Complain about a product or service

I ordered a cardiotwister in SeptemberI was told it would be 10-15 days. When that time was up, I was told it would be 4-6 wks. Then it was on back order. I finlly got the machine about october 18th. I was really happy it had finally arrived. my son went to put it together for me and you guessed it! A major piece of it was missing! I called the company back and told them and i was told it would be shipped immediately.

Well, here it is November 12th and i'm still waiting! I called again and was told once again it was back ordered! How can it be back ordered? the piece had to be there for it to be complete in the first place. I really want the machine but this is totally unexceptable! some people are living on a limited income and being taken advantage of! do they think the warranty will run out while we are waiting for the pieces to come in month after month. i would like to know if the maker of this BRNDA DYGRAFknows how her product is being distributed. i'm sure she would not be very happy! that is just poor business! If I could find her on the internet I would sure let her know!
