Central Coast Nutraceuticals

Consumer Complaints & Reviews

I ordered the free trial of Acai Berry and Advanced Colon Cleanse. The company charged my credit card $200 and have charged $87 a month for the past two months. I have made numerous calls to the company and they said my subscription was canceled. But it hasn't stopped.

I ordered the Acai capsules as part of a "free" trial. I foolishly gave them my Visa number. I got the order but was charged $59.00 for some other stuff I never ordered. For the next 2 months, I noticed money coming out of my account for something I never ordered. I tried calling the number given but no one ever answered the telephone. So I was never able to notify them of the mistake. Finally I spoke to my credit union who stopped payments to this company. Altogether I was charged more than $100.00 for this "free" trial.

I had to have my credit card cancelled because they continued to bill my account! When I sent the product back they did not credit my card. They claim that the bank was to blame as they authorized two requestes. She said the first request was rejected! NO TRUE. I called my bank and they confirmed that they in fact did double charge my account. when I sent the two products back, I had the confirmation delivery so I knew they had received the product back. WHAT A RIP OFF!!

I ordered Colopure online in September 2009. I canceled subscription in October 2009 online and asked for RMA number needed to return the product. I was contacted by someone via e-mail trying to talk me into keeping subscription at a cheaper rate. I told them no, I could buy cheaper out of the store. They then told me it was not necessary to return product and would cancel subscription.

I heard nothing else from them until today when I received an email that I was being sent to collections for three months past due payments. Funny, I wasn't sent any more Colopure and was not charged anymore. I called the 888 number to get this taken care of and they would not listen about canceling using online like they advise. Told I was sent an RMA number, which I never was and they would now send my claim further into collections and another $100 to my account and would now ruin my credit because it would be reported to credit agencies. Blood pressure skyrocketed and damaging report on my credit when I stopped this in the first place.

I responded to an Internet pop-up ad offering free product--one bottle of AcaiPure and one bottle of Colopure--the only charge would be for shipping and handling. I entered my credit card info for the S&H charges. When I received the product and read the enclosed invoice, it indicated that Central Coast Nutraceuticals would be "auto filling" my future orders and that by responding to the Internet ad I had consented to pre-authorized billing to my credit card.

When I got home I immediately called the company and took my name off their mailing list and declined any pre-authorized billing. I was very clear about not wanting more product. At no time did anyone inform me that the product that I had just received and assumed was "free" would be billed to my credit card if I didn't return it within a certain time period.

My credit card statement showed four charges: two for shipping and handling of the "free" product and two for $64.78--apparently the cost of each of my "free" bottles of product! The billing was from a company in the UK. I immediately called the number on the bottle of product and was rudely informed that somewhere in the fine print it says that the "free product" must be returned within two weeks or you will be charged for it. I have reviewed all of the materials that I have received and the website that suckered me in and can't find anything that states that!

I am angry and feel stupid, sucked in and ripped off for the $125 on my credit card. This company is scamming Internet browsers. When I did more investigation I found many sites with negative comments and similar experiences to mine with this company. What a bunch of con artists! There is no "free" product! It's false advertizing! I would never have agreed to pay $64.78 for a single bottle of any product. I am also very careful about using my credit card online. I prefer to use PayPal, which this company does not offer.

College aged daughter ordered an "Acai" product from internet advertisement for free trial of $.99. Only received product 2 weeks later than ordered and then got billed $59.95. She felt she was "scammed" and alerted bank of possible fraud to discontinue payment to company. Company then sent a bill for $77.95 w/ late fees, collection fees.

We called the collection company and explained that she did not get product in proper time and did not have the "10 days" as per their instructions, to return product since it was only received 10 days after order. "Their" fine print says product must be returned 10 days from the time of receipt. And they chose to add her to the "membership" and keep the supplies coming. They did not send any more products and claim we have 3 months late fees, and collections fees, totaling $77.95. Should we pay them? Was she scammed? Do we have rights since the product took longer than 10 days for the total turnaround? Please advise.

On 9/14/09, I placed an online order for a trial of each product: Celebrity Smile and Smile Brite. With an hour of placing the online order, I canceled using the website's cancellation form. My visa credit card was charged on 9/14/09 ($1.97) and 9/16/09 ($3.97) for the above named products. These trial products were never received due to, I thought, my cancellation. Received via email on 1/25/10 from Herbert *** (***@***.com) of Central Coast Nutraceuticals is a collections letter demanding payment of $77.95 for three months delinquency on account. Following is my documentation to correct the problem to date:

On 1/26/10, I called Herbert E's phone number listed on email requesting payment of teeth whiting products ordered 9/14/09. No answer, just goes straight to vm. Online search for Central Coast Nutraceuticals came up with dozens of complaints. Printed copies out. Included in complaints are other phone numbers to try calling. All numbers are now disconnected when we called.

Clicked on link provided by E's email for customer help. No phone #'s available, only online help. Left online request that we ordered product, canceled product order within the hour, never received said product due to our cancellation and to remove our information immediately. Tried to email E' back but we have this error message pop up, "An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'Re: Collections: Notice and Invoice...."

Damage will be to our credit if this scam is not cleared up immediately. Also, the company in question has our credit card number and will continue trying to access funds when they become available. I see no other recourse than to cancel the current card, inform my bank of this fraud attempt and report this company to Consumer Affairs.

Acai Pure, I tried their free trial offer and had constipation and heart burn so I returned it as per guideline. Now after 3 months, they sent direct collection notice with late processing fee, and few more in queue. The reason is I have no receipt of return, but their business is to tell the customer to send in ordinary mail so you can't have a tracking number. In my case, I have misplaced the tracking number. Hopefully, I should be able to find it. But be aware of this scam. Always send with tracking number and go to Consumer Agency in your state and make them aware of this fraudulent company.

I paid 4.95 a piece for S&H for Gloskin and Celebrity Smile. The actual cost was free since it was a trial version. I thought this was acceptable... The celebrity smile made my teeth sensitive and the gloskin made my skin oily. Needless to say, I contacted the company via phone to ask for my RMA and the address to send it to for a refund, the woman said to makes sure I send them out in separate packages by Nov 27th and when they receive them they will refund my money. I sent them to the address the woman gave me (some place in Torrance, CA.) Today I called to see if they had received them yet since I hadn't received a refund. The woman told me she never heard of that address in her life and she says the company has no affiliations with anyone in CA. So, I asked her what she suggests I do, since I did what I was supposed to do. She told me I should've kept my original invoice papers and packages that the products came in and she kept telling me she can't refund me until she has the trial offers back.

I wanted to believe in this new Acia Berry products to the point I too used bad judgement and placed an order on the internet with this company for my free 14 day trial. which they begin the trail the day your order is processed and then 3 days shipping it to you so your down a week before you get the product. SO you dont REALLY get to try it for free for 14 days. A charge appered on my account it was pending so i caught it in time i watch my bank account very closely you have to these days as most of us have to live paycheck to paycheck. So in seeing this charge I immediatly called and told them first of all I had only had the product about 4 days and they were already trying to charge me he said "ok we will start credit you 10 more days and the charge was removed it didnt take 10 days for me to figure out these pills were not the real thing and this company had already grabbed my attention with the way they had tried to charge me in the first place.

So i just went ahead and cancelled it asked for a RMA # and recieved an e-mail from a Claudia L with that# However I had been reading complaint forums on this company and my intuition one eve was so strong that I couldnt sleep. I got out of bed drove to an ATM and with drew all ut 40 cents out of my bank! I just had a feeling they would do it again. And YES that had been the plan They got nothing and I called my bank as soon as the doors opened the next morning and told them why i had withdrawn all my money and what to watch out for in tis fraudulant charge that was going to come across my account. I was told I could come in and change my account to protect myself.. OK and lose the cost of all my unsed checks and have to buy more checks for the new account not to mention just the time and effort to do so. and he said or I could just hold onto my money for a few days and since it wasnt an already pending charge and i caught those thieves before they made the move that was going to keep them from stealing from me this time.

After about a week i felt comfortable enough to return my money to my bank. Last night while getting gas i decided to check my bank balance and low and BEHOLD! there was a charge pending for 59.95! I knew with out a doubt in my soul what it was and came home and e-mailed them I DONT THINK SO TIM! and i filed a complaint with the florida attorney generals office! I called the following morning while i was dressing to go to my bank and try to stop them again the first "Customer service rep i spoke to named Issac got mouthy and raised his voice to me. I called back as i was getting in my car to speak to a supervisor this littla girl named Jazella actaully laughed at me in my state of mind and finally put me on hold waiting for a supervisor, I drove to my bank sat down the assistant branch manager and had filled her in on my ordeal and can you believe it happened to her as well! does this 2 out of evry 3 or what?> and the same product very same company and yes im still on hold! she ran my card to see if they had attached the charges to my bank card, they had so she made my card hot by the touch of a button it was considered stolen!

this will stop them from doing it again but im now out 59.95 because it had already gone too far and they couldnt stop it. I even asked if i could do a stop payment which would have cost me $35.00 but it was better than giving my hard earned money to these thievs!!!Finally Jazella came back on and said im transferring you to a supervisor and put me back on hold The bank manager ordered me a new card with a different number so now i have to wait 5 or 6 days before i can access my account! She also gave me the phone number for the Fraud and Disputes dept. This is the third time ive had to fight this fraudulant company off and they finally got me!

I ordered a bottle of Colapure. I received the bottle and did not see any instant results. Requested a cancellation of account. I was charged $59.95 on 9/21/09. I was issued a RMA number and instructed to return the product. I mailed it out on 9/22 or 9/23 and to date have not received my refund. I call and get a runaround from the operator and they refuse to let me speak with a supervisor. It resulted in overdrawing my account and costing me $25.00 per NSF fees through my bank.

I paid S&h charges for a bottle of Colopure and a bottle of Acaipure and now the company is charging my account for $59.95 x2 for an unknown reason. I believe they are now using my account to steal money. I have not received any other product as of this date 10/18/09. I have called but they are not answering my questions of why I am being charged this extra money. I am going to try contacting them again in the morning and see if I can get an answer.

I tried the AcaiPure for $4.95. I continued to receive them monthly. I got very sick when taking the tablets so I stopped the shipments and requested online an RMA number to return the 2 bottles. They said they "sent the RMA" - but I never received it. They said they sent the RMA on August 24th and if I didnt receive it, I should have called them. I explained to them that I was sick and more focused on that at the time - on fact I just had surgery yesterday.

They didnt seem to care and said that it was too late now to return the items. They had "no one on the floor to escalate this call to". I feel like I was part of a scam and I would like this reported to the Better Business Bureau. I am out a total of $120 for the 2 bottles. I had extreme stomach issues and heart palpitations.

I ordered AcaiPure from an ad on the internet and on August 5, 2009, they billed my account 4.95 as agreed. Then on August 19, 2009 they billed me an additional $59.95 without my permission. I read ABOUT THIS SCAM IN THE AARP MAGAZINE! I just got my bank statement today, and know now that I am one of their FRAUD VICTIMS! I want them to stop charging me, and I want to join the lawsuit against them.

I ordered a free sample and i called to cancel and also wrote but they
supposedly had sent first shipment out. I never received free sample and other
shipment. I kept calling and they kept saying they sent another one out. To
this day i have received nothing but they took the money for the sample

shipping and handling and $88.55 for the first shipment.

I ordered the free trial for three different products(Hoodiawater, Acaipure, & Greentea extract). I tried, didn't like, and returned to them. Now, for a month they say they never received my items therefore they can not give me a credit.

This company is nothing but a scam artist. Now, I'm out $125.00!! I am furious! Of course, they will say they didn't receive my items. I wish I would have checked with this site first.

I ordered the trial of AcaiPure for 4.95 shipping I received it. I canceled order by e-mail and now they are saying they never received my cancellation and they can't cancel unless I have some kind of number to confirm cancellation, I am sick when I read about all these people that have been scammed by them, because now I am one of them, I feel so stupid for trusting to give my cc # out, never again. I have been charged 5 times since the beginning of May all for 39.95 and 44.85, I am just sick that I may not get a refund, I am disputing these charges with my bank for fraudulent withdrawals from my account. I hope these a**holes can be taken down because they are making alot of money off people who are looking for a product to help them lose weight, they even have other companys they are giving cc # out to , Please anyone who thinks about ordering from them DON'T DO IT

After returning the unopened Acai Berry product well within 30 days (last November) I fully expected a refund minus shipping charges. After receiving a return authorization from the company, the numerous phone calls and emails (mostly on my part) ensued. Over time they requested proof of shipment, which I scanned and sent. This proof consisted of a tracking # which they later said they couldn't use so I scanned and sent the actuall documentation provided by FedEx which reflected the product was signed for and received by one of their employees. Time passed; nothing happened so I emailed them again. The process had to be repeated with a new CSR, for some reason. There were periods of time where I would email them and there would be no reply whatsoever. Most recently (April 2009) their response was it's too late to do anything about it now as too much time has passed.

HORRIBLE! I had to cancel my credit card! they kept charging me .50 and sending me more products! Now I have to pay to send all this back and possibly a 15% restocking fee? I am so mad! This might have been on Oprah and Dr.OZ, but DON"T order from them! Fraud Dept, cancel credit card, mailing charges, threats to send me to collections etc. Very stressful I though someone had stolen my credit card # because things I'd never heard of kept coming up.

I ordered the acai berry product for shipping and handeling in the amount of 4.95 and paid said amount. I also told them by e mail not to send me anymore of the product after I started reading about their scam. I changed my bank account # and just received an e mail saying that they are filing on me for failing to pay 39.95 for said product. I paid for the product on 11/24/08 and canceled the next day for any further shipments.

I have had cancer and I do not need the hassle or stress.

I made an online purchase of a product called AcaiPure advertised as free trial for $4.95,which I authorized, with an understanding that if satisfied, then we could authorize monthly shipments. I deliberately called to make sure that no further charges were taken from my account. The customer service reps can NOT find the notation now! I found 2 debits from my Wachovia checking account in the amounts of $39.95 made on March 30 and another on April 14 for $44.95.

I called several times, but the company that provides customer service IS NOT Central Coast Neutriceutical Inc, but a customer service for hire. They wouldn't offer any other way to resolve the issue. I made 3 phone calls that were very upsetting due to the totally unprofessional manner in which these representatives handled my concerns.

I DID NOT authorize future debits from my Wachovia Bank account. I'm on SSI disability and cannot afford for this to happen. The mistake I made was trusting an online company to be legitimate! I've since learned, but am sick about there being no information as to who else to contact. The telephone number I listed above is the "hired customer service". Googling didn't produce any other results. PLEASE HELP. Thank you

I tried the free trial and I cancel the order in the time frame. I receive a email the order would be done in 42 to 72 hours. Instead on 4/10/2009, the company billed me for $78.90. I called and I was told that they would only refund $30.00 and I keep the product. I do not want the product and I explained to why they did not send me the rma number so that I could send the item back. She told me that I would have to pay to send the product back and that would cost me about $15.00 each. So she gave me the other $15.00 each for the two items in credit.

I only paid shipping cost of 4.95 for the Acaipure and 6.95 for Hoodiawater and now that I am canceling, I would have to pay a total of 15.00 a piece to send the products back. I learned my lesson and I will not buy anything off the internet again.

By this company charging my debit card, the money was not their and the bank charged me $27.50 a piece for the two items a total of $56.00. So now I am not of $78.90, $56.00 plus the $11.90 that I paid for the free trial. The company will refund me back 30.00 and the total cost on my end is $116.80. The bottom line I want my money back of $104.90 they can have the $11.90 for the free trial.

This company offers a 15 day free-trial of thier product Acai-Pure. You pay ONLY $4.95 for shipping. I ordered the product and decided it wasn't doing anything for me, called to cancel, and was told I had to go to a website for a return aurhorization to return the product and then my account would not be charged the re-occuring $39.95 charge. The RA never arrives, and the charges never stop, no matter how many times you call or how many times you request the RA.

The ONLY way to STOP these charges from this company is to CANCEL the credit card you used to place the order. What a hassell. Not worth it for a product that is doubtful that even does what it claims in their advertising. Worse is that fact that I personnaly believe that this is all by design. This company is trying to make a profit on a one-time basis based on confusion and hopes that these charges won't be contested, instead of trying to build repeat business from satisdfied customers with a ligitimate product.

Their customer service consists of an automated-phone-loop-from-hell that eventually disconnects you! The website for the return RA is nothing but a scam I believe. I requested an RA on mutliple visits and got NADA! Wasted too much of my valuable time with this rediculous company, but eventually made a persoanl visit to my bank only to find my ONLY option was to cancel my credit card.

Doesn't seem fair to me to have the burden put on the customer to get charges stopped like that! In the old days before all of these forced improvements in our lives, a call to my bank with a stop payment notice and a complaint to BBB and these shmucks would have been out of business! Now it's a major big deal to even get the charges stopped! Mean while they continue to scam millions of internet users every single day I am sure!

I ordered a free sample of teeth whitener for cost of shipping & handling. On the order sheet, they have these other products offered that are monthly charges with boxes that are already checked and I did not see this (it is extremely deceptive and fraudulent marketing). I received this product with a sales receipt that was called Colopure (with Hoodia), Hoodiburst Gum for $9.95 and Hoodiawater 1 unit for $29.95 with shipping and handling of $4.95. I then started seeing these monthly charges from some company called Fit for Life for $29,95 a month. I called to cancel and return the Colopure - Hoodia product and program and was given an RMA# for both Celebrity Smile and Colopure and told to ship it First Class back to their Fulfillment Center for a refund less 15% restocking fee. I wasn't happy but at least it was something.

I got no refund at all and they have my product. I sent it back to them in separate packages but they said because I did not get a delivery confirmation or tracking number I would not get a refund normally. David asked me to fax my Post Office receipt and he would see what he could do. I called back and spoke with Giselle, who told me I was ignorant and when I asked to speak with a manager, she immediately said that she was the manager (which is not the case!) I finally realized that she was not going to help me but abuse me so I just hung up.

I immediately called back and spoke with Rick and I just asked if he could maybe transfer me to David - I told him the situation and he said he would go back and look in the faxes and he tried to help but told me to call the next day and speak with David. I am going to do this, however, I do not have any hope. I did call the other company Fit for Life and explained to them that I did not see their wording or anything about them. At first the lady offered me one month refund (they had charged me 3 months @$29.95 but I asked to speak to a manager and he said he would return my entire amount and gave me a confirmation number. He said that they were NO LONGER associated with Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc. and was very nice.

Like many other reports on this web page. we ordered Colopure's 1 month offer for $1 plus S&H. We received that, plus Hoodiburst Gum and Hoodiwater (which we did not order)and a bill for $45.85. It was a true scam. We did not open or use. We contacted their customer service (Kelly) and sought to return everything for a credit. They provided a Fla address for returns and assured full credit upon receipt. We mailed it all back --No credit was issued.

We later learned we were on some kind of subscription (information at that time was in the smallest of print on the bottom of the page), and they following month they billed us $38.92 but they sent nothing the second month. After more than an hour on hold, I spoke with Kelly who promised to terminate the subscription and refund money. That was merely theft! None of what they promised has happened. The next month we were billed $29.95 from Fit-Fac weight loss company. We never ordered anything from them, nor had we ever visited their web site. I later found this to be an associate company to Colopure and they simply took the credit card info and gave it to them. This was a totally unauthorized charge. The nest month another $29.95 from a company called www.selfhelp. Citibank was less than helpful, so I closed the credit card account to cease future charges. Be assured that this company and all its associate companies are scams. Beware and do not order.

At this moment we are out $145 from these immoral charges. We have wasted hours trying to rectify and had to close a credit card account. We send product back, losing postage and insurance costs.

I was going through my credit card statements to see if CCNNUTRA had ever refunded my money. I saw they did only once.

I ordered the trial sample from hoodiawater.com (as seen on 60 Minutes, and Oprah). (Also, watch what happens when you try to X / close the window. You get barraged with live chat people that don't want to let you go) It was a 30 day trial period then, and now it says it's a 14 day trial. First of all; the hoodia water did absolutely NOTHING. Three of my friends, and two co workers tried it also, and NOTHING. As my Mother had recently passed away, I had to leave town to go resolve some probate issues. I left on the 27Th of June, and returned on the 14Th of July. I can verify that with my receipt from United Airlines. Upon my return, I picked up my mail at the post office. In it, were two envelopes with 2 bottles of Hoodia Water, one in each. I then checked my credit card statement and saw that I was charged THREE times already.

I called them the day I got home, (July 14Th) and explained I had recently lost my job due to taking too much time off to take care of my Mother, and that she had also recently passed away. And I had been out of town taking care of some probate issues. I explained this to them, and they didn't care. I called them MANY times. They all just said; Well, that's too bad, you're passed the 30 days, there's nothing we can do for you. All we can refund is the last charge. I called my dispute department customer service, gave him all the information, and he investigated it. When he called me back the next day, he said that because of the way their terms and conditions are written, they (my credit card company) wouldn't dispute any charges except the last one in July, because It WAS within the 30 days, and also, that I had NO legal leg to stand on for recovery of any other funds they LEGALLY absconded with.

If you don't LOOK for the small print at the bottom of the page and read it, he said: By the simple physical act of clicking on the ORDER button, you legally agree to the terms and conditions. THAT'S their loop hole, and they supposedly DON'T have to give any one's money back, and the customer service people KNOW that. Even though (if you look at the DATES on my charges) they absconded with my money arbitrarily! So, I've just come to notice HOW MANY people they are taking advantage of. All because of some shifty, creative attorney, that wrote an iron clad terms and conditions disclosure, (according to my credit card company) they have LEGAL license to screw over EVERYONE! And they do! They are VERY rude, and you can almost HEAR the smile on their face when they get to tell you There's NOTHING we can do. The customer service people know the terms and conditions disclosure verbatim. THAT'S how they make their money!

They got me for $128.75 total. I only recovered $44.90 in total. At the time, I just dismissed it, due to my own stupidity, and a crafty attorney. Here is a copy of my credit card charges, most of them under different names, but the same phone number: (The first two are in the SAME billing cycle, and there was only 16 days in between my second and third charge! And NO ONE can do anything about it?

I ONLY RECEIVED ONE PURCHASE ADJUSTMENT FROM THIS COMPANY: I DIDN'T GET IT UNTIL DECEMBER! 7/28 PURCHASE ADJUSTMENT -$44.90. I should have only been on the hook for the $12.90. Not to mention the HOURS of my time spent on the phone. At least 10 hours total, by the time some one actually handles the call. Your credit card company makes sure you've done all that you can do by calling them to try and resolve the issue before they will get involved. Had they(CCNNUTRA) waited the 30 days before charging my card again, I would have been within my 30days to request an RMA (return merchandise number of sorts?) And I would LOVE to see these people out of business.

I ordered a trial product on my debit card. I was supposed to b able to cancel within 14 days, and or send back product for a full refund. You needed to contact customer support to get a return number. When I tried to cancel, all I got was an answering machine. I tried for days, and found out that they keep billing my debit card which went through Paypal. When I contacted Paypal, and told them what was happening, and that I did not want any other charges made, they said they would look into it.

They forgot to tell me I could close the card, as I asked them what I could do to put a stop to this. I was advised to take off the Paypal plug-in, and that would stop it. I was gone for about a month on family emergency, and had no internet contact to check my Paypal account. When I got home I found out I owed Paypal $350.00, because they kept paying ! I did not even receive any product after they first one, but was billed for many. They make it impossible to CANCEL!

Lost around $1000.00 which my Paypal account paid including the $350.00 before I figured what was going on, and finally was told that I could close the debit cards.

On 1/20/09 I purchased a trial of AcaiPure and was charged 4.95 for shipping and handling. Today my bank account was deducted 39.95 which will not allow my mortgage payment to go thru. 2/11/09 I spoke with Billy at CCN in AZ and informed him of this. He said that if 39.95 is going to make your house payment bounce then I would not have ordered anything from the internet!! I asked him if he was aware of all the complaints this company has against them online and he said anyone that agrees to the terms and conditions online and proceeds with an order has no merit with him. VERY VERY RUDE. I have cancelled my debit card and am disputing this charge thru my bank. These companies are a scam.

Funds will not be available for my Mortgage payment to go thru.

I ordered Acai Pure. Then while checking my bank statement and could not understand why I had an overdraft I saw where they took out 44.95 instead of 5.95. When I called this guy said I ordered it I said I only wanted to pay shipping like it said he hung up on me and for several weeks I tried to reach someone and only got recordings. I sent several emails and wrote letters and got nothing until on day I had and email saying they would like to give me a 15.00 credit. I sent back email saying no. And that was the last and only thing I received. So what can we do about this. Thanks.

I have the same story, different dates. Free trial for Colotox, paid 4.99 for Shipping Only, now unauthorized charges $44.90 from CCN*CCNNUT 8886928352 AZ Unable to contact company on permanent hold, cancelled credit card, reporting fraud to bank. Raw raw deal. I didn't receive until long after the Trial period. No way I'm gonna swallow one of these supplements. They are made by crooks.

We have 2 toddlers, we work hard for our money and can't take a hit like this. My wife is livid. A tough thing to encounter, during hard financial times. We count every penny. I went for the colon cleanse to save medical costs.

I ordered their product Acaipure for a free trial period, I just paid for shipping. Then before my trial period was over and after I had canceled my autoship membership I was billed again for 39.95.

When I checked the website they said that it was to be billed for the free trial bottle. What is free about that. When you offer free except for shipping then it is at no cost except for shipping. Not and then we will bill you 39.95 later for your free bottle.

Bought $4.95 free trial of Bromalite. Now being charged $29.95 for a FIT-FAC.com membership that I DID NOT agree too. Am finding dozens of complaints regarding this. They are using dozens of product names and seem to be charging a lot of different $ amounts. Arizona AG has filed a suit against this company. I have filed a complaint with them. But there seems to be so many people being scammed by this place, please help us close them down.

i agreed to pay the 4.95 for a bottle of acaipure. i did not want any more. i have not taken the bottle i received. ccnnutra has taken 39.95 out of my bank account without my permission. the number showing on by bank account is 888-692-8352. all i get is a recording giving their company . i did talk to someone their, but the lady told me she could not help me. i want my 39.95 back. if i dont get it i will report them to the better buisness bureau. thanks for listen georgia

Central Coast Nutraceuticals - please dont order from this place. Rip Off - Like the others I placed an order for the free trial. I was charged 44.95 for stuff didnt purchase. Called several time to wait over 55 minutes. No one answered. Wrote several emails to cancel cancel and not charge my CC again. I got home the other to find out another shippement had been set and another charge to my CC. Im still in the process of getting my FULL REFUND.

Stress, headaches and everything else trying to resolve this issue. NEVER again.

I fell for the free tria scam for Acai-aSlim & Colon Cure. I agreed to pay for the shipping in order to receive a 14 day free trial. When I got the trial products I tried to cancell my order. I could not get through to anyone at the telephone number that was given to me on the order and on line. I called my cred card company ( they were good)and told them what I had done. No charges were applied to my credit card as of yet however they noted that I had called and that as far as they were concerned, I would not have to pay if charges showed up in the future. I was instructed by my credit card company to keep trying to call and cancell my order. I eventually got through and cancelled my order of Acai-aSlim and the Colon cure products.

While talking the the agent, I asked if there were any other things I need to do to completely cancell my order. She informed me that additional purchase were added. (Which I had no knowledge about) I asked her to cancell all and any items that were attached to my original order . She ended up giving me three seperate confirmation numbers and told me I would not receive any items in the mail. Well, today I got Fat burner 500 and my credit card was billed $89.00. I called my credit card company and filed a fraud complaint to Central Coast Nutraceuticals.

In addition, I cancelled my credit card number. I was told by my credit card company to simply return the item, obtain a tracking code from the carrier and that will be the end of it. In addition, I was instructed to use my new credit card number to pay for the return mail charges. My credit card company will be billing Central Coast Nutraceuticals for the shipping charges and these charges will be removed from my account. Its nice doing business with Chase MasterCard.

I ordered Acaipure for $4.95 trial. Subsequently I was charged $39.95 through my bank debit card on 1/20/09 by CCNNUTRA. I did not order this product, and many others have complained from research on the internet. There is no phone # attached to call. I want my money back.

I had a debit to my card of $4.95 for the free trial as well as $39.95 for whatever CCNNUTRA is. It was not authorized and I want my money back immediately.

My experience with the CCNeutrceuticals, Inc is same as everyone else's on this site. Just wanted to let folks know that they can contact the Arisona Attorney General's Office in Phoenix at (602) 542-5763 or toll-free outside of Pima County at (800) 352-8431 to file a complaint against this company. On December 29, 2008, the Arizona Attorney General's Office filed a lawsuit against Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc and it's President, which alleged violations of deceptive practices in their online sales of their nutritional products. Just maybe justice will be done.

Signed up for their product at a reduced cost and shipping. 20 days later (11/21/08) another debit was made for $39.95 to my checking acct. No product was ever send to me and I requested a refund. None was ever given. I have e-mailed and called them, filed formal complaints to the Better Business Bureau and Attorney Generals Office of AZ and MO. I'm still working on it.

I ordered two products (AcaiPure & Colopure) advertised as costing $1.00,each + shipping and handling $4.95 each. As advertised it came highly recommended by major tv stations and endorsed by Ophra, and Rachel Ray (named specifically. I figured what the heck. Even if it didn't work exactly as advertised it was only going to cost me $10.00.I recieved each product seperately. Included with the first product was a bottle of Hoodie water wt. approx. 5-7 oz., and a dentyne size pack of Hoodia gum. These items billed to my credit card in the amount of $44.85. I immediately attempted to call the company # on the invoice to inquire about the mistake in the shipment/order information. I dialed the number at the bottom of the page and was instructed by automated voice that due to call volumn, the wait time was approximately 30 minutes. after several attemps I decided to try the web address given (www.getorderhelp.com). That was only a web site wit generic questions not designed to resolve my concerns. After several days I finally resorted to remaining on hold for what I believe was 22 minutes before someone from customer care responded. By now I had recieved my second package including the Hoodia water and gum. The charge for this package was $45.85. That is what compelled me to remain on hold to resolve the matter.

Upon speaking to someone and explaining my delima I was advised that I had infact ordered the purchases (this was not the case to my knowledge)because it was somewhere stipulated at the bottom of the page. I did return to review the info as best I could and still did not see where this was stipulated. I told him I was not interested in the added items and would follow the return policy. I was given a confirmation number and returned all unwanted items securely wrapped within 30 days from the time I had RECIEVED it. the price of these items were posted with my last credit card statement for Nov./Dec. 2008. I just recieved my credit card statement for Dec.2008/Jan.2009, and included in this statement is another charge this time in the amounts of $38.95, and $39.95, respectively for another unauthorized purchase.

I once again called the telephone # listed on the invoice and was placed on hold for another 21 minutes due tho high call volumn. Upon speaking to someone identified as representing customer service I inquired about these new charges and was informed that I signed up for monthly shipments. I explained that I had called to clarify that I was not interested in the product and had returned the previous shipment, at cost of shipping something I did not order. I was told that although I did speak with someone regarding returning the product on Dec. 15,08, that I did not specify that I did not want automatic monthly shipping . the product has already been shipped and I will have to return it following the steps prescribed in the return policy.

when I asked who I could speak with regarding clearing this matter up, because I do not want a service I did not apply for and that also identified with this credit card billing cycle is another item charged to me from www.fit-fac.com, as a result of my purchase of the AcaiPure.Luckely I was able to speak with someone their and the have already refunded my credit account. I expressed that I am not happy with their practices, and I had clearly informed them I was not interested in the unordered products, yet they chose to send me addittional products of the same nature that I will once again have to pay the price of having to ship it back as well as having these now four charges to my credit card. The response to my disagreement was silence. I realized I was talking to myself. The party on the other end had hung up.

I ordered the free trial of AcaiPure and Colon xR because I wanted to start the new year off with a cleansing and fasting regime before went completely raw vegan. I placed the order on 11/30/08. To preface what I am about to share, I need to state that on the sales receipt that was forwarded with the AcaiPure, it states, your 14-day trial begins when you receive the product. AcaiPure and Colon rX were mailed out from their respective shipping sites on December 16th and 17th respectively.

I received the first order on the 22nd, and the second one on the 24th of December. I was BILLED on January 2, 2009 TWICE in the amount of $78.84, totalling $157.68. After going through a whole bunch of passing the buck, including being told (by Daniella) that I could NOT speak to a supervisor, she would take my number and call ME back, I was hung up on.

Immediately I called back and spoke to Trish, who assured me that my account was being credited the full amount, and that I did NOT have to return the product, yet she gave me a Return Merchandise Authorization Number as verification that this refund was processed through the Boca Raton office for both Colon rX and AcaiPure. I let the five business days pass, and checked my account on this past Saturday. Not only were the charges not returned, but i was charged an additional $44.90, after telling Trish that I wanted to cancel any future orders. The charge now comes out of the Phoenix office instead of Boca Raton.

Currently I'm on the phone with Central Coast Neutraceuticals after being hung up on by a representative, and after a 45 minute hold to get to speak to a representative in the first place

I ordered a free sample, just pay shipping. I never signed up to continue buying CelebritySmile. I have received two more tubes and have returned them. I have been charged 44.90 twice through my credit card. I have called several times and keep getting hold time of 90 minutes or more. I did not authorize these charges or agreements to continuing deliveries. How can a company still be operating in this fashion. I have disputed the charges with my card carrier, plus the expense of mailing items back.

About August/September 2008 called for a trial offer of a product advertised if not satisfied return unused portion for a full refund. However, you could not return the item with a Return Authorization number from the company. I tried and tried to reach someone from the company and after two weeks gave up. I returned the item insured and with a delivery confirmation receipt so that I would have a record of the delivery. Two weeks later I received another shipment which was automatically charged to my credit card I used on the original order.

About 20 the of October I received an e-mail response. I returned the product and by the end of the month I received another shipment which was again charged to my credit card.

A total of $136.00 had been charged to my account. I then appealed and disputed the charges to my credit card company and finally in December 2008, once I submitted copies of my correspondence and proof of merchandise return in the form of postal receipts, the credit card company removed the charges from my account.

I authorized one $4.95 charge (I actually had thought it was $4.85 but have since researched that it was $4.95) and one $5.95 charge (I thought it was $5.85 originally). I never KNOWINGLY authorized any additional charges and was unaware of any additional charges until I called American Expres and was told there was an additional charge on my account for $44.85. I could not see that charge at the time. So, I sent my letter of explanation to Amerian Express about the overcharges I was aware of and could explain. I now see additional charges on my account put through that I did not authorize! The unauthorized charges that they have now put through on my credit card are the following: $44.85 on November 13, 2008 $45.85 on November 13, 2008 $38.95 on December 23, 2008 $39.95 on December 31, 2008 $44.90 on January 8, 2009

In the meantime I went back to their websites and have copied and pasted what I had done back when I originally agree to pay for postage for a FREE trial for one product and postage and $1 for a trial for the other product. I am sending you the documents and as you will see I agreed to $4.95 and $5.95 not anything else. In addition, the emails I received from them as receipts? have no amount listed on them because I am sure they did not want me to see the amount they were charging me in enough time to stop the transaction from being put through which I would have done if I had known the amount they were going to charge my credit card! I did not find out the amounts until the 18th when I saw the charges on my account.

I immediately sent them an email telling them I was overcharged. I have never received a reply nor have I EVER received any product. When I printed the web information for American Express I saw THEN and only then that at the bottom of the webpage AFTER the button to SEND there is a very small print paragraph stating that they will charge my card every 30 days automatically and send me additional product. I was totally UNAWARE of this part of the scam until today! I did NOT agree to any of this and do not want them to have the ability to put charges on my account without my permission. I did not agree to buy their products any of them other than the trial for $1.00, nor did I agree to continue to buy products from them.

I tried to call the number given and did not get a response. It is a complete scam and someone has to stop them from doing business this way. I have sent the [numerous contact] documents to American Express for their review and to document my claim. Isnt there a way to block them from putting charges on my account? This is a nightmare! If there is no way then I will have to close the account and open a new one!

It is unbelievable to me that a company can continue to put charges to an account, not respond, not send product (I don't want it anyway), and continue to get away with it! They don't respond to email, nor do they answer their customer service number...and they have an online claim form but there is NO WAY I am doing anything on the computer on one of their webpages ever again!!! I am sure if I did something else would happen!!!!

I fell for the free sample like so many others. After me making numerous attempts to call and return product, The Fullfillment Center continues to send AcaiPure and charge my account! The product did not work and I am furious that their customer service department is useless. Many of the calls that I made would result in an automated message stating that my wait time would be 64 mins, 68 mins, and on and on!

How do you get this madness and scam to stop? I now am in the process of filling out paperwork with my bank to cancell the credit card which is another whole nightmare! They continue to withdraw $44.00 from my account and it's been more often than once a month! They are scam artists and need to be stopped!

I do not have the exact dollar amount at this time, but it is close to over $200.00 not including postage that I had to pay to return items.

I had ordered 4 trial samples of products that were supposed to be free except for the shipping. As with EVERY PERSON who ordered the same or other free samples from this company, when I recieved my orders, I had been charged for two extra items with every free sample. All 4 orders contained a pack of Hoodiburst Gum for $9.95 (who in their right mind would pay $10 for a pack of gum?), and either one of the following items: HoodiaWater, HoodiaStar,Colotox; all priced at $29.95. There was never any disclaimer or terms of agreement that I had to read or accept, and they had poor Oprah's face plastered all over their advertisements.

For these four free samples I was charged $186 on my credit card! I should have researched the company before I ordered but I was given false hope and trust by their false advertisements. When I did finally research them I was not suprised to find that hundreds if not THOUSANDS of people have been scammed by this alleged company. I, as everyone else had done, made several attempts at reaching their support services through phone and E-mail contact. NOT ONCE did a human being answer the phone or respond to my e-mails.

I have never felt so violated as I do after this experience. This company needs to be handled in one way or another, and I am hoping that someone will eventually get the hint and take them down, so as not to cause any more damages to the innocent people of our society during these turbulent economic times or EVER!

Im a student and I work for a non-profit organization, which means I do not have a lot of money. I am out $186! Thats a health insurance payment, a car insurance payment, my books for school, registration for 4 classes at my college, 3 tanks of gas or a quarter of my rent! It is not easy to live without money you were expecting to have. Thank God I noticed the charges before my account was overdrawn and these guys ended up causing me even more loss and messed up my credit!

I ordered the trial bottle of Aciapure but never received the product. I saw the $4.95 charge for S&H on my VISA bill so I patiently waited for it to show up. It never did. I went looking for the first charge on my statement to get the phone number to call the company and found another charge for $39.95. Still no product received. So I called the company about it and waited about 25 minutes for someone to answer.

Looking at my account he said that he would send out the two bottles I was charged for. I replied that I was now a little nervous about the whole deal and that I would rather he keep the product, refund the charges and cancel my account. He replied that he had to send me the product by law since he charged me for it. I called him on that and said that's ridiculous, If you haven't yet sent the product and, as the customer, I chose to request a refund instead, no law would prevent you from refunding the charges. That's your choice. He replied that that's the law and my only option. To which I replied, no it's not, I'll have the charges reversed on my VISA and you can deal with them instead. One simple call to US Bank and they promised to reverse the charges and sent me forms to fill out claiming fraud. THIS COMPANY CANNOT AND SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED, IN MY OPINION. BEWARE.

I thought I was getting a trial sample of this product called Acaipure dietary supplement for just the cost of the shipping and handling $1.99. I was charged $39.95 on 12/05 and also charged $44.90 on 12/20 and I didn't authorize those charges. I tried to call the phone number and was on hold for over an hour never getting through to anyone. I also tried the website and was unable to get anywhere as well. I know now that the whole ordeal was a scam and I am furious that I cannot get through to anyone to resolve the issue. I have reported it to my credit card company but have a feeling that I will still be reponsible for the charges.

As with many other folks I've been reading about online, I ordered a free trial of AcaiPure for shipping costs only. When my order arrived, there was a bill for Hoodiburst gum, 9.95 and Hoodiwater, 29.95. The total bill came to 44.85. I have not opened any of the products as I have had some medical issues and did not want to start anything new. I just noticed another charge on my AMEX this month and plan to refuse anything that comes in the mail from this company. I have also e-mailed them to cancel any future orders and informed them that I will refuse them as well as instruct AMEX not to pay.

Since I noticed the second unauthorized billing, I have done some reading online and discovered they have done this with all the orders that were supposed to be free trials. Most of the people can't get it to stop.

I signed up for a free sample of ACAIPURE, received a bill for 44.95 ( they said there were boxes i need to uncheck, which i did when i did the initial free purchase. When i called about the $44.95 charge i was told that i was receiving other products and could return them once i got them. When i received them the instructions indicated i had to call them (another 40 minute wait) in order to get a return code and that they would be charging me a restocking fee. At this point i decided i woudl just take the hit and be done with it.

2 weeks later i received a charge from their sister company fit somethign or other for $29.95.. I called and had that reversed and was told me i would not be receiving any other charges. Yesterday i look at my bank statement and there is another charge on my account from ACAIPURE for $39.95. I once again called, (was on hold for 35 minutes)I spoke with Gizelle and she was incredibly rude. When i asked to speak with a supervisor i was refused. I ask to hold for one and was told I could not hold. I asked for another number to call and was told there was not other number to call. This is a scam and they need to be shut down.

This company to date owes me $39.95 but i am not sure that i wont receive other charges in the next few weeks.

On 11-18-2008 I ordered free trials of COLOPURE and ACAI Pure and agreed to shipping fees of $1.95 per item. The next day I had 2 charges from them, one for $1.95, and one for $42.85 on my debit card. The items were shipped to me on 12-4-08 and 12-05-08. Both packages were received on 12-15-08. When they were received I reviewed the package and the invoice and found they had also shipped and charged me for Hoodiburst Gum ($9.95) and Hoodiawater ($29.95). I also noted in the fine print that they intended to charge me $38.95 and $39.95 at the end of the trial period and that they intended to send new shipments every 30 days unless I cancelled.

I decided to return it all unopened and proceeded to get the order boxed and ready to ship back. On 12-19-2008 I noticed a charge on my debit card for $29.95 for Fit Factory. I had never heard of them so I decided to Google them

and found out that this charge was tacked on for all purchasers of the trial offers above. I found a phone number for Fit Factory (866-407-1022) and when I called I was immediately helped and the $29.95 was returned to my account 3 days later.

Also on
12-19-2008 I called Central Coast Nutraceuticals (888-692-8352). I spent 46 minutes on hold before I got a live person Jay (female). I told her I would be returning all the products unopened, gave her both of my Order Numbers, and received a return

authorization number (JJ121908 - maybe her initials and the date??). I told her at least 3 more times I wanted no further charges or shipments, and I wanted a refund on the products they had charged me for so far. I then went straight to the Post Office and spent $11.85 for postage and return receipt to ship their stuff back to them pronto.

Today (12-29-08) I went in to check my bank account and have found they have processed 2 new charges for 38.95 and 39.95 just this morning. These charges have run this particular account into the red, which has also caused additional charges. At the advice of my bank I have cancelled my debit card. I have noticed in many postings about this company that this is the only way to stop their charges.

If you are currently in the middle of this mess YOU MUST CANCEL THE DEBIT/CREDIT CARD NOW. Regardless of what they tell you on the phone they will not stop changing you.

First they trick you into buying what you don't want - then they keep charging your credit card over and over and they give the credit card info to others so they can charge you over and over. On top of that there are bank fees and postage to return the stuff you did not want back to them in the first place. And then they want a 15% restocking fee for each item returned.

I requested a 30 day sample of Acai for $4.95 shipping fee. My VISA was charged for $44.85 and is an unauthorized charge. I contacted my bank and was told to call the company. When you call you are put on permanent hold. I searched(googled)the CCNNUTRA and find there are many complaints of the same and I feel there should be something done about this company by the legal system.

I have recently ordered one trial product from Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc.with the promise of paying only for shipping charges. Instead I got two orders and additional products I did not order. In the company website in answers to FAQ I found the following statement:

When you placed your order, you opted in to receive the Hoodiburst Gum and Hoodiawater Liquid Hoodia Extract in addition to your order. These were optional items on the order page that you ordered from.

This was not clear at the time I ordered the trial product.

The customer service number provided is continuously busy. I want to discontinue any future shipments. However, I get no response about the information for returning the received items and request for a full refund for items I did not ordered.

The Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc has alredy charged my credit card for two orders of $42.85 even before the end of the trial period and for products I did not order.

I requested a free trial. I only had to pay for shipping. During my trial I attempted 2 cancels before becoming successful. I got an email from them saying they hate to see me go, blah blah blah, that if I still wanted to cancel, there was no need to do anything further, that email served as cancellation. 2-3 weeks later, I was hit with a $39.95 unknown fee. I cannot get them to reverse the charge.

I am out $39.95 which is not a lot, but it is to us right now. And a LOT more people have been dupped by this same company!! I am livid!!

I received an e-mail on the product Slimlife. The product was for a diet pill. I could try the product for 30 days and I didn't see any results or was not happy with it I could cancel at anytime and not be charged in the future. When I finally received the product there were two other products in the envelope a Hoodiburst Gum, $9.95 and Hoodiawater, $29.95. Neither of them did I order.

Now not only I am being charged on my credit card for this, they are charging me another $29.95 for a product called Fit Factory. I have absolutly no idea what that is. I have tried to reach them by phone with long wait times then the phone goes dead. I tried to e-mail them but get no answer or return e-mail.

Because of the financial burden being caused by this company my credit card has gone over the limit. I am being charged over the limit fees and cannot get caught up enough to stop them. I have been fighting cancer now for the second time and this Central Coast Nutraceuticals has made my stress level to increase and I need all my strength to cope with chemo and radiation.

On 11/10/08 I foolishly ordered a Free Sample of PomClear with the understanding I was to only pay the shipping fee of $4.95. I checked my transaction history for my charge card on 11/11/08 and a charge of $44.85 was there. When I finally received what I ordered there were two other items included that I did not order, HOODIBURST Gum and HOODIAWATER.

I returned the items at my cost, with a letter of request for refund of my money, unopened, on 12/02/08 with a postal delivery confirmation receipt. I tracked the package on the USPS on line tracking system and saw that they had received my package on 12/04/08. I checked my transaction history again on 12/09/08 and to my dismay another charge of $39.95 was there. I called the company twice and got recordings to hold for 57 mins. and 99 mins. I sent two e-mails explaining the problem and only getting replies of give us 48 - 72 hours to respond and they never did.

I mailed copies of all the correspondence, transaction histories and the original order reciept at my cost again, with another postal delivery confirmation reciept. I tracked this mail again and it showed that they received it on 12/13/08. On 12/23/08 I checked my transaction history again and another attempt to charge $44.90 was there but it was denied due to no funds. I received an e-mail today from a guy named Paul that stated they could not find any record of my return and could I send him the tracking number and the weight of the package and they could further resolve the problem with this information.

Ordered a trial of (1) Colpure AND (2) Acai Pure and was charged not the advertised amount of $4.95 EACH but $44.95 for additional products per package. I tried to contact them to tell them I did not wish to receive this within 5 minutes of ordering it and never could get a response on their customer service email system. It states that they will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your correspondence.

I called their 800-# only to be on hold for 80--90 minutes only to give up for I needed to return to work from my lunch break which was spent trying to call them. I did send them a letter requesting a response and explanation for the charges and also to tell them I wanted this cancelled and return it to them. I got a call back when I was not available and the response was no help. The caller however did state that I requested the extra when I placed the order for the $4.95 trial bottle. I know that I did not.

I am concerned they will attempt to continue charging my checking account for a product I am very actively trying to return to them- unopened!

Ordered AcPur, trial sample. They ended up sending me other items, and charged my credit card 44.90. I e-mailed them and told them I did not order this. They ignored me, and sent me products two other times, and charged my credit card 44.90 again. I am livid! I called them and they were rude and they wanted me to open the package to get the instructions where to send it back.

I told them I would not open the package and I was returning it. She said if I didn't open the package, I would not get my money back. I wanted to reach through the phone and do bodily harm to that rude individual. I called my credit card company, Chase, and told them of the incident. The person at Chase said she was well aware of this company and it's fraudulent tactics, and she would send me papers to dispute the 4 charges on my credit card.

I nearly had a nervous breakdown, because you feel helpless because you know that you've been scammed. This company needs to be shut down! I will be contacting our Attorney General of New Mexico.

There were two charges on my American Express account from this company for something that I didn't order, didn't receive. Repeated attempts to contact the company were futile. They have interminably long hold times to discourage people from contacting them and send an email through their site produces no response. They continue to bill credit cards that they have no authorization to charge.

$86 in fradulent charges to my account

This company is defrauding consumers. I ordered TRIALS of 2 products: Colopure and Acaipure. Should have been charged app. $4.95 each but $44.85 and $45.85 showed up on my credit card. I have filed a dispute with Discover Card who told me to contact them directly. With 27 minute phone waits - it is impossible. I did file contact form on their website and asked for cancellation and refund. These people need to be invesitaged and put out of business for unethical practices bordering on fraud and false advertising.

Overcharged without authorization. Time and stress in trying to resolve.

I order this product as a free risk trial, pay shipping and handling of $5.95. I was billed twice now for$45.95 besides the shipping and handline. When I tried to get in touch with them to Cancel ALL orders they have a recording for a 60 minute wait time. I only wanted to try this on the RISK FREE offer. Their add is very misleading and I can not get them to respond. I have contacted my credit card company to have the charges disputed. I guess now I will need to cancel my credit card with them to not get charged for any more product. I have sent back what I have received now at a cost to me. If I receive any more I will not return it and keep paying to mail it back to them. What can be done to get them to stop sending more products?

I rec'd my credit card bill today, there is a charge of $39.95 from this company and I do not know what this is for. I ordered one bottle of acai pure as a trial, pay only shipping and handling $4.95. I had not even opened this package yet, now I have and the invoice states they sent me gum and some type of hoodiawater, these items I did not receive. So, I have paid for something already that I did not receive, my fault for not opening at once and not paying closer attention at that time to my charge bill.

I have called my card company and told them not to pay this as I have no idea what this charge is for and that this company has already charged me for product I did not receive. As all of the other complaints state you cannot get through on the phone, I tried and the message said there was over a 40 minute wait. I also know that I took the check out of the box as I only wanted to try the acai pure and was not interested in any other products. Obviously this is some sort of scam and how long before we can get help on something like this?

No one can afford to pay for something that they do not even have!

I have never ordered anything from this company. But this mess started when I ordered Celebrity **** Smile Teeth Whitener on celebrity's own website, now you click on it, and it's Central Coast Nutraceuticals. So, I received the teeth whitener a few months ago, and was charged. That was fine. But a few weeks later I received a package with GreenTea500 Tablets, and no invoice, I thought it was a sample, and did nothing with it since it had no info on envelope or in package. It did not have a return address or anything. Then there was a charge on the bank account.

Then a few more weeks later I received a package/box from Wu-YI with a Green Tea Diet plan with tea and tablets and instructions. There was no invoice. I investigated that one online, found their website, and emailed them that I did not order this, cancel me, and I sent it back, they replied they would, but was still charged. Then right after that I received the Green Tea500 tablets again, with no invoice in package, so I sent it back to address on envelope. I contacted WI-Yu again, and they said it wasn't their product. So I saw the charge # on my account and investigated, found out that Central Coast Nutraceuticals was selling that. So that was 2 times they have charged me.

Today, 12/15/08, I looked at my bank statement online, there is ANOTHER $44.90 charge. I cannot get this Central Coast Nutra on the phone, I wait forever, I try on thier website to contact them, they want an Order#, I don't have an order#, I never ordered. I belileve somehow, ever since I bought the teeth whitener, I was getting all this stuff sent to me and charged 44.90 to my bankcard from this Central Coast Nutraceuticals. My bank statements has: ccnnutra#8886928352AZ by the charge. I know if I contact my bank, they will say contact the seller. I do not know what to do! Please help me. Thank you

I can't afford to have this taken out of my bank account. I am unemployed, and my husband works, but we have bills just like everyone else.

I ordered a free trial of Acaipure (diet supplement)for $4.95. After 14 days they will debit your account for $80.00 if you do not cancel or return the unused part. I never received my free trial - and when you try to cancel the wait time on the phone is over 1 hour long. Sent and e-mail but they just apologize - and do nothing. I see lots of compalints on the internet about the same thing happening to them. This is a scam and they are taking money from inocent people.

Money loss in checking account. Fraud. Should be taken off of internet

I agreed to a free sample and to pay the price of approximately $4.00.

I deliberatley unchecked the box that indicated I would agree to additional pills for approximately $40. I submitted a complaint online and receive an instant message from someone who apologized and said that they would credit my account. I did not receive a credit. Instead they charged me again. I have submitted another complain via e-mail and plan to call on Monday. I want them to stop charging my card and to refund my money for the unwarranted purchases.

They have charged my credit card approximately $85 and I did not authorize this transaction.

I ordered a free trial on a single (Acai)product(there was no options to say no to other products). They sent me the free trial (called Acai Pure) AND 2 other products for which they charged me an additional $40.00 (and charged my credit card). I called them and they say that they are experiencing extreme interest and that your wait will be up to 62 minutes I spoke to a woman, who I told to NOT send me anything else, which she agreed to.

Then my credit card came through with another $39. charge. This time (after another 50 min wait)I spoke to GREG, who said that they had not received my product returned until the 12th of November and their policy was that if you got a product back after 15 days you had to pay 15% restocking fee. When I looked up the USPS Confirmation number on line, I found that the product had been delivered on November 7 @ 9:30 AM. They also made me pay for the S & H for the products that I didn't even order in the first place.

I was charged $79.00 for something I didn't even order, plus I had to ship it back at my own expense. The Company did refund about $66 of my money but kept the rest. I imagine if this has happened to me, it has happened to others.

I received a risk free trail for one of their products. I placed an order on 9/30/2008 and on their website is two way to cancel an order by phone or email. I sent an email on 9/30/2008 cancelling the order, the very same day 25 minutes later. My bank account was debited three times for $44.90 and i was advised that i cannot be refunded all if my monies. For the two last shipment the are telling me shipping and handling will not be refunded after i sent the cancellation 30 days before the 2nd and 3rd shipment. the Supervisor hung up on me and did not want to hear what i have to say. because i am not getting back that money that is all the can do for me.

I cancelled an account 25 minutes later after it is sent and they respound to emails 24 to 48 hours and the are telling me the product had already left there wharehouse. i do not think so. I have suffer and betrayed and pure stress

ordered 3 samples for 4.95 each was charged 38.95, 39.95 and 4.95. Have called 11 times to cancel and emailed 24 times with no response. You were to have a 14 day trial before you were charged again unless you cancel

I have tried to cancel now 35 times most well within the 14 days with no response and now I have been charged again 38.95 and 39.95. I want a refund and return all product to them but to return them you have to have a return no. or they wont refund you but cant get them to response to that request either

$165.75 in dollars and about 5 hours on hold time and the charges for my phone min. I just want a refund and my information taken off there companies list and no more charges

I orderd two samples one of colopure and one acaipure. They were supposed to be $4.95 for shipping each.I called and cancelled with-in 5 min. when I realized I was tricked by a box that was checked and was going to get more than I wanted. They told me my orders were cancelled because I e-mailed right away. I was charged on my Authorized debit card but fraudulently on 11-20-08 for a charge of $4.95 and $45.95. I have tryed numerous times to contact the company with no reply. As on 12-11-08 I have received no product and to call is a 69 minute wait. No matter how I try to contact the company I have recieved nothing back.

All I have is the huge charge for nothing!! I cancelled my debit card today because I was afraid the Company would add more charges to my account. This is the most disturbing company I have ever dealt with and I know I am not alone. Is there anything that can be done about the CHarge on my account and No PRODUCT? This Company needs charges against them and they need to stopped!

I ordered a Free trial of colopure and Acai berry and agreed to pay shipping only. What i did not know is that they precheck boxes that say to send you additional products. I did not notice them. I was charged over $90. I thought i was only going to be charged for shipping $3.95 and $4.95. I rec'd the products, returned them to a Largo FL address. No reimbursement yet (they rev'd 11/28). In the meantime i have been charged an addition $70 and I don't know what for. The wait times on the phone are always over 60 minutes and when i called last time the person was so rude (Nick Jones). I am currently on hold to find out about these additional charges put on my Amex card.

Emotional stress and wasted time on the phone at least 2 hours so far. Time spent on the phone with my credit card company to dispute also.

I order 2 products for a free trial. I was suppose to pay just shipping/handling. $1.95 for 1 product and $3.95 for another. They charged my credit card $42.85 for one order and $41.85 for another order. I have filed a complaint with the Arizonia BBB and with Oprah Winfrey because they are using her name as a way to get people to order. I and many more people ordered because of her name recognition and Dr. Oz. These people do answer the phone. I have waited over an hour on 3 seperate occassions. They do not respond to emails. I have not received the order I placed on Nov 30th 2008, but my card was charged that day. I haven't gotten anywhere with these people. They are operating on fraud and misleading practices and they need to be stopped. They have a terrible rating with the BBB. Their website is cenralcoastnutra.net

It caused my credit card payment to bounce that is automatically drafted from my card. I had to pay $8.85 to have a new credit card, not alot, but it is still money that I did not have to give away.

On 11/14/2008, I ordered a trial of Colotox from Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc. for a trial price of $1.00 and a shipping charge of $1.95. The package did not arrive until 12/06/2008. Inside this package was the Colotox, a package of Hoodiburst Gum and a small bottle of Hoodiawater. The total on the invoice was $42.85, indicated as follows:
1 Colotox $1 Trial $1.00
1 HOODIBURST Gum $9.95
1 HOODIAWATER $29.95
Shipping $1.95
Sales Tax $0.00
Order Total $42.85

"The merchant name will appear on your credit card statement as COLOTOX"

My complaint stems from the charges of other pharmaceuticals, ie; HOODIABURST GUM and HOODIAWATER 1 Unit, which I did not order. Instructions on the invoice advised that if I was not satisfied with the product for any reason, simply return all unopened units for a full refund (less Shipping & Handling) within 30 days of the original purchase date. They had marked on the invoice that the order date was 11/14/2008 but I didn't receive it until 12/06/2008. It was also stated on the invoice that refunds will be given on unopened units only; Exceptions will be made for trial offers. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returned merchandise requires a delivery confirmation from the shipping provider and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Customer Care. Refunds will not be made on packages marked "Return to sender". They gave the customer service department e-mail and Toll Free telephone support number. I called this number and a recorded message advised that due to the popularity of their products all representatives were busy and my wait time to speak with a representative was 51 minutes and 43 seconds.

When I began to investigate, via the internet, I discovered that there had been numerous similar complaints about the same company from people all over the nation. This company is obviously involved in internet fraud. I have been a police officer for 35 years and will be contacting some of my law enforcement contacts on the fedral level, since this is a Nationwide Scam. I encourage anyone who has been scammed by this company to contact the U.S. Attorney General's Office, The FBI, The Federal Trade Commission, The Attorney General's Office in their State and also the Attorney General's Office in Florida and Arizona, which is where they are situated.

I will not restate all of the headaches that have been so well described by other people who have been duped by this company. They are all correct. I want to say DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I have waited two different times on the phone for over 90 mins each, and this last time I was told by Nick that he would hang-up on me. I am hopefully getting most of my money back, BUT they state that you can get a FULL refund but then they state that there will be a 15% restocking fee. THAT IS NOT A FULL REFUND! I hope this business is forced out of business by their terrible business practices.

I signed up to receive AcaiPure product as a free trail for $1.95. Was charged $39.95 on 11/11/2008. I phoned and they said I signed up for 2 other products: Hoodia Water and chewing gum. That's why I was charged. I told them I did not want products. They offered them to me for $20.00. I declined. Sent the products, that I did not order, back to them. I did receive a credit of $33.92 on 11/18/2008. I had to pay return shipping for products I did not order! they said I did not click the on line box that said I did not want to try theses products !!!

Now on 11/27/2008 I was charged $44.90 for products that I did not order!!!! I also on line ordered CELEBRITY SMILE for $1.95. I received the product and was only charged $1.95. On 11/27/2008 I was charged $44.90 on my charge for CELEBRITY SMILE PRODUCT that I never ordered again nor did I sign up for monthly membership!!!! Was on hold today, December 09, 2008 for over 2HOURS!!!!!!!!!! No representative ever picked up..........

Called my charge company to report the fraudulant charges. Tried to contact Oprah on line to let her know her name and face are all over these product ads. Could only get to her magazine ad email.. Hopefully, someone will read it and take it seriously.

I did look up company on line to realize I was not alone. I now had to cancel my credit card. I have wasted a day on hold and on line and on the phone. Would like to see that this company is investigated.

My situation is just like everyone elses with this company. On Nov.4 2008,I ordered a free trial and I had to pay only the shipping ($4.95). I never got the trial but was billed $41.87. I filed a complaint with my credit card company but have not heard anything back. On Nov. 29, 2008, an additional charge for $39.95 appeared on my credit card statement (I have no idea what this charge is for). To date, these slimeballs have more than $80.00 of my money and I have NOTHING!

A class action lawsuit seems to be in order. Contact the Arizona Attorney General and ask them to investigate this outfit for fraud.

i ordered a free trail of AcaiPure. they sent me two items I did not order and charged me for them. I cannot contact anyone as you cannot get though on their 888 number. i emailed several times, no answer. They have now charged me again. I have disputed the charges on my card and canceled my card

I didn't order anything from this company and there are pending amounts on my debit card. There are 9 charges of #5.95. One number to call has been disconnected and the other when you call there is a 75 minute wait. I have n I DON,T o order number since I never ordered anything, I only visited the web site for akai, so when I try to contact ther customer service via computer the message will not send.

I purchased a 30- day trial bottle of acaipure and colotox for $5.00 each from an on-line ad. It was advertised that I could cancel within 2 weeks if not satisfied. The bottles arrived in separate packages, each with a bottle of hoodiawater and hoodiburstgum. I thought that these must be free samples, but when I looked at the invoices I saw that the company charged me $45.00 for each package.

I called the customer service number and waited literally 1 hour on hold. When I explained the situation to the female rep., she said that I did order those additional items, that there were checkboxes on the online order form and that there were instructions to uncheck them if I didn't want them. I told her that there were no such checkboxes..I even went online while on the phone to confirm that. She insisted I was wrong and stated i had 2 options. I could return the items at my expense or keep them and she would credit my credit card $20.00 each package (total $40.00). I told her that I should not have to pay postage or be inconvenienced for something that was the company's fault. Again, she stated that the company had no fault in this, She also stated that the company had never before received a complaint. I agreed to the partial refund, since I had no confidence that they would ever respond to a return.

After hanging up, I realized that I hadn't told her to cancel my order. I called back and waited another hour on hold. A male answered. I told him I wanted to cancel my orders. He asked why and I told him the whole story. Like the first rep, he totally denied any responsibility on the part of the company. He wanted to go to the site I'd made my purchase from. As I was telling him the site, I heard a click and we were disconnected. My assumption was that it was on purpose because he had already pulled up my info on his screen...he could have called me back. To make sure my cancellation went through, I went to their website, which in their invoice is stated as an option to communicate/cancel order. I have a copy of this communication as I forwarded it to my e-mail. This was on 11-20-08. They charged my credit card $45.00 more on 11-29-08. I reported them to my credit card company. I will not be responsible for that charge. How I wish I had looked at the company's official site in the first place...I would have seen all those complaints.

Same as everyone else on this forum, unauthorized charges, unable to contact company, had to cancel credit card. Wasting a lot of time dealing with this.

I do not know of anyone who is heading up a class action suit yet, people keep bouncing that around. But until someone gives us the name and address of a lawyer to contact, I have some recommendations. 1. Definitely cancel your card. Report these as fraudulent charges. 2. File reports with the BBB, Federal Trade Commission, IC3 and anyone else you can think of. 3. Call all your local media and inform them of the situation. 4. I strongly recommend contacting Oprah, if enough of us do it, she will have to pay attention. Her name is bandied around all over with these products. I highly doubt she is authorizing this.

I signed up for a single free trial of Acaiberry that was to cost me 4.95 for shipping only. I found a charge for 44.85 on my account. I called my bank and told them it was not autherised. They would not help me. I tried to call the customer service phone at 888 692 8352 I was told I would need to wait 65 minutes. I put my phone on speaker and waited. After about an hour someone answered. I answered there was only silence then a dial tone. They had simply hung up the phone. So I called back. I am now listening to the music on their line. I am sure the same thing will happen.

At this point there are 2 unautherised charges on my account one for 44.85 and now another from 12-05-08 for 39.95 This time it says ccnnutra 8886928352 on my bank account. I am going to file a claim to the FDIC as this is extortion at this point. It may require a class action to prove this. I am also going to close the account with BOA as I will file against them as well. They are acting as an agent for a criminal process. This is totally out of control. If you put the phone number into a search engine you will come up with pages of complaints.

I no loger have any faith in my bank and will remove all of my assets from the bank. I live on a social security check. I can not afford to have this happen. Yes this is causing me to loose sleep etc. I am sure there are others even worse than I.

Something must be done about this NOW.

Tomorrow I close my account with the Bank of America as they are acting as an agent for these crooks.

I ordered the FREE SAMPLE back in August for 4.95.Since then they have billed me for 61.94 in September and 39.95 in October. But I have gotten nothing. And I want nothing.

They took my money and I want it back.

I placed a small order on Oct. 10,2008 for $14.90 and received that parcel. But noticed later that my credit card had been charged on Nov. 6, 2008 for $39.95. I since have been charged to my credit card Nov. 11, 2008 for $44.90. These last two were not ordered by me and have not been delivered. I would have gone immediately to the post office and sent them back. I have tried to call but get the message that the wait would be at least an hour. I have sent two certified letters, one to the return address Fulfillment Center at 12399 Belcher Rd. So. Suite 140 Largo, Fl 33773 on Nov.22, 2008 and also one to the address in AZ 2375 E. Camelback Rd. 5th floor Phoenix AZ on Nov.29, 2008. Both certified letters have been received by someone. My credit card has not been credited back for the two amounts and as of this date Dec. 4, 2008 they have not been recieved.

central coast nutraceuticals, sent me more tnan I wanted with my trial offer of acaipure. Supposedly only $4.95, I was charged $44.95 and got hoodia gum and water. I was then charged 39.95 on 11/17/08(an additional charge)Icannot e-mailthem without an order number( I threw away the packing slip) and the wait time on the phone is over an hour.

They have direct access to my debit ac count, i read the fine print, nowhere did it say there was an additional charge and they sent me extra items and charged me without my permission

I ordered AcaiPure for the $4.95 Free trial, was charged 44.95 and was shipped $10 Hoodia gum and $20 Hoodia water. $10 gum? Give me a break. Of course in an e-mail they told me that it clearly said on their site that I agreed to that, which is not true. The person offered me $20 to keep the stuff but I never got the credit and now my credit card has another charge of 39.95 on it from the same company. I'm disputing it with my Visa but I may need to cancel my card and get a new one.

Of course it's two weeks before Christmas and I'll be without a credit card. Not to mention that fact that I'm also out $85. How can this company be allowed to do this to people?

There was an offer for ACAIPURE and all you had to pay was the shipping. No so they charged me 85.00 for one bottle of ACAIPURE. They need to be stopped from taking advantage of people. When you call the recording says it will take 83 plus minutes to get thru. If that's true then they have alot of people calling and complaining.

I was out 85.00 and was suppose to be charged 4.99 shipping for a FREE trial bottle of ACAIPURE.

The only address that I have is the address to return product. I ordered the Acai Pure on the trial basis and was charged the $3.95. I then tried to get the RMA# to send it back - the stated hold time was 53 minutes at that time. After hearing that I tried e-mail on the 14th of November to cancel and I did get their confirmation of cancellation. The next day I received another bottle of Acai Pure and when I tried calling again - same story - hold time 56 minutes.

Tried e-mailing again for RMA# on the 18th of November; and, to date, have not received an answer. I now also have a charge on my credit card for Eighty plus dollars and counting as I received another shipment today, December 2nd. Now, this was after their cancellation confirmation! Today the hold time was 81 minutes. I can't get through to them and I can't seem to stop them. Do I have to cancel my credit card to make it stop????

I am on a fixed income and a very tight budget and this has not made it any easier for me to make it. Physically, mentally and economically....

A withdrawl was made on my account on 11/27/08. I've been on the phone for 2 hours waiting and I've gotten no response in emails. This was cancelled and they continue to withdraw money from my account.

I ordered the the trial product also for 4.95. I was billed for 44.95. I just received the product 4 days ago and have already been billed again for 39.95. I am so tired of dealing with these companies. After reading ya'lls stories, I will make the effort to contact the company but I am also disputing the charges with my bank.

It caused my account to go overdrawn.

Ordered trial bottle of Acaipure, to be charged only shipping & handling. Checked my credit card account several days later & noticed I was charged $41.85.It has been two weeks & have not received the product. Also I tried calling them only to find the wait would be 85 min, & was told by recording to e-mail for quicker results but since they didn't give me an order # it would not go through. I called my credit card co & was told they had several complaints about this Co.They credited my account & issued me a new card number

I also have delat with Central coast Nutraceuticals Inc. I orders free acipure which I was to be billed for s/h but when I was charge for 2 products I did not order Hoodiburst gum and Hoodiwater. My bill came to $44.85 .I e-mail and complained they credited my account for $15.00 but was still biller for $29.85.I thought is was taken care of,now I'm getting biller $39.95 to my charge account for nothing .I have tried to e-mail them which is no in service and cannot reach them by phone I waited 1hour and 17 minutes with no answer.I afraid I will be continued to be biller do not know were to go for help.

On 11/07/08 I ordered a 'free trial' but was charged for additional items totaling $44.85. I called to cancel my membership, but was charged another $39.95 on 11/28/08. I then tried to call the number again, was told by automation, that my hold time was 4 minutes and 3 seconds. 37 minutes later, no one has answered.

Overdrafts in my checking account, and undue stress about how to end this scam.

I ordered a trial size bottle, received the order, and was charged $44.85, that was 10/06/08, I immediately emailed the company and received a RMA told them I never ordered all that stuff, of course they said I did. But I checked the order to make sure it was only $4.95 before I confirmed the order. I told them to cancel the order, credit my account for the returned order, but on 10/29/08, another $39.95 was taken from my account, I immediately emailed them again, was told the same as the others it was the second payment.

I left them a voice message also to cancel the orders. I also sent a letter on the copy of the invoice with the returned items that I wanted in no uncertain terms this cancelled. Well I came home from work yesterday to find another order from them, as if I were a new customer charging me $44.90 for a bottle of the Acai Pure that I no way ordered, it was also a different order number, so far I have a total of $129.70 taken out of my account for an order I cancelled and sent back, another order I just received, that I didn't order.

I guess I too will have cancel my debit card. I emailed them today starting from day 1 ending with yesterday and finding another order in my mailbox, I told them that what they are doing is theft, and this nightmare better end. But they don't always respond to emails and you cannot get through on the phone.PLEASE HELP!!! I also told them that I cannot afford this kind of activity on my account, I don't know what else to do. Thank you.

While reading the news on CNN Website and advertisment popped up concerning ACRI BERRY CLEANSING which stated that Ohpry and Dr. Oz recommended this product and that a free sample was available for $4.95 shipping charges. I ordered the free sample and it was sometime early October. I was traveling at that time and did not return home until October 27th. At that time my Visa bill had come in the mail and to my shock there were numerous charges applied amounting to over $400.00.

I immediately called my Visa company and explained that I only ordered a free sample of the ACRI BERRY product and not the nuerous different products which were listed on my bill. I then proceeded to contact the 800 number listed on my statement for the Acri Berry company. I have been calling every day for over a month to no avail. When I get though I am on hold waiting for anywhere from 1 1/2 to 2 hours and then the call just disconnects.

I have not been able to speak to anyone from Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc. and as of this date Nov. 29th, I am still being billed for various products. My Chase Visa company has put the charges on return, however, I still have not resolved the problem.

I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. I placed an order that stated I was getting a free sample and that the only charge would be for devliery of $4.95. This Scam has caused my blood presure to rise and I have not been able to sleep or think straight because of worrying about the charges on my Visa. I just want the company to stop billing me once and for all. I am so afraid this is going to cause severe medical problems for me. Please help stop the company Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc. from continuing this fraud.

I placed an order online for a free trial of ACU PURE, fat busting product, which stated a free TRIAL just pay shpping and handling of $4.95. This company took $44.85 from my checking account the same day. I called the next day and advised them to please cancel my order as I have diabetes and my doctor advised me not to take any product until my blood sugar was under control.

They sent they product anyway and it was refused when our mailman knocked on our door, it could not fit into our mailbox. He put refused on the package and took it back with him. This company then took another $39.95 out of my checking account twice, once on the 3rd and once on the 4th of November. (I have since changed banks).

I have emailed this person Trisha Scott numberous times whereas she called me an ignorant person who never read the contract and said they never received the product back so in essence I do not get my money back. I even threatened with a lawyer and she said to go ahead with my prepaid lawyer. She wanted a tracking number for the product that was returned but, since I never took possession I did not have a tracking number. (I have to admit I was pretty upset when I emailed her and was not kind. Although I did not call her nasty names, other than a stupid cow, I did say this was elder abuse of a 64 year old person and I wanted my G--D--- money back, which was totally rude of me but, I cannot afford to lose that kind of money).

I do not have this product, it was returned by the postal service, nor do I have the money they took from my account. I just want my money returned to me. I cannot use this product and I tried to cancel it the very next day to no avail.

I ordered products from this company online free trial for 30 days. The only cost I was to be paying was shipping and handling for both products. However upon checking my account the whole amount was taken for both products equalling $90.90. I did not expect that to happened I had the shipping and handling costs in my account that is what the ad stated that after 30days I would be charged for the products upon satisfition.

The consequences of the false advistment caused my account to be -150.70 which included the product charges and the NSF fees. This has really caused me serious problems I was unable to pay my househole bills such as my (electric, phone cut-off & could not buy the food needed for me & my family. I have been calling the company since the day I ordered the products and saw that they had place the funds on hold in my account none of this is mentioned in there ad I called to cancel the order, I can not get to this day no matter what time I call get through, I have emailed the company using the order numbers the names of the products, my phone numbers, email addresses, no matter what time I call I just get a recording that says you have to hold for long periods of time, swhich leads me to believe that the company is fraud. I really need this matter to be looked into immediately I don't even know how to began to get this resolved I am at my wits end. I trusted the company because the products were indorsed my Opal Winfrey. Go Figure...Please help me resolve this issue soon. Thank you in advance.

I ordered a Trial Offer of a one month supply of Green Tea Extreme for $1.00 plus $4.95 shipping total of $5.95 from Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc. AKA Greenteaextreme. I called 888-692-8352 and canceled further shipments within a few days of receiving trial offer on Sept. 17, 2008 with a person named Brian. I was informed by Brian that his name was all that was necessary and no further shipments would be sent.

On October 15, 2008 I received a charge (via my CapitalOne Credit card) for $38.95 by Greenteaextreme posted on September 24, 2008. I called CapitalOne Credit Card Company and informed them that I did not authorize this charge nor had I received any further products from this company since the $5.95 trial offer. They informed me that there was an additional charge in the amount of $44.90 for October 9, 2008. My credit card company put in a dispute and advised me to call Greenteaextreme again, to make sure that I was removed from their mailings.

On October 15, 2008 I called Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc/AKA Greenteaextreme at 888-692-835. After being placed on hold for over thirty minutes I finally reached a *woman* who would not give a name and whom hung up on me when I told her mine.

I then left a message on their voice mail system to stop billing me for products not received and to remove me from their service.

I later received two letters from CapitalOne crediting me for the $38.95 and $44.90 disputed charges.

Approximately October 19th I received a package from Fulfillment Center? which I did not authorize nor want from Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc. AKA Greenteaextreme. I returned to sender.

On November 16, 2008 I received another package from Fulfillment Center? that I returned to sender unopened on November 18, 2008 (Monday).

On November 18, 2008 I called my credit card company CapitalOne again and learned that Greenteaextreme placed another charge for an additional $44.90 for November. which I disputed. I then called Greenteaextreme at 888-692-8352. I was told by auto voice message that there would be a 71 minute and 32 second waiting period to speak with a representative due to the popularity of their product?. I then called back and left a voice mail asking them to stop shipping and billing me and that I was filing a complaint with Consumers Affairs and the BBB.

I want Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc/AKA Greenteaextreme to stop billing me then sending me their product. Besides the aggravation and time involved over this Trial Offer? I can not use their product it made me very ill and caused heart palpitations

Hopefully there will not be an economic damage from this and thankfully no physical damage since I only used their product one time.

I ordered a FREE Trial Offer of ACAI BERRY POWER 500 (pay S/H $4.95) as seen on your website in the side bar. Only to discover it was a SCAM and they charged me an additional $50.00 for other products + $39.95 per month for other stuff.

PLEASE POST A WARNING ON YOUR SITE stating that those advertisments on your page are or may not be ligitamate offers. This one referrences Oprah Winfrey and Dr. Memet Oz as well. It even has Oprah's picture on the site. I have written to both of them also.

I held on the phone for over one hour to cancel the order but was repeatedly disconnected. I also sent an email and notified my bank.

I am on a fixed income of only $640 per month and can not afford to make a mistake like this.

I went on line and ordered 1bottle of acai diet pills, it was suppose to be free all you pay is 4.95 shipping and handling. They billed my account 44.85. When I received it I called them and they said return it for a refund, I returned it Nov. 6th and they received it on Nov.8th. Then the debited my account 39.95 this morning. I called them again, they were very rude and said, that it was not free, after 14 days they would charge you for the diet pills, that is not what it said, they keep you on hold for one hour and say they are going to press fruadulent claims against me.

I am very upset with these people and want to know what recourse I have. They send 2 other products, that you do not ask for when they send the free bottle. Hoodiburst Gum 9.95 and Hoodiawater for 29.95, that's why they charge you 44.85 initially. then they want to charge you shipping and handling that you have already paid, and 15% restocking fee, for what you never asked for in the first place, which they say is on page 2, I never saw a page 2. Please can you help me?

It is putting my checking account in havoc, for these extra charges that they keep taking out of my account, and will not refund. I need for this to stop immediately, but they will not co operate. not to mention they keep you on hold for an hour when you try to call them. I am very distressed, as I do not keep extra money in my account, and I cannot afford returned checks charges that may happen thanks to them.

I purchased what I thought was a sample of this company's product. I shortly discovered what their policy was, so I immidiately(30 minutes later) sent them an email and said I did not want the product to cancel this.

I ask them to cancel it along with anything else they had automatically signed me up for. I didn't get a confirmation of the order as they said I would, so I assumed that all orders had been canceled. NOT...

I tried calling them for 3 days as a follow up without being able to ever get through their system.

They sent the product to me 12 days later. I immediately tried to get through their phone system again to tell them not to send anything else, but could not get through again.

I had to obtain an RMA # to send this product back. I expressed my concern again through emil and writing it on the return order form that I didn't want their products or any other offers and stop sending me orders I did not want or order!

I ask them to refund my credit card in full($45.85) for the products. I didn't want this or anything else they were offering.

The only way to reach them is through email and they do not respond in a timely manner if at all. It is impossible to get through their phone system!!!

They finally responded through email several days later. I got my RMA # and returned the product with a note stating do not send anything else and to cancel all previous orders they had signed me up for.

They never respond to the cancel all orders email!

The company would not give me the full refund of $45.85. The orginal amount they charged for their products. They credit my card with $33.92. They still owe me a credit of $11.93 on this order.

Even though they had more than enough time to cancel the order. They would only refund $33.92. They will not respond to me regarding this problem.

They charged my credit card again on 10/29/08 with $38.95. They now own me a total credit of $50.88.

Jae Lopez emailed me on 11/06/08, and said I had agreed to the terms and that is why they are charging my CC for another shipment. I have not received any shipment!

It is impossible to get through to these dishonest people!

I checked this company out on the BBB of AZ and they have multiple complaints about the same problem I have. They are not doing business in an honest manner.

Something needs to be done to stop them from continuing their shady business practices and doing this to other consumers!

AcaiPure Cleanser I thought I got a real bargin when I seen this on my e-mail from Oprah Show. It was a free bottle for only $4.95 for shipping & handling. That was no problem. Then I check my checking account three weeks later there was a charge of $39.95 from CCNNUTRA. Its the same company. I didn't order anything else and I have'nt recieve any other product. I tried calling but, all I get is a waiting time or a busy signal.

I'm unemployed and it took money out for my monthly bills. Which cause my account to be overdrawn. I had to cancel my debt account in case they tried to take more money out.

They post a deceiving 'pop-up' ad online for beneficial herbal products: 'trial offers for $4.95. Once they get your credit card number they withdraw $40.+ monthly from your account

withdrawal from my bank account of, fortunately, only one month, $40, because I caught it. but I'm sure many others are taken in by these ads

On or about Oct.6,'08,I saw an ad on my PC screen for a product called ACAI-PURE.In the ad,it stresses the detox/cleansing properties of these berries (acai) from the rainforest, I think and weight-loss potential. Since I have been dealing with MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS for at least 15 yrs.,my mobility has been greatly limited. As a result, my weight has increased.I'm quite careful to eat organic food and don't overeat.I take no "meds" and am always looking for healthy supplements which could be beneficial to my condition. I would say that the biggest reason I decided to try this product was because of an endorsement by OPRAH. A picture of her was prominently displayed. Since I've watched some of her excellent health/medical programs,i.e. DR. OZ,I trust her opinions.

The offer was to try this product for 1 mo.(risk-free)and pay ONLY SHIPPING,4.95.I agreed to that deal and when I received the product, I was billed for 44.90,(39.95+4.95 shipping). I immediately called the 800 number, cust. service and asked if there was some mistake because I was under the impression I was only being charged shipping costs.I said there was no way I would have signed on to spend that much on such a product.I said that I wished to return the product if the charges were more than the 4.95 for shipping as was stated in their ad.The male voice on the other end immediately said that I read the ad wrong. He said absolutely that I could return the package but that I would be charged the full amt.

The conversation then deteriorated into a shouting match. He was hostile and really rude.I hung up and tried to even e-mail OPRAH to report the incident but for some reason, the message couldn't be sent.I should mention that I've only been on-line since July'08.and every now&then I get that response that a message cannot be sent.I haven't solved that problem yet. My friend resealed the pkg. & tried to return it. She was told that once the pkg. is opened,I had to pay shipping to return it.I also called CHASE VISA, the card to which the product was charged and asked them to take the 44.90 off my acct. which they did after I explained the situation.

Last wk. or wk. before, I received ANOTHER PKG. with same invoice. Apparently, they are sending one per mo.I should not have opened it but I directed my friend(caregiver) to open it because I was expecting another pkg. that would've been exactly that size, from E-BAY.Now, I'm stuck w/another pkg. & ship. charges which I DID NOT ORDER. PLEASE HELP!! By the way,I returned to their website to make copies of their ad, a few times. When I try to "close the window", I keep getting pop-ups which willsay "are you sure you want to close this window?" It is really OBNOXIOUS!!

This is a deceptive website. They offer a free trial on several products for shipping of $4.95. They have a box that is already checked to order additional products. I unchecked the box once and then looked at another product and they rechecked the box. I did not realize it nor did I realize they were going to charge me every month for these products.

They say 100% money back guarantee. But when the order comes it states on the shipping order form that you can not return the product without their permission. It also states they charge a restock fee of 15%. I was unable to reach a live person by phone yestersay after multiple phone calls and holding in excess of 30 minutes each. they say they have no ability to take a message at that time on the phone also. I emmailed them but have not heard back yet.

These recurring charges have put me over my credit limit on my card.

The above company sells products over the internet and advertises on television, and email: products like Acai Pure, Hoodiburst Gum, Hoodiawater. They offered a free trial of Acai Pure, with the pitch: Free Trial just pay for shipping $4.95. However when the item came via USPS for $2.54 they also sent and billed me for two other products not ordered by me. Products added without my consent are: 1)Hoodiburst Gum 12 pieces sugarless gum $9.95 2)Hoodiawater 1fluid ounce dated 07/10 $29.95 For a total of $44.85

I did not order nor do I need twelve sugarless gums for $9.95 or one fluid ounce of water(Hoodiawater) for $29.95 I cannacted them via regular mail for them to send me a Return Authorization Form to send back the items not ordered, but have yet to get a response after one week. I also contacted my credit card (Sears) asking them to stop payment, and sent them via mail printed brochures and copy of the bill and order. I would be pleased if you would assist me and also have them stop there practice as it is illigal and I am sure that they have done the same to alot of individuals. Thanking you for your kind assistance.

This trial offer for colopure is a scam. It is intentionally misleading on the terms and also on the return policy that is sent along with the offer. They purposely shipped late to make the 30 day period expired before I could return unused portion. When i called the rep told me that they sent it out and it was returned to them because there was no # on the address.

When I finally received the product around Feb.1, about a month after originally ordered, the shipping receipt still read Jan 2. Nice! When I called to cancel the Trial subscription on 2/18 (17 days later), I was told it would be cancelled no problem. I was then billed $38.95 on my credit card.

When I called to question this, I was told too bad. They give you 2o days to try it and a 6 day shipping window, so that is why the billing was on the Feb. 14. On the Return Policy it states 30 days and also says this is for unopened unit only, Exceptions made for trial offer. Total scam. They refuse to reverse the charges.
