I was charged for supplements I never received, nor did I order. I am not able to reach someone through any of the 1-800 numbers they have and they continue to draft monies out of my bank account. I will now have to go to my bank and have them block this company and all others associated with Bromalite. The total to date is over 250.00. I was only suppose to receive a ONE TIME FREE bottle of dietary supplements and was only to pay 4.95.

This has caused extreme agony on me, as it is 3 weeks from Christmas and I depend on the money in my checking account to survive on. I now will have to take time out of my work hours to go to the bank and see about getting this company blocked from taking money out of my account. I am under a lot of mental anguish over this, and have not even been able to talk to my spouse as he would flip out, due to the fact that his employer has cutback on his hours of work because of the recession. Please let me know what can be done to correct this situation and take this company out of business..

It's a dam shame to have a good product and have such a shady marketing program to promote it. If you read the fine print at the bottom of the last page [which I did not]before you submit the order you will find that you just signed up for a fitness program that is 19.95 a month and an auto-ship program of the Bromalite product that is 69.95 a month, all charged to your credit card. I caught the fitness but missed the auto-ship program. I called and canceled it, got a cxl# and thought that was it and then a charge of 74.95 appeared on my account from Bromalite. It took forever to finally talk to someone and did get a cxl# for the Bromalite although I have not received the credit on my account yet. BEWARE !!!! DO NOT GET INVOLVED !!!!

So far just the refund and about 3 hrs. of my time.

I ordered the free trial order and paid shipping charges of 4.95 and had it billed to my bank card. A few days later I was charged 69.95 for something that I have not received and for what I did not order. I am also being charged for a 19.65 Fit charge which was not part of the deal. Now I have to change my bank card so that I do not get future charges. This company is a scam.

My bank card will have to be cancelled and I will have to notify everyone who is automatically paid that this card is not good any longer.

I ordered the free trial they also had the Green Tea I did not want and the box was prechecked Yes. I called to have it removed and was told to call back three days later. When I called back I was told it was to late to cancel. I also had to immediately cancel the Fit Factory membership that I did not request. I will call my credit card company and cancel all future changes from this company. Don't order this product, even if it does work they allow their customers to be scammed. I will not do business with a company that can not protect its customers.
