Ordered Cigars online to be shipped to Afghanistan where I am currently stationed with the US Army. Got a confirmation e-mail that only part of the order was shipped, no explanation as to the rest of the order, and no refund on part of the shipping. Also charged me over 50.00 in shipping when it cost 12.00 to ship. Unable to get a hold of anyone at the company, no answer to e-mails or phone calls.

They also DBA Puro Nundi Inc. I ordered 3 boxes of cigars online and only recieved 1 box. Below is the transaction order. They charged my credit card for 2 of the 3 boxes and did not refund the 61.12 for the second box. The website also said free ground shipping and they charged me 13.95.

I called a 10 days after I ordered the cigars to check the status. I was told that 1 box had shipped and the other 2 would ship the following week. I was charged on my credit card for 2 of the 3 boxes. I called the following week and Nita Raval said they could not ship the other 2 boxes until they found out what the price increase was. Price increase? I asked that they cancel my order and they said they did, but I have no proof. The web site said free shipping and they charged me 13.95.
