cancel. Did all of this. Well, they still charged my credit card 88.97 and sent another shipment to me. I emailed and called over and over again to get the RMA # to return the product for a refund.

I finally got the RMA number and returned the product following specific instructions on the website. I even sent the package UPS so I could have it signed for and track it. The receive the product back within the required timeframe. I gave it 9 business days to show a refund to my bank account and never recieved it...so, I called back and they told me to email the billing department. I did. I am now receiving a response that says they can only refund me 34.99 and that they will give me the 2 bottles to keep. Their reason for this is because I didn't cancel during the 15 day trial (I DID!!).

I have all the proof needed to show that I did everything according to what the website and reps told me to do. For some reason they are still trying to take my $$ from me. I just sent an email back showing them their own refund policy that states I should get a full refund since I did as said. THIS IS COMPLETE FRAUD!!! HELP!!!!

I didn't have the $ in my bank account to cover this, I had to borrow it from my family to avoid overdraft fees. Also, I have now spent $ to ship it back to them. So currently, they have my $ and the product.

I wanted to try the ColonMed trial offer for no more than $5.00. The sent me a number of bags I had no use for has not even opened. I did not ggive this company permission to go into my accoune and withdraw $88.76. I would like to send their product back to them and they refund my money to my account.

I am suffering economic hardship because I did not have money in my account for this expense. I had to pay my bank $30.00 dollars because my account was overdrawn.


I ordered the 15 day trial supply at $4.99 and canceled after I changed my mind about the product. My account was charged $88.97 without my authorization. When I called the company about the unauthorized charge they referred me to the website support@aolonmed700.com and instructed me to address my complaint to the mailroom. I cannot find a contact or mailroom listing and was also distressed to see all of the complaints about the company resulting in the same problem that I am having.

I ordered a free trial for 4.95 of Colon 700. This company is now charging my credit card for unauthorized amounts. The first additional charge is for 88.97. I did not authorize these charges.

My account is now overdrawn as a result of these charges, I cannot get a hold of anyone to cancel these charges. I have e-mailed them at but have not yet gotten a response. This has added undue stress on me as I am having to check my account constantly because others have continued to get charges each month despite requesting to cancel this service or whatever it is they are calling it.

I ordered a free trial from olonmed700.com. Within the 15 dys free trial period I called 866-360-1477. I cancelled my order I requested a name or cancellaion #, rep. replied could not give out his name and I did not need a cancellation #. I was surprised by his answered, but ok. On Dec. 10, 2008 I was charged $88.97 from my debit card. On same day I received a package from them, which was refused, on the 14 I received another package.

I called inmediately after the first one and I was told that a credit was going to be issued. I told the rep. that I have refused the package and send it back to them. The second one was also refused. I have been calling and they don't talk to me, they just hand uo the ohone. I received an e-mail from jeff hayes saying : you did not cancel on time, thats why you were charged. That is not correct.

But I contacted The better Business Bureau in Glendale, CA and they have 87 complaints on filevery similar to me. This is the way they make money, stealing from your credit card, making unauthroized charges, I have contacted the dept. of Consumers Affairs and fied a complaint. I tried to getthe principals of this corproation but no avail. Someone needs to do something about this compnies.


I ordered colon med 700 and akai berry on line for 15 day freetrial. the product gave me stomach cramps, diarrhea and nausea. I attempted to return product and get refund. I called Colon med and was told to go to website to get number in order to return. the website asked for information regarding routing of my computer that I did not feel comfortable giving out. They are automatically charging me 78 dollars for products that I keep returning unopened. No one has been helpful, via the internet or by phone, in getting this issue resolved.

In hard economic times, it is unfortunate that there are companies out there that are trying to take money from innocent consumers. Just do the right thing!


I ordered the free trial. You have 15 days to cancell or you will receive a shipment every 30 days. I got that shipment. At a cost of 88.97. I called and said I did not want this. And wanted to cancell and receive a refund. On the web site it states you can get a refund if not satisfyed.No response.

I still have not gotten a refund and they wont even tell me where to ship the product back to. And I just received another shipment the day after the first one cost the same. Two shipments two days in a row.


My wife was scammed by colonmed700.com. I was able to get an RMA number after 9 days and countless e-mails/complaints. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, The FDA, and some complaint boards. I believe that I found a loophole in their scam attempt. They stress how you only have 15 days from the time you order the trial bottle to cancel the full 2-bottle charge of $88.97, but take a close look at their REFUND POLICY. It states you have 15 days from the date the 2 bottles were SHIPPED to return the unused portion for a FULL refund.

Use the tracking number at the bottom of the envelope the pills came in and check the tracking info at USPS.com. This will tell you when the product was shipped. If you requested the RMA within 15 days of that date, you have a legitimate case for a full refund. Use that as your case. They will offer you 1/2 your refund, tell them their own refund policy states a full refund. Send a complaint to the BBB if they won't give you a full refund, and forward the reply from the BBB to them. Keep insisting on a full refund.

I spent hours sending e-mails to them and complaints to over 20 internet sites complaining about Colonmed700.com


I ordered the free trial back in November. The first half of this is my own fault for not reading the terms and conditions thouroughly. The terms and conditions stated that I would be charged after the 15 day trial period, which starts the moment you click process to have it shipped to you. Well I didn't read that part, and it took well over a month for me to receive their product, so I got charged.

I accept that I got charged and there is nothing I can do about it. So I called them and had my account cancelled. Well about a week after my account was cancelled, they charged me $88. I have been trying to contact them, and the customer service reps always tell me there is nothing they can do, and pretty much have been telling me it is not their problem. On 01/08/09, I receieved another charge from them for another $88. Called them again, and the lady (who wouldn't give me her name), they never seemed to want to give their names out, told me that the people I had talked to before never cancelled my order. So she has apparently cancelled my order for me. She gave me the email support@colonmed700.com as a reference to someone who would be able to help me in refunds.

I sent an email to that address explaining everything from the beginning, and how I was not expecting anything for the first charge, but for the next two charges I want a refund since I cancelled my account. The guy Jeff Hayes spent most of his time explaining the first charge to me, and why I would not get a refund for the first charge. I said in my first email, I was not trying to get a refund on the first amount, I want a refund on the charges that occured after the fact. So I told him that I assume since you guys are still charging me that I will be receiving product.

This whole thing has just been a complete nightmare from the beginning. No one I have talked to from that company has been the least bit helpful to me. Its physically draining dealing with these people. The one thing that I really hope to get out of this, is for people to read what I wrote and think twice before you buy this product on line. I am not sure what the conclusion is for me, but I hope to get my refund.

T&C state free trial 15 day offer.....this gives you the opportunity to try a 15 day supply free( just pay s&h so you can decide if it is for you) it also states the 15 days INCLUDES shipping and transit time. I dont have the date I ordered the product, but I received my first 30 day FREE shipment on 12-22-08. I was billed for a 60 day supply of $88.97 on 12-26-08.

Where is the time allowance to try the product? I contacted colon med to try and get a refund, the gentleman on the phone said I had to email colonmed700.com for a RMA# and I would get a response within 48 hours, so I did. I emailed them on 12-26, 12-30, 1-2,and 1-7! Finally on the seventh I received my first response. Jeff Hayes stated in the email that I was cancelled from any further shipments, when I was only asking how to get a refund? He emailed me two more times avoiding the refund process telling me I should have read the terms and conditions.....All I want is to return the three unopened bottles and get my $88.97 back, am I out of line? I also think their 15 day trial period is very misleading.

ordered free trial for 4.99 plus 1.00 insurance, recieved it 6 days ago im alergic. i have been trying to reach customer service. i hold for 15 min then it just disconnects me, i have been trying to reach them through phne and email. I wanted my 4.99 back but today they charged me 88.97 to my credit card

i did not authorise this i just got intouch with somebody told him my curcumstance he hung up on me. i called back held on 15 min the man put me on hold then hung up. im still waiting for email. they claim on web you cannot send back without number from customer service. well if i cannot get intouch with them to me they are a big fraud

i was severly alergic broke out and had shortness of breath
