This company advertises a free 30 day trial of their product, however you have to be aware of the terms and conditions. After 14 days, you will be charged the full price of the product and automatically enrolled in monthly autoship program. However, your 14 day trial starts when you evaluate the product, which according to the company that would be on the day that you place your order. I find it difficult to evaluate a product if I am not taking the product or have it in my possion.

I received the product 6 days into my 14 day trial period and I am suppose to call and ask for an extension of my 14 day trail, but I am suppose to just know that because it is not stated in the Terms & Conditions. Lastly, when I placed my call to cancel, I was on hold for 35 minutes. Also, don't forget to cancel your membership to Fit Factory for 19.95 per month.

Economic loss: 149.90 plus the cost of shipping and handling of 4.95 each, even though they come from the same factory and could be shipped together verse seperate.

Order free trial, then was billed for the product after the trail period. Website claimed 100% satisfaction guarantee. Product made me sick called to cancel and get refund based on 100% satisfaction guarantee and was refused. Offered to send back unused product and still was refused refund based on the terms and conditions of the free trail. However satisfaction guarantee was not honored. Very deceiving business practices and false statements of satisfaction guarantee. Website did not state that no refunds would be given after the trail period.

Damage: 69.99, plus hours on the phone to figure out the charges on my account and contact customer service
