I ordered a box of Rocky Patels. They took my money and never replied with an email confirmation and never sent cigars. Totally a rip off.

I ordered 2 boxes of popular cigars on 10/28/11. My credit card was drawn on within two days. After a month (11/25), I called to inquire about the order. On 11/28, I received an e-mail stating that the order will ship on 11/29. No order was shipped by 12/9 resulting in my canceling the order and requesting a refund on my credit card. On 12/12, I received another e-mail stating that the order would ship on 12/13. Later that day, I received another e-mail stating that per my request, they stopped the shipment and would credit my card within 2-3 business days. On 12/23, I still didn't have a credit on my card. I called once again. I was not able to talk to anyone with authority, but was told that my account would be credited by the end of the day. On 12/27, I called and talked to "Ashley". She informed me that someone would call me back in a couple of minutes. After 2 hours, I called and talked to Ashley again who "promised" that I would get a call. Nothing....

We ordered a case of premium wines from Famewines.com, which is also controlled by Cheapercigars.com. The only good thing they did was actually deliver the wine. The first bottle we tried about a week later was spoiled. We thought it might just be bad luck. About a month later, we tried another two bottles which were both spoiled. We called to complain and didn't get a response for several weeks. We finally received an e-mail saying that there was nothing they could do, that their supplier had assured them it was good when shipped. We paid $1,443.69 for a case of wine and got a case of vinegar.

As with all of the other posts, I ordered cigars and never received them but my credit card was charged immediately. No one answers the phone there and I received a note from Nika saying that the cigars would be "shipped soon" some 6 weeks after the order. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this place and hopefully, California will be looking into this business and shut it down.

I ordered cigars for $73 plus shipping on September 20. I was charged immediately. After waiting approximately three weeks without receiving cigars, I became very suspicious; no one takes three weeks to ship anything. I called and was told they would ship on October 6. On October 10, I get a call from a woman who leaves a message telling me there has been a "price increase" (of about $7). I don't know for sure, but isn't this illegal? I agreed and paid an agreed-upon price, and three weeks later, they have a price increase and ask me if I want to pay the additional money. Are you kidding me? I told them I wanted an immediate refund, and I am still waiting for it. This is the worst company I have ever done business with. Stay far away.

I ordered a box of cigars on 9/5/11 and my credit card was charged on 9/6/11. I never received the cigars and when I emailed them, they said that they would cancel the order, but they never refunded the money to my credit card. And I had to dispute with my credit card company. Don't order from them!

I have waited for over 3 weeks for my order. They charged my card and I am paying interest on it now. I emailed, called, chatted, and have gotten no results. They have told me on two occasions that my order was on its way to the warehouse. I have currently been on hold for over an hour. This is the absolute worst internet company I have ever tried.

I ordered a box of Rocky Patel cigars from cheapercigars.com on October 3, 2010 which have not been received as of December 15, 2010, No one at Cheaper Cigars answers the phone nor do they respond to e-mails.

Called on wed about cigar order. Placed order and gave credit card info. Date 10-20-10. Was told a confirmation number would be on my e-mail the next day. Nothing occurred. Called on 10-22-10 numerous times, left messages etc. to no avail. Tried E-mail and responder said they have no record of my order. Called my bank and no funds so far have been taken from my account.

This business should be taken off the internet if that is the way they do business. They do have cheaper prices but what good is it if you never get the product or any service. Ive ordered from another company now and will have to wait for delivery. As far as www.cheapercigars.com is concerned, I think the public should know about this situation.

I ordered cigars on 5/26/10 and never heard anything (about the order or ship confirmation). I called the company 5 times leaving messages at different days and times. The recording was always the same. It says, "We're out to lunch and will get right back to you." I emailed them 5 times but I never heard anything back. I checked them out on the BBB site (they have an F rating big surprise) and Googled cheaper cigars.com complaints and found quite a few. I canceled my charge by calling my credit card company. After this, I received a credit email from the company with no explanation and no apology.

I reported them to the State Attorney General of CA as I believe they may be fraudulent (more than just no customer service). I was out $108 and it has taken an enormous amount of time and energy to get my money back. Always do your due diligence by checking out companies with the BBB or doing a Google search. I was in a hurry and skipped this step. You may also be interested in a book titled NEGOTIATE ANYTHING! Secrets to Make Companies Treat You Fairly. It will be available from Amazon after Labor Day.

I ordered cigars from ** over 2 weeks ago. I received the order confirmation email, and this was deducted from my acct 10 days ago, but no cigars. No one is answering the phone or returning my voicemail messages. I'm starting to think, I am never going to see these cigars, and that the company is defrauding its customers. I am out $250.

I ordered a box of cigars on June 22, 2010 for $111.42. They usually arrive within a week. The money was taken from my debit card. I tried calling them but cannot get through. I even called the "new orders" select, but could not get through. I left my name and order number with them. But, they haven't returned my call. I paid $111.42 and have not received the goods.

As everybody else I have to report that this company behave like gangsters which mean they do what they want and you don't do anything about. I am not the first to complain about. I ordered some cigars on the 12 of December, not only I have received them but the compay doe not answer the repeated phone calls neither the repeated e-mails.

It is their responsability to advise their clients if for any reason something happened for this tremendous delay. In the meantime they charged me $189.95. What about behavior or ethics, what about charging me the price of getting my money and not delivering the product. How many complains do you need to close their business

Ordered Cigars online to be shipped to Afghanistan where I am currently stationed with the US Army. Got a confirmation e-mail that only part of the order was shipped, no explanation as to the rest of the order, and no refund on part of the shipping. Also charged me over 50.00 in shipping when it cost 12.00 to ship. Unable to get a hold of anyone at the company, no answer to e-mails or phone calls.

They also DBA Puro Nundi Inc. I ordered 3 boxes of cigars online and only recieved 1 box. Below is the transaction order. They charged my credit card for 2 of the 3 boxes and did not refund the $61.12 for the second box. The website also said free ground shipping and they charged me $13.95.

I called a 10 days after I ordered the cigars to check the status. I was told that 1 box had shipped and the other 2 would ship the following week. I was charged on my credit card for 2 of the 3 boxes. I called the following week and Nita Raval said they could not ship the other 2 boxes until they found out what the price increase was. Price increase? I asked that they cancel my order and they said they did, but I have no proof. The web site said free shipping and they charged me $13.95.
