Bromalite

Consumer Complaints & Reviews

I have returned this product every month now for six months to cancel any future orders and they continue to send me this product. They don't answer the phone for you to speak with a human being. You have to leave a detailed message. I'm over this. What can I do to stop this?

I also ordered a free 30-day sample of Bromalite, a colon cleanse, for which I was told that I would be charged $2.47 for shipping. Eleven days later, my credit card was charged $79.95 for the bottle they sent me that I though was the sample. I called the number on my bank statement, and I was told that the bottle was not the sample and the $79.95 was for the bottle they sent--$2.47 was the shipping for the bottle.

Well, they also charged me $0.07 for some kind of bank charge. I was completely outdone. The people at their customer service swear that there is nothing that they can do about it. The company is a ripoff--using free samples and shipping cost to get your credit card information. Then, before the 12 days are up, it charges you and make it impossible to get your money back. Something needs to be done about companies like this that uses deceit to rip off people.

I received a call to try Bromalite for $1 for 30 day free trial and would receive a free gift card to Wal-Mart, all for $1. I could call and cancel or be billed $30 after the trial time. I was billed $79.95 ten days later and $59.95 seven days after that. When called to complain, they stated that they could refund the second but not the first. I informed them that it should not be done to a person and Sofie said she would check into it. Very bad customer service and a very shady way to conduct business.

I had a phone call if I want try a free bottle of Bromalite, that was in June9, 2010. When I receive the bottle, they send me another that I did not order, so I call they up and they will give me my refund back in my debit card, but did not do what they did not do what they say. I have been keep calling them, they did not respond at all. So now I send a letter is being process to attorney general. Please send my refund now before the attorney general responded. I would like to take care of this matter. Thank you

Be advised that this company seems to be selling information to a third party. I had complaints from citizens of others calling with the last 4 numbers of their credit card used, wanting the full credit card number. Stay away from this company, period.

Went online at www.***.com and try to order online Bromalite for my boss. I could not so I decided to call customer service. They answered the phone, ordered from them, gave them my credit card I used for my job. They told me I would get their product between 3 to 7 days later. Two week later, I am still waiting for their product so I called them back to let them know I never got the Bromalite and asked them to cancel my membership with them. The person I spoke with told me, "Okay, we cancelled. We will not bill you for anything."

A month after I lost my credit card so I got a new one, I assumed they still try to collect some money from me and they could not so they send the bills to a collection company who called me everyday in my work phone telling me I owed money to Bromalite and they sent to a collection agency. I told that person I cancelled my account long time ago. I do not owe any money to this people whoever they are and I asked if they can give me their phone so I can speak directly with them and the person denied me their phone number. So I told then I would not pay for something I never got and it was not even for me, it was for my boss. And the address they have in file is my job. They already ruined my credit but I can't change that anymore. I try to go to ***.com but they are not there anymore.

Never ordered or received the product to my knowledge. Just got a call from a third party in the Philippines collecting an outstanding charge for $79.95 for Bromalite. When I explained that I didn't know what they were talking about, they said I needed to pay that amount or they will turn it over to collectors and ruin my credit.

I asked why I never received any notices in the mail or prior calls being that it was supposedly ordered 11 months prior. They said that I had been notified several times via email. Since I had never received an e-mail from them, I asked what e-mail address they had. He gave me an e-mail address that I never had. This is some kind of scam. I don't know what I can do. I don't feel that it is fair that I would have to pay for this just to keep my credit clear. I would be grateful for any advice. Someone needs to put together a class action law suit as there are many similar complaints. Potentially, my credit could be ruined.

About a year ago I did order a trial for just the cost of shipping. Five minutes later, after I had noticed that they would charge me in full 11 days after order, which would mean that due to the slow Canadian postal customs I would be charged the full amount way before I would even see the sample, I changed my mind right away and cancelled the order. No problem, I was told.

That was about a year ago. Now I am receiving phone calls from people in some underdeveloped country who cannot speak more than basic and hardly understandable pidgin English who claim they work for Capital something and state that I owe Bromalite $79.95. Further, they say that if I settle the account by giving the caller my credit card number they will cancel the "contract" with Bromalite and I will not owe them any more money. Otherwise, they are going to harass me with phone calls until I pay up, I have been told!

Of course, I have never received anything from Bromalite, not entered into any "contract" with them, nor do I owe them a red cent. Isn't this an outright scam that Bromalite is involved in? Shouldn't that company's principals have been taken to task by the Federal Trade Commission long ago if they conduct business in the manner I can read on these pages and am myself experiencing? There must be some way to stop this kind of behavior! Every evening we get two or three calls from these pidgin speakers. How can I sue them for harassment when they are located in some primitive country with hardly any consumer protection laws and likely totally corrupt government and law enforcement people?

I ordered this product online and was to get a sample and then if I like the product, would then receive the product regularly. I never received the product sample but a regular bottle and I cancelled the product as it did not work for me. Now over one year later, I get a call from this company that say they are demanding a charge of $ 79.95. I spoke with a woman by the name of Rev and her number extension was **.

She says that if I do not pay this amount that they will ruin my credit by reporting a non-pay to my credit bureau. This was from August of 2009. I do not feel that I owe them this money since my card was charged. I never received any new bottles and do not want any thing else to do with these people. I did go online to cancel with them right after I decided that I did not want this product. I do not expect to owe them any money nor do I expect any money from them. I just want them to stop calling me and to leave me alone.

About a year ago, I ordered a 60 capsule bottle of Bromalite that was supposed to be free. When it arrived, it turns out they signed me up for a club. I canceled it. I never used it because the ingredients were wrong for me. I just received a phone call saying I owed $79, and that if I did not want to receive more phone calls, I'd better pay up. What a fraud! Bring it on Bromalite. I feel like I have my claws now.

We ordered the trial offer in April of 2009 and returned within the 15-day period and was refunded our money. I just received a phone call today stating that we have an outstanding balance with the company and it will go to collections. Stay away from this company!

I was told by a collection agency that I had ordered this product, but I never did. Some how they have my Visa card info. I never received this at all and they want to charge me $79.80 for it. I can't get a hold of anyone to correct this problem. I feel that this is a scam , and I am going to file a police report for this.

I ordered the supposed trial in August of 2009. Immediately, I received calls telling me I was enrolled in subscription programs and I declined all of them. I called them immediately and canceled all orders and subscriptions and any auto ship. To my surprise, I received a phone call today (nearly a year later!) telling me that I had an outstanding balance due and that I had to pay it in order to keep it from effecting my credit rating. I was also told that no cancellation had been executed on the account and that the only way to get it canceled was to pay the outstanding bill. I've received no product for this money. I don't even think I received the original sample but could be wrong. I know I didn't receive anything after calling them.

Please help. This company should not be in business or allowed to operate this way. This website alone represents way too many people being scammed by this company. I am currently considering my own legal action. Note, all other complaints about the employees working there are completely true. I've never dealt with anyone like them.

I ordered a 30-day free trial which I never received. I did receive a bottle in 30 days with a $79.95 charge on my debit card. In another 30 days, there was another $79.95 charge on my debit card. I called and they promised to credit my account, which was never done. At least the charges stopped being charged to my account. Or so I thought. Six months later, the charges started again. This time for $29.95 in April and May. I called the company and they claim I authorized payment. The product is terrible but not as bad as their business ethics. Supposedly, they will credit my account for the April and May charges. We'll see.

I ordered the product on a 30-day trial. I received a bill for a monthly fee $79.95 which I cancelled. I just received a call from a collection agency saying I owed them $900+ for a product I did not receive. They allowed me to pay only $79.95 to close the account. This company is extortionist and fraudulent. I paid the bill to keep my credit record perfect.

13 months has gone since I had dealings with this corrupt company. And today, I get a phone call from them trying to get me to pay $79.99. Ryan told me that in order for them to close my account, I have to pay $79.99 or it will go on my credit report. I never received the product, and I filed a complaint with the BBB on them back in March 2009.

Now, someone tell me why, after 13 months, they are now trying to collect. They are so corrupt. So she gets smart and asks, "Well, why do we have all your information?" I said, "You idiot, if I order something on the Internet that requires all my info, then that would the reason." So I asked her "If you have all my information, why have you charged it already?" She said she needed some more information. "No," I said. "You just want me to confirm my billing info, so you can." But I cancelled that card last year, because they were such a mess to be dealing with. Stay away from them; they are no good.

I saw the 30 day trial on line. I ordered it and then realized that at the very bottom, in tiny print, it states they would be charging my credit card each month if I didn't cancel before 30 days. I immediately canceled the whole thing the same day I ordered. I never heard from the company again until the next year by a collection agent saying that I ordered from Bromalite and didn't cancel, therefore I owe $119.95. This is a scam

I received letter threatening to report me to the credit bureau to affect my scores if I did not remit $119 for Bromalite monthly auto shipments which were never ordered or received. I called and was told the company no longer represents Bromalite and to disregard the demand by Frances X 17007.

I've just received a bill in the mail from a collection agency (Healthy Online Services) for Bromalite stating I am past due $119.95 for a product I cancelled a year ago and have not received any of since. I was paid in full when I cancelled and have not received any bills or product since until today, when I received a statement saying not only that I owe money but I am delinquent as well. I have exhausted all the resources I know on trying to get a hold of Bromalite to resolve this issue and have come up empty. Can you please help? I do not owe Bromalite or Healthy Online Services $119.95 and I'm afraid of my credit being tarnished.

I cancelled a trial order a few years ago and did not receive any shipments from then on. Then today, I received an email saying I owe them $119.95 for something that I never received and it has gone into collection after all these years. I believe this is a scam. They are threatening to ruin my credit.

I cancelled Bromalite after the first bottle. I was still charged and I am still receiving bottles. I want to be off their list. Plus, it's like eating candy. It doesn't work. It's a stress trying to get these people to do anything. I just went through my husband's death and I don't need this added pressure.

I requested a trial of this product online in October and like others, I got an automatic shipment that cost $79.95 within about 3 weeks thereafter. At that point, I cancelled the automatic shipments and thought no more of this. Today, some 5 months later, with a few moments on my hands, I look over my debit card statement and notice that I have a charge for $29.95 at the end of February from a company I have never heard of - Fitness Movers.

I call the 800 number and I am told that I must have agreed to join a website that could help me with my weight loss goals. After much discussion, I am told that this offer was part of the agreement for buying the Bromalite but they can refund this amount. I think that is the end of the matter but peruse earlier statements and notice that there is another $29.95 charge for January but in another name (Healthy Hub) with a different toll free number. I call the number and realize that for the past five months, I have been charged $29.95 for some membership that I have no idea of and each time it is done in another name.

After some discussion and as a special favor (because this is well beyond the 21 day period to stop the membership), I am told that they will refund me a total of $89.95 representing 3 of the 5 months that I have been charged for. I have not yet seen the credit to my account and am hoping that it will come to pass. I, however, cannot believe that this kind of operation is allowed to exist.

Even if I missed some fine print offer, I have never had any communication to advise me how I can use this membership that I am being charged for. I would hazard a guess that there is probably no service associated with this fee. Is there no law that can prevent these kinds of scams? To ensure that there are no future charges I will close this account. I have certainly learned my lesson. I hope others will read this and avoid doing business with this company.

I heard about the product through an email ad and went to the site to try the $2.47 trial sample on 7/26/09. I received the sample which contained a bottle of tablets and a computer printed sheet inside saying 28-day trial sample and that it will be billed on my sample as "Bromalite" and on my statement it did appear so. However, when I received my August statement, I had 2 charges each for $79.95 from a company called Flushclnse.

I called my bank and they recommended I call the number on the statement first and find out what the company/product/charge was all about. I first talked to Emily who told me that it was the Bromalite that I was being charged for and that their records showed that I received a second bottle after my sample, which I did not. She also said that she could only request a refund for the second charge because (which did not seem to match up to an actual shipment) it was too late to cancel the first one according to the "agreement" on the website when I ordered my sample.

Well, I'm not so naive that I would give my address, phone number and credit card info to a company without reading any kind of agreement or disclaimer statement on the webpage. There was no such agreement or statement, just the button to click to receive my sample. They have since changed the order page to have an agreement, but it was not there in July! I was then told to call back because she had to talk to a supervisor (who wasn't there at the time). I called back in an hour or so and talked to Stephanie who gave me the same run around and after threatening to report their company to every agency I could think of to name. She said that she would put in the request for refund of both charges and to check back if I didn't get a refund in 4-6 weeks.

On 11/20/09, I still hadn't received a refund and called and talked to Mitchel who gave me a reference number for my refund request and told me that it had been reviewed and was supposed to be processed. He said that he would personally take it to the finance/refund department and ask for it to expedited. He referred me to call back in a few days to check the status. I called on 11/24 and spoke this time with Tyler who told me it had been approved and was being processed. He assured me that the full refund for both charges would be posted back to my account in 12 days max.

Well, on 12/11/09, I still did not have the refund in my account and called again. This time I talked to Philip (never the same person twice and none of them seemed to know who the others were). Philip said that the computer records showed that the refund was indeed approved but somehow not posted and, again, I was assured that it would come in 5 days. Again, no refund came. On 12/18/09, I enlisted the help of a customer service agent at my bank who called the company and talked to Tina. My bank agent got the exact same thing, the refund had been approved but the posting was not done and that the refund would be in my account by the next week.

Well, not it is 1/25/10 (four months since I started calling these people) and no activity. I called and this time talked to Tiffany who was not very helpful at all. She told me that the record she was looking at showed that I had already received a refund for one of the charges on August 28 (before I even started my requests!). When I told her that no such refund took place and that I was still waiting for both charges to be refunded, she basically called me a liar and said that I must have received the refund already and couldn't request for the other one because it was too late. She said that it was my responsibility to pay because I never cancelled the shipments. Even though I told her that all the other people had said that my refund was approved, she kept saying that it was not possible. When I pressed her to connect me to a supervisor, she gave me the excuse that it was a late shift and there was none else around. I insisted that she let me talk to someone else or tell me when I would get my money back and she hung up on me!

Yes, I probably won't get my money back but I am going to keep bothering them so that they know that they can't just steal people's money with no consequence. I am trying to work with my bank to see if there is any way to charge them for theft or at least mail fraud. I hope that all of the others that they have ripped off will do the same. By the way, if you try to go to their website to contact them, it is "under construction" (a.k.a. gone). I am out a total of $161.18 (2 charges of $79.95 and a $0.64 ATM fee for each). Not to mention that I am a public school teacher in Hawaii who is losing 17 paid days a year in furloughs. This money was supposed to be for Christmas presents. I ended up shortening my list and not getting anything for some people and less than usual for others! I guess the final kicker is that the product didn't even work, it gave me intense stomach pains and bloating. This company is fraudulent and stole my money and has apparently been doing this to many others.

I just got off the phone with the customer service. I had 6 months of fraudulent credit card billing at $29.95 per month. The monthly postings day of the month changed every month and every other month the name of the supposed retailer providing a supposed service changed every other month. Not coincidentally, all these phone numbers take you to the same message and same voice. I contacted my credit card company, Discover Card, and put in a dispute for the charges.

I then called in one of the 800 numbers above, and first explained to customer service that what I believed was happening was fraudulent. He put me thru to his supervisor, who actually came on about 35 minutes later, but they did come on periodically with a live voice to ask me to continue holding. He then said since I had put in a dispute with Discover, he did 3-way with me on the line directly to that credit card customer service phone number. I gave him the Discover card phone number and together we called Discover customer service, and we verified the disputes. He asked Discover to discontinue the disputes if I would accept a check from customer service. He said he would mail me a check in the amount of $179.29 this week, and gave me a new customer service number to call on if I had any further questions.

I asked him what is the name of the company that has been billing my credit card all these charges from these 4 different supposed company names on my credit card? His answer to my question was: Fit Factory. I believe this is the concern that is fraudulent--the company, Fit Factory. I believe the customer service agent was legit. I think the customer service agency is being used by the fraudulent concern. Most people will not stick on the phone for over an hour to see it to resolution.

The weird thing that should have tipped me off earlier was that I was receiving calls from the same cities that were posted in the billing of the above bogus postings. The cities I received calls from were: Santa Monica, CA, Reno, Nevada, and St. George, Utah. Then I would say hello to the caller and then they would simply hang-up. Sometimes, they would call everyday. It was spooky. I think this was part of the scheme so they could say they called me, or that they were confirming I had actually moved to this address. Finally we got one person on the line and told them we had already set up a Do Not Call on our number and that we had reported them for calling us on the internet.

Unfortunately, my credit card statement was still billed all they way up to and ending at the final posting date of 12/29/10. I will get back to let you know if I actually do receive this refund check. $179.29 of fraudulent billing on my credit card and the concern my credit card number is floating around with criminals. I have since changed my account number and added a password to get in to my account with the customer service agent at Discover card.

I ordered a free 30 day sample of Bromalite, colon cleanse, for which I was told I would be charged 2.47 for shipping. 11 days later My credit card was charged 79.95 for the bottle they sent me that I though was the sample, well I called the number on my bank statement, I was told that the bottle was not the sample and the $79.95 was for the bottle they sent and the $2.47 was the shipping for the bottle. Well they also charged me $.07 for some kind of bank charge, I don't know what that is???

Also I never received the sample and the man( Who would not give me his name) said that I should have received the sample already and it was mailed!!?? he said that I could not return the product because my wife opened it to try it. So, now I am out $82.49 for a product I did not order or wanted, I only wanted the sample. which I did not receive. he said "we can charge you after the 12 day trial period. But I brought it to his attention that today was the 11Th day and he said it was the 12Th day and that is why I was charged. I feel this company did me very wrong and I want my money back!!

I received an add in my email acct regarding the Acai Berry and it was for $5.95 so I thought I would give it a try. Never did it say I would be joining anything or receiving anything else having to do with Bromalite. Placed my order for $5.95 and got the product. Well, stupid me never looked at the statement or my own banking statement until October and noticed a charge for $29.95 and this had been going on for 9 months.

Never once did I receive any further products from Bromalite and now I'm try to get refunded and have to jump through hoops and keep hearing "it was on your statement" from the cust. rep. Not very good customer service I must say. Quite the scam they have going. I will keep checking my bank statements for my refunds, which they say they will be refunding. People, don't fall for this! It cost me $300.00 to receive nothing. Makes me think alot of companies out there must be doing the same thing.

After ordering the cleanse and notice no change so I called to cancel and was advised to keep the remaining pills at no charge. So far no additional charges however when I called to cancel they said they would send out a trail package for a Discount Buying Club and Dining & Entertainment for previewing you can get a gas card or gift card. I declined however after reconfirming it was totally free until trial is over I said just send the info.

When I looked over my bank statement I was charged 2.48 plus .06 exchange fee. Once I notified the Dining club I was notified the dinning club they would not refund anything because Bromalite gave the incorrect info not them. I cancelled with them immediately! Check your bank statement for little charges stemming from Bromalite sales.

Tried to order a free sample of their product for which I was told I would be charged $2.49 for shipping. My credit card was charged $34.95 for something I didn't order. Called to cancel that on Sept. 24th. I was told they would cancel that order, but still send me my trial. As of Oct. 6th that charge has not been refunded, and to my surprise I had been charged another $79.95! I called to inquire what that was, and was told I was charged because I hadn't called to cancel my order withing 12 days of ordering. Huh? But I haven't even received the free sample, yet. They promised to refund the $79.95, but I suspect they won't. I am disputing the transaction with the credit card company. I wish I had done more research before ordering the trial product.

i called to cancel and tay said thay canceled but thay took out the full price and my trial time wasnt up yet. when i caaled thay just keept saying thay couldnt do anything about it. i ask to speek with the super and thay said there wasnt one there to talk to and i ask when i could talk to one and thay said thay wasnt able to tell me that. i am disabled and dont get much money and things are tight and now i have to deal with giving this place my money for nothing. i cant afford it

Have tried on several occassions to cancel my order for their Bromalite All Natural Digestive Supplement. I used two bottles (120) capsules. Product made me feel ill. Stop taking without any positive results. I'm diabetic and afraid to continuing taking this product. Would like to return all containers that have not been opened for a refund but can not get anyone to talk to me.

I tried Bromalite ordered only one order it didn't work and I noticed they continued to bill my credit card company month after month. I had to contact my credit card company to stop them from billing me.

I answered their ad that promised a free trial of the product about 6 mo ago. At that time i received the product and determined that it was useless.I tried to contact the company with out success ever since. they wont take any calls, meanwhile they are robbing my checking account any time they like, and I need help. I am working with my bank to determine the amount stolen so far

I ordered this product on a "trial" basis and could not take it because it made me sick. I was surprised when they sent me another bottle and I called immediately to cancel. They charged my credit card three times for this "trial" order. I only got one of the charges returned. They are very rude and hard to deal with. I would not recommend dealing with this company at all. It is just a scam to get your money and even when you send their product back, unopened, they will not refund your money as the terms on their website state. Please do not waste your time and money with this company!

I ordered one bottle of Bromalite for promised 15day trial period free. Caveat-- must cancel in 15 days. However, they make it impossible to do so. I tried many many times by following instructions, and continually was told that I was not recognized by the computer system. I also tried by phone several times and was put on hold, eventually needing on get off--I could not make this my life's work!!!--When I finally reached someone I was told the trial period was over and I could not get a refund. I was also charged 29.95 twice for a fitness program I never signed on for, and for a second bottle that was mailed to me and charged again for 69.95, which I returned. I have been refunded all monies except the initial 69.95 however, I want my free trial as promised, and the original 69.95 refunded as well. Thank you.

Unlike many people who order things off the internet, I DO read everything in the fine print. I was in the process of filling out my information to order the "free trial" (which I knew would not be completely "free"). Only after one fills out all their information including their telephone number and credit card info. do they get to the new information about automatically being charged for more products and a membership to a fitness club.

I NEVER checked "I agree". In fact, I even went back and deleted my credit info. and tried to get off the web site. I was presented with further questioning ("Are you sure...?") before the site would let me go. They kept offering a better deal. Each time I declined. The next day, however, a Bromalite representative called me and said my order was on the way. I said, "NO..." but never got another word in. The lady started yelling at me and then hung up. I returned the call two times, and each time a recorded voice said, "Goodbye" and hung up on me. They would not let my phone be answered!!

Based on a recommendation from a health food website, I did the Bromalite free trial. If you canceled within the 12 days, you would only be charged the $4.95 shipping. I canceled but even before I canceled I was charged $34.95. That was on 7/8/09. I called to find our where my refund was on 7/21/09, was first told my credit card was never charged. Then finally got them to admit that they did, they said they would issue a refund. Would take up to 12 days to issue. As of 7/31/09 no refund, called them, said a computer glitch rejected my refund request, they did a manual request today, would take 2-12 days to refund.

I saw a $29.95 charge yesterday from Fitness Hub. Called them, they are related to Bromalite. They admitted that I never ordered the service, but they sent a letter telling me they were going to charge my card in 15 days if I didn't cancel the subscription. Since when can a company tell you unless you cancel something you didn't order that they are going to charge you? That sounds like a crime to me. I am going to pursue this with the Texas Attorney General and the US Attorney General. To say the least, I am very angry and concerned that this company is doing this and getting away with it.

Ordered the trial size bottle at $4.95 on June 25, 2009 and then canceled. I received a phone call a week later to confirm the order and told the man I had canceled the order. Two weeks later I received a repeat phone call and I reiterated the account was canceled.
On July 29, 2009 I discovered a second charge of $82.35 for Bromalite. Two phone calls to the company supposedly has gotten me a reimbursement of the second charge, but not the first.

I was told there was no one above the supervisor, Tyson, that I could speak with and no other refund would be made.

Ordered product, did not open, received second order, returned both, June 2,2009 delivered @ 5:10 PM, Riverton, Utah 84065 to MBMF CALLER SERVICE. The items were signed for by J. Sparks. I've made several calls talked to Valerie, Jessica, Dominique. Made contact with Supervisor Lisa and was told to call back if refund did not show on my account. Again waited the twelve day waiting time to process.

Now no supervisors were available. I was hung up on by one operator. Giggling girls on return call. Appears to be a total scam with no recourse. Financial hardship. Thanking you in advance if you can help.

These people piggybacked in off of AcaiBerry. I sent back their products and they will not refund my money. They are a bunch of thieves and liars. I have called so many times and told so many lies. Everyone should beware and never believe you will get something for nothing. I thought okay since it is $4.95 I will try it. As a result I am very sick with reflux and IBS. AcaiBerry were great they refunded my money as soon as I called them. Trying to get my money back has made me very sick as well. They hit my account four times @74.85 each time. 02/17/2009-03/03/2009-04/02/2009 and 05/04/2009 I just want my money back.

I ordered their trial for this scam for $4.95 and I received it about 5 days later. The product made me feel bloated and gross, so I threw it away. I was traveling and didn't have a chance to cancel the trial and then I had a charge on my debit card for $69.00. I also had a charge for $29.00 for some "online fitness club" that was part of the scam. I got that refunded, but have not been able to get the $69 charge refunded. I called my bank and cancelled my debit card and now I know better than to fall for something like this. They need to be put out of business and thrown in jail. The number I've listed is the number that comes up with the credit card charge. I cannot find an address for them. What a surprise.

This was a free trial of a weight loss supplement. I authorized the shipping fee of $4.95 for the free trial only. There was nothing that I saw when I signed up for this that told me my card would be billed for anything else. I didn't even see how many days the free trial would be.

When the product arrived on June 5, there was a small line on the packing list that said the free trial was for 12 days; but they sent me a bottle for 30 days. After taking the product for 10 days, I found that it was worthless. So I contacted the company (June 15, 2009) to see if they wanted me to return the unused product. They told me to keep it and keep taking it to see if it started to work.

Then they told me the trial period began 3 calendar days from the order date of May 29, 2009; therefore, I had to cancel by June 12, 2009. They told me I had agreed to this, but I did not see anything when I was ordering the product that explained this. I did go back to the e-mail confirmation I got after I ordered, and it does have a fine print section at the end of the e-mail that explains these terms; but there was nothing as I was ordering that showed this.

I told the rep on the phone that I had canceled within 12 days of receiving the product, and I demanded that he not charge me any additional fees. He said it had already been charged and I would not receive a refund. I called back and spoke to another rep named Jasmine who, after speaking with her supervisor, told me that they would issue a refund to me but it would take approximately 10 days to get the refund. She gave me a confirmation number for the refund.

Then I did some research on the internet and found numerous complaints against this company. I checked the Better Business Bureau and found this company has an "F" rating, and I began to doubt if I would ever see a refund. So I canceled my debit card on June 15 in hopes that the charge could be blocked. But it came through anyway on June 17.

I contacted my bank, and they advised me to dispute the charge even though I was promised a refund, so they can monitor the situation. I am faxing the dispute form today, and I will also file a complaint with the BBB.

To prove this is fraud, the confirmation e-mail shows in big bold letters on the first page that the product will be shipped within 2-5 business days. Then the fine print on the last page of the e-mail states the "free trial period" will begin on the 3rd calendar day from the day the order was placed. This makes it impossible to complete the free trial in time to cancel. I hope I get my money back.

I got ripped off. I signed up for a free sample for shipping of $4.25. I got the package, read the fine print and found out they were going to start charging me $80 per month unless I cancelled within12 days. I called immediately, cancelled and got a cancellation #. I sent the product back immediately and signed the receipt. Then six days later, my account got debited for $29.95 by a company Lifestylefit.com, 800-957-6988, that I had never heard from. I called them and they explained that they were a bonus add along service that came with my Bromolite subscription. I got angry and they agreed to refund my monies immediately. Nineteen days later, no refund so I filed a fraud claim with my bank and now have to go in and close my account and open another one because they say they cannot stop any further debits from this company or any other that Bromolite wants to sell my debit card info to. It is a total scam and fraud. They should be closed down and sent to jail. This is as bad as a mugging.

I gave them my credit card information and they took money that wasn't approved. As hard as these times, I need every dollar to take care of our family of four. I am so tired of being scammed.

I saw the product online and it said free trial only $5.00 for shipping and handling, so I entered my credit card number. But after I finished the application and submitted it, it says in the fine print that I will be billed monthly for joining the shopping mall. I then called and spoke with a woman who said her name is Cornelia, the supervisor, and explained to her that I do not want to become a member. She assured me that they will not bill my credit card because I called in before the 14 days. However, my credit card was billed twice for $69:99, in March and April 2009. I tried to contract them but every time I call, they say that I need to find the company that is billing my card and that no one by the name that was given to me worked there. I tried to contact the company this morning, June 1, 2009, but I got the same runaround.

This company uses a free trial offer to charge your account for a membership that you may not beaware of. Call your bank and report this fraud. This scam hurts innocent people. They take your money. This is the scum of the earth at work on the internet. Using the trusting names as Oprah and Rachel Ray.

I ordered this product and agree to pay only the shipping charges, least that is what I thought until I got my bank statement and seen where they had took out $69.96 on 3-31-09, and then $29.95 for Fit Factory on 4-08-09 and then on 4-06-09 Acaipure for $39.95, and then again on 4-15-09 another $69.95 for Bromalite. I have called to try to get my money back. They told me someone would be calling me back. I never receive a call back. Then I call back to demand my money back and they told me I would only receive one complimentary refund back because I sent them a bottle of their product back.

After becoming a victim of the Bromalite and Acai Berry scam, and having much difficulty getting a refund from these companies, I vowed to do all that I could to expose these companies, and help others get a refund as well. So, after months of extensive research, Id like to share some helpful information that may be helpful in getting a refund and stopping this scam.

I discovered that a company called Dialogue Marketing handles the customer service for Bromalite and Acai Berry products. Dialogue Marketing address is, 370 E 800 S, Orem, UT 84097, phone # (801) 229-2293. The president of the company is, Alejandro Vargas. Dialogue Marketing has call centers in Orem UT, Auburn Hills MI, and Troy MI. However, I was only able to come up with contact names for the Bromalite and Acai Berry call center that I called in Auburn Hills, MI. The contact names are Margaret McComb-head manager, Andy Dobry-assistant manager, and Michelle Davis-assistant manager, phone #248-836-2600, fax #248-836-2601. One other interesting thing about Dialogue Marketing, Bromalite and Acai Berry is, when I searched the Better Business Bureau web site for each of these companies, I noticed that UT is headquarters for all of them. Could they all possibly be one in the same? One can only assume so. Anyway, call, write, or fax your request for a refund, or complaints to the contact names given above for the quickest response.

I ordered their "free trial" offer and tried it for 4 days. I didn't feel good and gained weight. I called and canceled but still have been billed 2 different charges of $69.95. I am trying to let Discover take care of it but who knows if that will happen with all these complaints about their "wonderful" customer service. I will never give my credit card again for a "free trial".

I ordered (stupid to begin with) a free trial bottle of bromalite and paid shipping and handling only. I never ordered anymore after that and today I received another bottle in the mail. I immedately called them and told them I did not order it and was returning it an did not expect my credit card to be charged for this. I was told to read the fine print. Anyway, I cancelled the product and got a cancellation number and am returning the bottle tomorrow unopened. I would like to file a complaint against the company if they do not remove charges off my credit card.

I ordered this product online as a trial offer. I was unaware at the time of the scheme being offered. I did not receive the trial offer and when I learned on the internet that this company is basically unscrupulous I began a series of phone calls and letters to suspend any further charges to my account.

I did receive one envelope containing the product, but I refused the shipment, and tried to telephone the company. I was put on hold, transferred to barely English speaking people who literally after every sentence put me on hold again for 10 to l5 minutes then told I was being transferred and subsequently hung up on. I have requested a cease and desist from automatically charges my account for goods and services not received but have been unable to satisfactorily resolve this issue.

I ordered a trial of Bromalite in addition to many other cleansing products (had no intention to continue using, just to give it a shot to see if it worked) and like everyone else, read the fine print about their monthly billing service. I canceled my subscription immediately after placing the order, calling a week later to confirm that I was not in the system. After using the trial I found that the product does absolutely nothing, and decided to forget about it until I was billed after canceling twice! I called Bromalite and was asked to provide a confirmation number of my cancellation in order to receive a refund, something I had not received the last two times I called.

After canceling and receiving my cancellation number, I was told I would still have to pay the charges. I am barely making it through college, let alone having to pay for scams like this. Now I have to block them from charging me because they WILL charge you regardless of your cancellation or not. It isn't even worth the $4 trial, so don't bother with it. I felt great that I had mooched the system for an expensive product, though it doesn't do anything anyway. Little did I know, they would be the ones mooching me later on. Once they have your card numbers, they can take whatever they want.

I'm lucky I only had to pay $70, compared to the others that got hundreds stolen from them. I feel cheated and angry that this happened, to myself as well as anyone else who gets dragged into their mess.

BROMALITE is a scam. Of course, I found out after two charges were made on my credit card of $69.95 apiece.

There is no such thing as a "free trial", keep repeating it to yourself when you see any more advertisements that sound too good to be true.

I have contacted the Better Business Bureau in Utah, and will contact the Attorney General. Both of these are easy to find on the internet.

If EVERYONE who has posted a complaint here does the same thing, maybe we can shut these people down.

Signed up for a free Trial online and was billed several charges and signed up for other services that I did not order. Finall was able to cancel with the help of my credit card company but have already been billed for : $4.95, $34.95, $69.95, and $29.95 since March 15

All the charges for a product that does not do what it promises. The whole operation is a deceptive scam.

Sinned up for a free trial. I started getting charges on my debit card for 70.00. I called the customer service # and was told that I would be taken off of the offer I supposedly signed up for. A month later I was charged 70.00 again, and received another bottle of this stuff I wouldn't take.

I'm 140.00 bucks down for nothing. This is making me very agree. Only one income now and I cant afford this bill.

I was online looking at colon cleanse products. I cancelled my order after putting in my information to try the product for free. I did not want to receive monthly shipments of their product so I cancelled. I received their product anyway and now have to contact my bank to make sure no payments are being made to these guys.

I responded to an internet pop up because it appeared to be endorsed by Oprah and Dr. Oz. It was a dual offer free trial for acai berry supplement and bromalite for weight loss and antioxidant supplement. They did require a 4.95 shipping fee each. Neither of the offers made it apparent that by accepting the free offer you were enrolled in their program that billed your credit card a riduculous amount of money automatically. I have received the following information as a result of many phone calls with both companies since all these charges started appearing on my bank statement.

On 1/20/2009, Acai charged me the 4.99 shipping fee. On 2/5/2009 they were already billing me 78.81 for my next shipment. At that point I had not even received my free trial shipment. They shouldn't call it a free trial if you are not even given a real opportunity to try their product. Then just 15 days later on 2/20/2009 they billed me another 83.80. As soon as I realized what they had done, I called and complained. Acai gave me two credits for 60.00 each - so the whole experience still cost me 47.60 despite the fact that I did not want the product at all. Bromalite was worse.

On 1/21/2009, they billed me the original 5.26 for shipment. On 2/9/2009, they billed me 74.32 again not giving me any opportunity to really try their product. I called and complained. They told me they would cancel any future shipments and issue a credit for the 74.32 - which they did. I received a credit for 74.32 on 2/23/2009. Then they charged me again 74.32 on 2/23/2009. When I called with my cancellation and refund numbers they told me that charge had already gone thru before my cancellation and now they won't refund that second charge even though I was promised no more charges would be made on my account.

Then I noticed two more charges to my account that I did not recognize for 29.95 each to DJMlifstylefit.com. I followed the web site only to discover that Bromalite had given my credit card info to this company and they were now charging me to have access to the bromalite web site. I called DJM and raised kane and yes they did promptly refund my money. However isn't it illegal for one company to give your credit info to another company without your permission? Bromalite claims no affiliation to DJM. I want all of my monies returned to me.

At this point that would be 121.92; 74.32 from Bromalite and 47.60 from acai. And it would be wonderful if it was mandatory for these companies to clearly display their intent to enroll you in their automatic programs and what that charge would be. These companies are billing a ridiculous amount of money twice a month. Furthermore Bromalite is claiming to be a weight loss colon cleanse detoxifier when all it contains is basic ingredients available at any health food store for under 5.00. Just their claims are fradulent!

They still owe me $121.92.

I was look at the tyra banks web site and an ad for bromalite came up for a free trail. I not knowing filled out the info. Then at the end I read you will recieve more and be a member and all this mess and I talked to customer service and told them I didn't want the product and told them they were sneaky. They mailed me a bottle any way then I get charged close to 100.00 and I'm getting messages in my box I am totally ****** off. I just talk again to customer service and they said I won't recieve any more charges but after reading some other complaints. What can be done and I would like my money back i

I'm out of work and also recovering from cancer. I'm in remission I need my money I didn't want this product in the first place this is totally upsetting

Canceled order within time frame in Jan. 2009. Have been PLAGUED with monthly Billing, and a bottle of Pills ever since. Fortunately American Express reerses the billing EVERY MONTH. Thank God for a GOOD CREDIT CARD COMPANY!

I ordered a free trial. An on-line rep opened an IM and said they were enrolling me in a membership plan. I repeatedly wrote back and said they are not authorized to do so and to cancel the order. In spite of written assurance no charges would be made, Bromalite charged my account.

My debit card was charged. They are refusing to refund shiping charges for product not received. The Customer Services Rep, Byron, to whom I spoke when I called to request the refund said he is only authorized to issue one credit. I asked to speak with a manager, Deaneen. After much discussion, she finally agreed to refund the 2 charges billed to my card.

I was searching for a colon cleanse diet and found the Bromalite ad. I decided to try it...ordered it, then saw many articles on this company as a scam. I tried to call the number they gave me to cancel within 30 days and the number was no good. I talked with my bank after Bromalite had taken two amounts of $71.98 (which also cost me a $29.00 NSF charge, since I don't keep much in that account). The bank asked me to write a brief letter about this, and I did. I don't know what this will do. We'll see if I need to cancel this card and get another.

Two charges of $71.98 on 3/30/09 and 3/09/09 and $29.00 on 3/30/09 for non-sufficient funds.

I ordered the Acai and the Bromalite, because I saw it on the Ellen show's website. After ordering I found this website and cancelled the Acai, though they said the first order had already been processed, and I would be charged the first 69.95. When I asked about the free trial offer, she said if it was sent back I would be credited. RIGHT!! Bromalite can't find my order and I have never been given a confirmations number. I finally found their website and it said no order was received.Unfortunately, I think I will have to cancel my credit card just to be on the safe side. What a rip off-just one of those spur of the moment things, which I will NEVER do again!

My husband ordered Bromalite on 3/9. I had a feeling it was a bad idea, so when he left for work, I decided to do a little research about it. I immediately found this site, called him and told him all of these horror stories. It was too late... Bromalite had already charged $35 dollars for the tea that he DIDN'T want and $5 for shipping. Anyway, he called that day (within a couple of hours of buying the product) and told them to cancel the order. They did and they assured him that he would get a refund by 3/13. Of course, the refund never came. He called again to complain and tell them to give him his money back, since he didn't even recieve the product. They said again that the refund would be in his account by the next Friday.

Of course, 3/20 came around and NOTHING. Now my husband was super ******, he called again and told him to give him his damn money back. He was freaking out at them. They told him he would have his money in 3 days and that they put a rush on it. That was on 2/23 and what?! STILL NO REFUND! I can't believe these people are allowed to operate! It should be illegal to take someone's hard earned money like this. My husband never even got Bromalite and STILL they wont give us our money back. I'm so angry. Something needs to be done about this company.

I ordered on the website-(a popup) and then I immediately went in and told them to cancel that I didn't want to participate in their trial offer. They agreed to do so. Three days later here comes my trial offer. Two weeks later a $69.95 charge appears on my credit card, I called in & spoke to a James & he assured me it would be taken care of but it might take a couple of weeks. It went off my bill and then the next day it was on again. I called again & spoke with Dee and she assured me it would be taken off and also membership cancelled. Hopefully! Do not order from them.

First checked out the AcaiPure, but did not like their terms and conditions, so then checked the Bromalite and decided to go with it - I figured I could cancel both the Fit Factory (did so ~15 minutes after placing order) and the Bromalite with plenty of time to spare. Today I received the 30 day supply bottle and shortly thereafter went to cancel the future orders/charges. I currently only have the $4.95 s&h charge on my card and wanted to keep it that way!!

Today I found out all these complaints after I did a 'Google' on 'Bromalite' to get to their website to find out where I had to go to cancel my order. After I cancelled through website (website was really funky - 'cancel' link would not display at first, did so after a few tries and after I entered some info. up pops up a chat box with an online c/s rep. This happened immediately after I entered my info. I couldn't select the 'Submit Request' button at that point. I forget how I got around it - might of left-clicked outside of the browser window.

Afer that I was able to go back to the window and submit my request to cancel). I DECIDED TO CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD ACCT. AND REOPEN WITH A NEW ACCT. #. This way I don't have to be concerned with any future issues. I would suggest the same to anyone else if it won't be too much of a pain to let automatic withdrawing merchants (monthly EXPECTED withdrawals) know of the new card #. Fortunately, I have no merchants like that on this card.

I ordered the trial offers and tried them for 4 days, I stopped taking them ,because of loss of eyesight and my blood pressure dropped quickly after the 4th day of taking them. I followed the terms and conditions and did not accept the program that came with them. I cancelled both on the fifth day; which was well within their terms. I was charged for a program that was not authorized by me. I've called and recieved 3 conf. numbers and pray to God that no more money will be taken out of my account.

I still cannot see out of my left eye very well and now I have problems with my heart. The money they took is from my sons child support. I know I was an idiot to trust this and am so stressed because of it. I hope my son doesn't lose his mother because of this.

I fell for the free trial offer of Bromalite too. I thought I was paying $4.95 for S & H and I would get it. I have a Citibank credit card that has a virtual credit card number program. Each time I order over the web I give the credit card number that is given by the program that then is connected to my real credit card number. Lucky I did that because I would have been taken like all the others. They virtual credit card number can be used just for one day when you order and then it expires so the company can't use it ever again. Also, if you keep getting charges and have cancelled - get a confirmation number and call your credit card company. They will reverse the charge and clear it all up. The product doesn't work but I am only out $4.95 and I won't have Citibank writing a letter and reversing the charge for such a small amount. Be wise, and before you order online, take the necessary steps to protect yourself. I did!

I ordered the product online and had a 14 day free trial. On March 5, 2009 I placed a call to cancel and was given a confirmation #. On March 4, 2009 they charge my account $69.95. I called again on March 9, 2009 @ 1:15pm and spoke with Julia who gave me a refund confirmation number of 951E3 and said the refund would take up to 10 days.

I have called again on March 24, 2009 and spoke with Ciaya @ 10:56am who informed me that she is pushing an emergency refund through and it will take up to 5 days. The only information I have is the websites and that the product is manufactured by PanaLabs. It does say on my form:You are receiving this trial risk free because if for any reason, you decide that Bromaliteis not for you, simply call 877- and we will quickly assist you with canceling your Bromalite auto ship program as well as help you with a refund, No future commitments, no hassles, Cancel any time. They keep adding more time for the refund.

I want a refund and let other consumers know about this company's business practice.

I ordered the free trials for the shipping & handling fees & like everyone else, I cancelled and still was charged twice after I cancelled. It is such a big scam. The product is a joke it doesn't work. You might as well burn your money. They need to be shut down from ripping people off. I have been ripped off now more than $200.

I ordered the free trial of bromalite. I called back and cancelled the order. They sent it anyway and want to charge me 69.00 dollars a month every month. I told them before hand not to send the bromalite and to cancel my order for the free trial. Please stop these crooks. I am on social security disability and cannot afford 69.00 a month for their product. Thank you very much for your time and assistance.

When I decided that I did not want this product a few days after I got the free sample bottle. I canceled the account the still went ahead and charged my account two weeks after I had canceled. Not only did they charge my account but my credit card had another charge for $29.99 for another company called fitfactory supposedly that I had agreed to pay when I asked for the free on-line offer of Bromalite!

I am still waiting to get credit from both places Bromalite and FifFactory and I hope I do not get another unknown charge from a third party!!

I ordered the bromalite & the aci Berry. Also got the Green tea, which they tell me was a box I did not uncheck so I ordered it as well. I was charged twice. Was finally able to get refund on the tea and the aci berry, but not the full amount on the aci. But it's stopped now, which is the important thing. The bromalite gave me a full refund as soon as I got through and complained.

But now I get a re-curring $29.95 charge on my card. I call and it is a Self Help line that apparently is Bromalite's little bit of trickery to rob us. When you order the Bromalite, there is a box that you have to uncheck or they sign you up for this 24 hour call in self help line where you can talk to counselors. Will this never end. After speaking with Gene, he informed me that I had signed up for this when I ordered the Bromalite. I asked him to show me where and he couldn't. He said they emailed me a confirmation.

I told him I never received it and I wanted him to show me where it was. To which he said that was a while ago and it was deleted. I told him, that if he was claiming that I agreed to sign up for this service and had authorized them to deduct money from my account monthyly, they damn well better have a record of it, and they better produce it, now!!! He couldn't find anything so he told me that as a courtesy to me they would refund the last payment and cancel the account. I did receive a refund/cancellation email from them. What a scam!!!! Wish I had checked into this better before buying. I won't be making this mistake again! Watch out for extra charges if you've bought any of these products.

Months worth of unauthorized charges on my credit card. Aci would only refund $60 of the $70 I paid, and Self help got $29.95 for the first month they charged. I've resolved most of this. But don't think these companies should be allowed to remain in business.

I ordered Aciberry and Bromalite because they advertise that with both together, you WILL lose weight. Thats a bunch of crap!!! Just another scam to get your money by false means. Read the fine print. You have 15 days to try it but your 15 days starts when you order it,not when you recieve it.How do you know if it works or not, when it took 11 days for me to recieve it.By the time I realized it dosn't work, they had charged me $69.95 and shipped me another bottle before I had a chance to cancel. When I did call to cancel, the woman was very rude and asked why I wanted to cancel. I told her because it does not work. I actually gained weight while taking the product. I'm very dissatified with the product as well as all the money I spent for nothing. They should be shut down and all the people they ripped off should get their money back!!!

I, too, ordered my free order of Bromalite (pay S & H). After I did I started reading all these horror stories about them sending out more product and charging for additional orders if you did not cancel within 14 days. I IMMEDIATELY canceled this order, the same day I placed the order. I went on line and actually, supposedly, talked to a live agent who promised me that the order was canceled. I kept asking her to send me a confirmation e-mail, but she kept avoiding my request. Should've known better. Kept checking my credit card and nothing, no more charges, thanks goodness. Thought well that wasn't so bad.

Took the product, junk by the way, kept checking credit card. Well guess what? Just saw my new charge for $69.95!!! I am so irritated at this point I am ready to leave work and go home and call these idiots and give them a piece of my mind. Is there nothing that can be done to stop them? I usually don't write complaints, but hopefully the more complaints that are out there the more people will see and not be suckered into buying this piece of crap product!

The economic damage that will result is being charged for something I do not want or need. The physical damage is the time, effort an energy it is going to take to make this right.

I ordered the product bromalite online. It stated after 14 days i can cancel if i am not satisfied with the product. I called to cancell six days after i recieved the product. I was still charged $70. I was told by the receptionist the 14 days starts when i first order the product. How can the first day start when i first place the order, and i did not try the product yet.

I signed up for a free trial bottle, paying only shipping. A week after I received it my ccrd was charged $69.95 for another bottle of Acai Berry, and another $69.95 for a 2nd bottle of Bromalite. The trial periods were started the day of the order -- not from when I received them. But that is NOT made clear in the small print.

Because of all problems people on this site have had with being charged multiple times -- even after they cancelled their orders with these companies -- I have had to cancel my ccrd to protect my account. This means going to a great deal of trouble, and time on the phone, to get a new card, dispute these charges, and update my account information with other companies. Is there a class-action suit against these companies I can sign onto?

On January 5, I order Bromalite and Acaiberry on their free trial basis. When I receieved both bottles, their were no receipts. I assumed that the trial was over. When I received a second bottle, I refused and returned to sender. I noticed Bromalite charges of $69.95 on 1/21/09 adn called to cancel the membership. They gave me a cancelation number. They then charged me again on my next debit card bill. I called again to dispute the charge telling them that I did not have their product. They acknowledged that they had shipped it to the wrong address, but not that the product had been shipped back to them.

They refused to refund the charge and said that a supervisor would call me the next day. They did not. In addition, acaiberry has continued to charge me through 3 different accounts and companies. I have not been able to reach anyone at these companie. Finally, they seem to have connected charges to Fit Factory who has been charging me $29.95 at least two times. My bank is trying to help me disput these charges. Original Posting Date Transaction Disputed History 1/20/09 Bromalite $69.96 Never received product.

Called Bromalite on 2/21/09 when I saw it posted on my account. They agreed to refund that amount and cancel my account A96V8/62361. They acknowledged that they had had the wrong address and refunded $69.95. 1/23/09 Maxacaiberry $5.95 I never requested this, nor received the product. I have called the number listed several times, but never been able to reach anyone. 1/27/09 $29.95 I did not authorize this expenditure.

2/5/09 Bromalite $69.95 I never received this product. I called to dispute this on 3/7/09. They refused to refund this bill. 2/4/09 Poweracaionl $88.62 I did not authorize this expenditure. I have called their 1-800 number and not been able to get through. I just called today and finally got a recording that said they were open M-F. I will try again. 2/16/09 Poweracaionl $94.57 I did not authorize this expenditure. I have called their 1-800 number and not been able to get through. I just called today and finally got a recording that said they were open M-F. I will try again. 2/27/09 $29.95 I did not authorize this expenditure.

Economic consequences include $59.90 for Fit Factory, and $253.14 for all other charges.

Ordered free bottle of Bromalite only paying shipping, received bottle 2/17/09, showing statement of shipping charge...3/3/09 received another bottle, NO SHIPPING STATEMENT...checked charge card and I was charged for two bottles...told I didn't call within fourteen days so first bottle isn't free...will refund second bottle because I called within 15 days...told not to send back...kept referring to small print I missed...this web site is rip off...same thing happen with Acai Berry but they refunded everything

I believe I was miss led by the web site...I can't afford $70.00 for product that takes 30 days to try and in Hawaii the shipping time is longer and you don't have 15 days. Stupid

Got the free trial bottle of Bromalite for 4.95. After trying the product for 12 days after i recieved it I called to cancel. They stated it had been more than 14 days, they started counting from the time of purchase instead of when I recived the product. I have been charged 69.95 on my credit card and per last phone call they advised me that they had charged an additional 69.95 that would be on my next bill. I recieved a second bottle and sent it back.

They said it did not matter and they would not refund my money. They also stated that i could not cancel my membership and I would continue to be billed each month and they would continue to send me the product. I asked to speak to a supervisor and after 30 minutes she told me the same thing. I have contacted my credit card company and they are working on this. I trusted this company they used Rachel Ray and Oprah Winfrey on their site.

This is a total scam and by reading the other statements they are making money off a lot of people by their scam. I am out 144.85 dollars and I guess unless my credit card company stops any additional charges 69.95 a month in the future. I need this to stop and have my 144.85 refunded.

I am out at least 144.85 dollars for a bottle of Bromalite that made me sick. And could be more if billed monthly. The pills made my upper stomach painfully sore also i had severe heartburn during the 12 days I took this.

I decided to take the free trial for shipping and handling only. They charged my account the 4.95 and .10 for foreign exchange on Feb 22 and then today March 12th with no authorization they charged 69.95 to my debit card. How can they do that a month later when I only gave one authorization for the original amount.

they sent me without telling me and are charging me 69.95...I have no address for them or phone number..can you please help me ,i am on social secutity and feel like i was ripped off,,,,i called my creditcard and told them if this can not be fixed i will cancel my card and not pay...

I have order sample product for $4.95 and I have tried it, but I did NOT even finished it because there was some problems after I started to take it. I did NOT order anything else since the sample and I just received another package. I'm going to send it back without even opening it. I know that have my credit card information and I want a REFUND to my credit card.

I just viewed my credit card statement and much to my surprise found the charge of $69.95. I was under the impression that I was only to be charged for the shipping and handling which was $4.99.

I received bills on my cc statement from a company I have never heard of before or purchased from before.

4.95 charge.

I ordered my free trial bottle in January and received another bottle, which I didn't order, in February. When I got my credit card statement this week, I saw two charges of $69.95 each. I called the company and was told that the first charge was for half of the first bottle, the half that wasn't free!! Are you kidding me? Half of the bottle was the free trial and the other half was $69.95? This company should be shut down yesterday... The number I called, I had no problem getting through

I ordered a Fee Trial of Bromalite for $4.95, only to be later charged $69.95, placed on a monthly mailing plan, and then signed up for something called Fitness Factory that charged me $29.95. The Bromalite arrived without a receipt of any kind. I tried to get information on the website, but it would not allow me access to my account. I returned the 2nd bottle along with a letter requesting cancellation and reimbursement with no results. I called the customer service number and was advised that ONLY a phone call could cancel the subscription and that reimbursemnt for the trial offer was only possible if the phone call was placed within 14 days of shipment.

This company is a total scam.

Charges of $5.95, 69.95, 69.95, and 29.95 for a total $225.80 on my credit card. They have said one of the $69.95 charges will be reimbursed. Have yet to see. My credit card company is doing an inquiry into this and the Fitness Factory charge.

I was charged two separate charges of $69.95 after I returned both the trial offer and the unsolicited 2nd bottle of bromalite. They gave me one refund but refuse to give me a refund of the second $69.96 charge. I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE U.S. POSTAL INVESTIGATION UNIT for mail fraud, and I encourage all of you to do the same to stop this fraudulent company from making millions off of people by using fraudulent business practices. Interstate laws require a 30 day return policy, yet they demand a return within 14 days. DON'T BACK DOWN & please file a complaint!

I was charged $69.95 after cancelling this product within 30 days and they refuse to refund it!

Charged credit card twice for the same bottle. Was told that I had to call to cancel/ then call a different # for refund

They have my money. I havn't yet seen any other charges on my credit card. Can u suggest a cource I can take to resolve this matter

My husband is on prescribed medication for cardiac issues. Specifically for high blood pressure and he takes warfin as he had his aortic heart valve replaced with an artifical one. He began taking Bromalite because it was advertised as a safe and effective way to loose weight. I'm not sure but I think he took it for over a month. He was also taking Acai Berry pills.

The people at Bromalite continue to bill us and send their product. I spoke to a sales rep. on the phone today and he took off one of the charges but not the other and asked that I send back an unopened bottle of their product. He also cancelled us out of them using our credit card each month whether we order or not.

Last week he suffered a mini-stroke and mild heart attack. His blood pressure was 200/100 and his INR from his coumadin was 1.7 well below the safe range. Doctors think a clot was formed around the valve and moved into his brain. I researched and read that Bromalite interferes with blood pressure and Acai interferes with coagulation of the blood. I'd like to know if this has happened to anyone else or a family member. Why isn't there a warning label on these products or on their web sites telling people that they should not be taken with prescription drugs? I think both of these products interfered with his prescribed medication and they nearly killed him.

I ordered a free trial bottle of their Bromalite and also recieved a bottle of tea capsules which I new nothing about, I actually thought it was just a bonus bottle or trial bottle they wanted me to try along with the bromalite. I then recieved my credit card bill and was charged 34.95. I called them and they said I had agreed to ordering these because I never unchecked the checked box they supposedly had on their order form. I went back to their order form and their isnt anything of the kind. They totally refused to return my money and wouldnt let me return the tea pills. They told me their wasnt anyone their to even authorized my refund. I feel this company is a complete fraud and everyone who has had problems with them should be compensated their money for their scam they are playing.

I order the Bromalite colon cleanser product but cancelled the order the same day after doing some online research that revealed numerous scams perpetrated by Bromalite. I received a cancellation number that same day. However, to my shock they actually invoiced me $4.95 for shipping the product, of course this never occurred. When I called requesting a credit for this erroneous charge they said it was too late, that I was supposed to request the credit within 3 days of the formal cancellation -- this flies in the face of common sense and good business practices.

So I'm contesting this charge through my credit card company. Based on today's online research on Bromalite's business practices, there are an astounding number of complaints against them for all kinds of sheenagans, or blatantly dishonest and unethical practices. This matter could be referred to the Minnesota AG's office for proper action and prosecution.

as the many testimonials that i have read i too am a victim of the bromilite company. ordered in january with the free shipping of 3.95 (along with acai berry) which was advertised to work along with each other. 10 days after i received the product my debit card was charged 69.95. called to cancel and was told to fax verification that it was deducted from my checking account which i did.

now another charge after requesting it be cancelled. called the company last night and was told by man named castle they would refund the first order and the second when it was returned. asked for a supervisor and he was very nasty and hung up on me. help....only way i can stop these charges from my checking is to close it.

product was a scam and did not work. resulted in overdraft charges from my bank! nightmare (now i am working on the same charges with the acai berry company.)

I ordered a trial bottle of a colon cleanse and then cancelled it within the trial period and still have not received it and I've called them 6 times regarding this order and any further shipments. They insist that my account has been deleted with no further charges and the trial bottle is on the way which initially was only suppose to take 5 business days and it has been 9 days thus far.

There are numerous complaints against this company and Acia Berry regarding this scam. They have also been on the news because Acai Berry is not FDA approved. Can someone check into this company to prevent any further problems? I am contacting my bank tomorrow to change accounts because they have charged hundreds of people for unwanted items that they've never received. I don't want to be one of them.

I haven't received it yet but was told by someone name Frank of Bromalite to give it away to someone else if I didn't want it. On the Bromalite complaints website some of the complaints consisted of diarhea. Is this product FDA approved?

I finally got thru to them before they took the automatic withdrawal of $69.95 from my Credit Card. I have cancelled with them. But now, I have two more charges on my card and can't get in touch with either of them. 1. SB Savings2Go $14.95 2. SB LeisurePlus $14.95

unauthorized charges to my credit card as above.

I oredered a 14 day trial offer, and the bromalite people started sending me unauthorizes botttles and charged my debit card 69.95 twice!

I used the product for about 7 days during this time I strated to have severe stomach cramps. To me it felt like I was having labor pains. When I discontinue the use of the product Bromalite I no longer had the cramps. The product did not appear to have done what it states that it would do.

My Consequences and physical damage were severe stomach cramp and intense pian.

I ordered the Bromalite for a free trial and paid the shipping, $4.95 So far I haven't been ripped off like other customers, but you can't get in touch to talk or cancel an order. I am going to have my C.C company cancel any thing that has to do with Bromalite and associates.

I haven't opened the package yet and am going to return it to them

I ordered the 14 day trial for $4.95 however after ordering it then states the terms of the order. The 14 days starts the day of the order, not from when you receive it. Also they sent some other tea stuff when it did arrive and charged my account $34.95. I was told that I must not have seen the little box with the x on it if I didn't want that then I should have marked it out. Well there was no baox and no mention of this on my order page. I notified my bank that the $4.95 was a one time only and that the $34.95 was unauthorized charge. They refunded for the tea I never ordered and I cancelled out the Bromalite before they could charge anything further. The Bromalite doesn't work to start with I see no difference as far as cleansing. This is a scam just to bilk you.

WebSite $4.95 for product - charge statement $4.95 - $69.95 and then some Fit Factory for $29.95. I hope I have successfully stopped all the charges...This is a total scan and the product is worthless.

I purchased Bromalite in Jan. Even before I received my shipment they charged my card for $70. Luckily I noticed the email for the fit factory company and canceled it immediately. About a week after my card was charged, I received the Bromalite. I went ahead and canceled out any further charges and took the product for roughly 10 days and didn't notice any changes.

So, I called the company back and asked for a refund. Thankfully they didn't give me much grief and credited the $70 back to my account. I asked them where to ship back the product and they told me just to keep it. So, obviously the product is a scam. I had no more problems for about 2 weeks, but for the past week I have been getting about 10 phone calls a day from various 866 numbers. The callers apparently knew my credit card number and I asked them where they got this information..they said from their affiliate.

But, I wasn't buying that so I asked the girl to be more specific..finally she told me the information came from Bromalite. Today I called Bromalite back to find out why they were selling my information. The supervisor gave me no information at all except that my account had been canceled. I repeatedly told her that their Privacy policy states that they will not give out any credit card information to anyone except fit factory. Still she gave me nothing.

It is sad that a company sells a bunk product and makes all their money by exploiting people's privacy by selling their personal information to telemarketers. I will never purchase anything from infomercials or from an untrusted website again. BEWARE BROMALITE IS A HUGE SCAM!!!!

Say fir instance you order on Feb 20,09.Shipping is about 10 days, right. From Feb 20,2009 you have until March 6,2009 to cancel, thats 14 days from the date of your initial order(Feb20,09)they are including the shipping days,as a part of yourFREE TRIAL order. So, basically you have, about four days after you receive the Bromalite to call and cancel, or do nothing and be charged 69.95 on the Mar6,2009.And also remember if you do not cancel they will assume you want the product.Even though their wording has to be read two or three times to catch the catch. You will be charged another 69.95 on Mar22,2009,this charge means its time to rebill, you may say but its not 30 days yet, but YES it is.

The 30 days started when you ordered the free trial Feb20,2009.So now your $144.85 in Bromalite charges within 30 days for what you thought to believe was a FREEtrial. This is America, Nothing is FREE not even the string to go with. Bromalite mentions the retail price of the Bromalite is $74.00, so they charge you $69.95 You know that discounted price you were eligible for.But remember you have to pay shipping and handeling at $4.95 do the math Bromalite discounted saving is NO SAVING

I requested a free sample of Bromalite from an ad on the computer.

Later I was also mailed another months supply and my credit card was charged twice for this supply I did not order or okay. I want the charges off my credit card and no more mailed to me.

Back again. The hits just keep coming, my friends. Bromalite, to their credit, has finally made my account square, other than the initial $4.95 free trial offer. I suppose I can live with this, however, were they sitting across the table from me at the moment, I would bust their collective noses. And take my $4.95 out of their wallet and put it back in mine. The Fit Factory agreed to refund me $39.90, but have only refunded $19.95. They are currently giving me the run around.

Not done with them yet, if no additional credit is received on next month's statement, I'll bug my phone and call them back. For the last time. Then my file, which is getting quite large, will be off to the Attorney General, and to anyone else who is willing to file a class action lawsuit against these lowlife bums. Now, to the bottom of the barrel...AcaiBerry, or rather SFL Nutrition. So far, they have refunded $62.04, which doesn't match the charges of $5.95, $88.62, or $94.57. They still owe me $127.10. I have also discovered that I'm dealing with The AcciBerry TeaPlus, and The AcciBerry MaxShop. In other words, I have no idea who I'm dealing with, other than the absolute masters of the run around.

I thought that when I was dealing with Bromalite, that I was dealing with three sets of crooks, only to find out that I'm really dealing with four sets of crooks. Worse than killing cockroaches. To Whom it may concern: Should you contact me again, I am more than willing to proceed with this matter. These predators need to be stopped. Sincerely FYI, I have cancellation numbers from both The Fit Factory and which ever AcciBerry I happened to be dealing with.

I ordered a product called Acaiberry for a free trial for $5.95. It indicated that I should take it together with Bromolite. I never recieved the Acaiberry but I received the Bromolite. After a few weeks I noticed all these charges to my credit card account. I called the companies to cancel and notified my credit card company. I also want to let you know that my credit card company called my house the day I placed the order inquiring about fraudulent charges. I did not put two and two together.

That should have been a flag to me but it was not. I have had all the problems that everyone else has had. They keep charging for products that I have not received. My credit card company has credited my account while in dispute and I told them that I wanted a new account number and they told me that that would not stop the charges from following me to my new account number. I think this is insane and the attorney generals office needs to get involved with this and shut these people down, They are committing fraud and getting away with it.

I ordered bromalite dietary supplement for $4.95 on 1-16-09 then was charged another $69.95 on 2-3-09 then $29.95 on 2-07-09 for fit something tried to cancel all three only got the $69.95 but they wouldnt refund all of it. I dont even know what the fit something is and was not aware of it. I think these companies are ripoffs and they must be linked. I think someone needs to monitor these websites and make sure they are not ripping people off but apparently no is, look at all these complaints.

I also had same trouble with the acai berry website couldnt get my refund there either i orderd on 1-16-09 for the free sample of $3.95 then was charged another $87.13 on 2-01-09 was told that was just for ordering the free sample???, so i guess the free sample really isnt just $4.95 its $4.95 + $87.13 you do the math, and i also was charged for something called wu yi tea for $34.95.95 on 2-07-09 which i never ordered, all together im out over $125.00 dollars and never got any of these products but the free samples which by the way never did anything for me what a ripoff. I dont have all the address being i never new about the other products that were charged.

Im very upset that these people ripping me off. If i wanted any of these other products i would have ordered them but i didnt and still got charged for them and its really stressing me out that they have access to my account and think they can do as they please, stop them so they dont do this to anyone else. I dont want to have to cancel my credit cards thats a big hasel and very time consuming. Very upset in texas.

Ordered trail item by paying $5.95 S/H. Could cancel after before 30 days with no more charges. Started charing my card $69.95 after 14 days. Called to complain and they were extremely rude. Finially got them to agree to the refund, but I'll still have to watch my account for more charges. What a rip-off.

Could have cost me bad check charges had I not caught it in time. They are nothing but con artists.

I ordered a risk free trial of Bromalite for $4.95. Less than two weeks later I was billed for an additional supply of Bromalite and the Fitness Factory billed be $29.95 for services not rendered. I knew nothing of this company or its services. When I submitted the inital order form thru Bromalite I didn't see any disclosures about $69.95 charges from Bromalite or $29.95 charges from Fit Factory.

I have requested refunds from both companies and have been told it will take 10-12 days. Both of the companies practices are deceptive and I will never order anything of this nature online again. I have also contacted my credit card company and they can not stop future charges until my cancellation has been processed with Bromalite and Fit Factory. I hope they are true to their words and issue the refunds as promised.

The Bromalite pills did not do what the company claims and made me quite nauseous. I am also required to pay interest on these charges for the month billed.

I ordered the free trial for 4.95 I requested no more orders be sent and was assured my credit card would not be charged. They lied I got two charges of 69.95 and another 29.95 charge from some company called fit factory. they are in together and rude when I called Adam said I should have read the fine print. I had to cancel my credit card. and they are investigating the scam.

Negative Option, free trial product ordered just pay s&h started charging credit card 69.95

Caught right away and disputed charges through credit card company sucessfully

Refused product did not order after 1st del'y, marked return to sender. Called co. spoke to Anna and cancelled, since cancellation have been charged twice more @ $69.95. Co. are thieves.

Had to cancel long time credit card.

Bromalite & Fit fac are both unethical in their business practices. They do not have concern for their reputation or their potential clients well being. I sign up to receive a free Bromalite Colon Cleansing pills. I only had to pay $4.90 for shipping. I declined all other offers by them. By using Bromalite I have developed irritable bowel movement. I was having diarrea. So I stop using the product. On 1/28/09, I received a credit card statement. I noticed that I was billed unauthorized $69.95 dated 1/14/09 from Bromalite. And another unauthroized charge of $29.95 from the Fit-FAC.com. I also received numerous number of e-mails from many different sources. Later, Bromalite make another unauthorized credit card charge of $69.95.

When I contacted fit fac, they said I already paid for the service so I should just use it. They claim that they have received my o.k. from one of the e-mail. I disagreed. Then, fit fac resort to give me a refund confirmation number. Bromalite on the other hand was not as straight forward. The website gave me a confirmation number for stop order. When I asked if that would refund my account. They said I had to call a 866 number to get a refund. So I did, and got a confirmation number for one refund. Thinking now I finally clear this mess, I contacted my credit card company and let them know of these two refund confirmations.

Unfortunately, I learned of another charge that Bromalite had incurred on my account for $69.95 dated 1/31. I had to call the Bromalite again to get the second refund confirmation number. First their customer service representative on their 866 number completely denied that they incured the second charge on my account. Then they gave me the second confirmation number for their second charge. Again I called my credit card company and gave them the second confirmation number.

I had diarrea from their product. Bromalite charged 2 $69.95, and Fit-Fac charged $29.95. They both were willing to credit back the charges. This e-mail is posted so the other consumber can benefit from it.

I also ordered the "free" samples of the Bromalite and Acacia Berry Weight Loss suplements. they were advertised on the AOL front page. I too was charged $90 from Acacia and $70 from Bromalite. I called both customer service numbers and cancelled the program - also found out I was enrolled in the Fit Factory program. Whatever that is? Customer service gave me confirmation numbers and said I would receive a refund in 10-15 days!!

I ordered the free sample ofthe Bromalite and now have charges on my credit card in the amout of 69.95. I cancelled everything from this situation and was given confirmation numbers and still they charge our accounts this is a scam and I was dumb enought to fall for it. Remember this is from the Oprah show and Dr. Oz is too blame for this cause when you got the website it takes you straight there and you are thinking this is great because if Dr Oz recommends this then why not.

Charging credit card with unauthorized charges.

Feel for free trial and ended up not getting the product and getting charged 29.95 to something called fit factory 34.95 for Pixie tea and 69.95 for additional product (still haven't gotten anything). BEWARE of any free trial. Hopefully everything gets credited back to my account!

Caused my account to go over limit and stress trying to get charges reversed.

12-29-08 ordered via internet FREE trial sample of Bromalite dietary supplement & pd. only $4.95 for shipping with VISA credit card; 01-03-09 recd. product sample; 01-15-09 banking acct. statement indicated UNAUTHORIZED charges from Bromalite in amt. of $74.85. Called Bromalite billing dept. spoke to gentleman named Courtney who advised me all future automatic shipments would be cancelled & refund would be issued in 10-12 business days. He also stated unused product did NOT need to be returned for refund, he advised my refund confirmation was #0EBFD.

01-27-09 refund still not recd, returned unused product to Bromalite with refund conf# noted & detailed letter requesting refund upon receipt of return. 01-30-09 J Sparks at Bromalite signed receipt confirmation for product return; 02-05-09 refund still not recd

Unauthorized charges caused a loss of $74.85 to my personal bank account (VISA debit/credit card)

I discovered charges of $69.95 for bromalite a couple of weeks after ordering the free sample and $29.95 for Fit-Fac (no clue what that was). I read this site and when I called just told them I couldn't take it and work. Both company customer service reps were apologetic and it only took a few minutes to receive cancel/refund confirmation numbers. I think they should be required to make the small print much more obvious.

ordered free sample of bromalite for $4.95 fee for shipping and handling. charged $4.95 on 11/25 for S & H. That's okay. Rec'd credit card billing and there were charges of $69.95 plus 19.95 for fitfac under dates of 12/ll and 12/15 respectively. No additional product received (didn't want any) After receiving credit from both, get another charge for Bromalite posted on 1/05/09. I have changed my credit card number. This is such a scam company, how can they continue to operate?

I called them on 1/28/09 regarding this second charge of $69.95 and rec'd a confirmation number for the refund. Will follow up to see when it is posted. I never will fall for this free trial offer again.

They gave me a 30 day trial. Did not give me a phone# to cancel or any contact info so I can not cancel.

They charged my account.

Stupidly fell for the free trial scam. Product came two weeks after the 14 day trial period. Arrived with no packing, address, order number, telephone number. Made me extremely suspicious and began investigating on the internet. Unable to contact anyone at the company so I notified American Express immediately. Cancelled my American Express Card. Sure enough, they slipped in a $69.96 charge before I could cancel the old card. American Express is billing them right back. Awful crooks!!!!

Hopefully, I will not be liable for anything other than the initial $4.95 shipping charges.

Same as everyone else, did not read the fine print. Had a bad feeling almost immediately after I ordered it. Called the company to cancel, they said I would have to wait until Monday for the order to be in their system. I had used by debit card so I went ahead and canceled my card immediately. The following week I called and canceled the Bromalite and the Fit Factory thing. Should have read the fine print, sneaky buggers.

I have had two bad experiences with free trials online, and have learned my lesson. I ordered free trials from both Bromalite.com and Myacaisuperfood.com on 1/4/09. Like many others, I did not read the fine print and was surprised by a 69.95 charge from Bromalite exactly two weeks after it was sent. When I called and complained that this was not stated clearly, I was refunded the money though I have no idea when I will receive the refund. However, I was also enrolled in something called Fitfactory and only learned about this when it showed up on my bank statement about three weeks later. They claim it is on both pages on the website, but I beg to differ. They also were very nice and agreed to refund my money, but told me it could take up to a month.

However, with Myacaisuperfood it was a different story. I called them when I discovered that they had double-charged my bank account for the shipping and handling. I was charged under two different company names: Newacaisupreme.com and Myacaisuperfood.com, but if you get on both websites, they are clearly the same company, and even give you the same phone # in their terms and conditions. The first time I called and cancelled my account, the girl admitted that they had charged me twice and claimed that she refunded the second charge and cancelled my account. She even gave me about 4 different confirmation numbers for each supposed cancellation or refund.

However, when I called back a couple of days later because the second fee remained on my account, another man told me that nothing had been cancelled, and that my account remained active. He also denied that I had been double billed by them, and stated that they were not the same company. I told him that the telephone number listed on my bank statement for the Newacaisupreme was not a valid working number and he tried to act like he knew nothing about it. Even now, the second shipping and handling charge remains on my checking account, and I still don't know if my account was cancelled or if I can expect to be charged 88.92 in a few days. I have tried to call back, but they are rarely open.

This is the perfect scam--one company masquerading as two and double billing for a small amount like 5.95 that many people will never notice or contest, but imagine if they take 100,000 people for an extra 6 bucks. I plan to contact my local BBB and see what can be done, if anything.

So far, I have lost approximately $106. 69.95 for the Bromalite, 29.95 for the Fit Factory and 5.95 for the second shipping and handling charge. According to the first two companies, I will receive the 69.95 and the 29.95 back eventually--probably in about a month.

free trial had a fine print on the bottom of their web page about additional charges, however if you look on their web page the arrow to free trial is in the middle of the first page. Small print terms and conditions were at the bottom of the site which you completely miss if click on free trial. The info was not listed when i gave my credit card # for shipping. I only found out about this after doing research on bromalite ingredients and found this website.

not sure but had a charge to my account that I did not recognize that said dri.net, informed my credit card company and they recommended I shut down the account. I am now wondering if that charge came from Bromalite. I am now working with Bank of America to reverse the charges at this time. Called Bromalite and they said could not find my phone #, gave e-mail and they said they would cancel the trial with no future charges. They are deceitful!

My wife bit on Bromalite's FREE offer. Perhaps this time she will believe me when I tell that if something is for free, then they don't need a credit card number. Anyway, if you read the fine print (if you can find it)you will not only find that you have signed up for auto shipments from Bromalite at $69.95 per month, but auto shipments from Acciberry at app $90 per month, plus...it keeps getting better...a membership to Fitfactory for $19.95 per month.

So far this pack of thieves have billed my credit card for $355.94 in a little under two months. Bromalite is almost impossible to contact, although we have managed to do so. They have promised to refund the charges other than the $4.95 charge for the free sample. Acciberry & Fitfactory were easier to contact (YMMV)and both have promised to refund their charges. At first, they tell you that they cannot refund their initial charges (not talking about the S&H charges for the free sample either). But, if you inform them that this is unacceptable, and tell them that you will report them to the Attorney General plus dispute their charges with your credit card company, they will finally offer a full refund.

At least, they promise one. Suppose next month's statement will be the deciding factor. Even when I get my money back, and that's gonna happen unless they go belly up first, I still hate their guts. And you will too, if you bite on their free offer.

I ordered a free trial of Bromalite All Natural Digestive Supplement online paying only $4.95 f/shipping and handling. This was a 30 day trial offer. It was NOT free as they sent another product I had not ordered but was charged for.

I received the product along w/ another that I had NOT ordered. I immediately became suspicious and so called my bank to check my account and sure enough, there was a $34.95 charge I had not authorized. My account was overdrawn and resulted in 2 overdraft fees amounting to $52.00. So my account is overdrawn by a total of $83.00. The Bromalite representatives I spoke with have refunded the $34.95 charge but say they cannot refund the overdraft fees they caused. I have only today,1-26-09, begun to deal with this problem. I intend to pursue it on the corporate level to try to get satisfaction. I should NOT have to be doing this and would not if the online ordering had been trustworthy and reputable. Thank You!

Their web site does not allow you to just to order the product, it only offers the free trial to sign up. I completed the form, gave credit card info and chose express two day shipping. Five days later go online to check on the order status and it states unknown. Called customer service, the young woman said the item was shipped three days ago and should arrive some time next week.

I mention that I chose express two day shipping and was paying the higher charge, she said something about not being able to control what the US Postal Service does. She said the free trial began the day the product was shipped. I said at this rate the trial period would be over before I even received the product.........she offered to extend the trial period. I said not to bother as I was still online and pressed the cancel button for future orders. I will check back to make sure I am only charged for the one shipment, whenever or if ever it actually arrives.

My roommate decided to charge the trial of this to my card while I was in the shower. He told me what he did but failed to read the fine print. So I spent 2 hours on the phone canceling everything (which I got worked out) without being charged a dime. They said they were sending the product for free as a way of saying sorry. I already canceled that card that was used so they won't be able to use it now anyway. Needless to say he will be finding a new apartment within the next week.

I signed up for the free trial and should have spent the hour reading the fine print. My account is now short $69.95 for the Bromalite free trial and $78.18 for Acai Berry free trial. They will reverse the charges, if you have an hour to wait in line on hold. That is because they have alot of complaints. I also got charged today $29.95 from fit-fac.com because when you sign up to get the free(I use this term but it does not apply)Bromalite then you also sign up for other services. I just got off of the phone with them and they are refunding my $29.95 free trial. I wonder how many more free things that I got signed up for when I tried to get a free sample. I am also getting tons of junk e-mail.

I ordered a free trial and per terms and conditions would have been billed another amount. They billed me this before I could attempt to finish the trial. Then I saw a pending charge for Fit Factory which is not mentioned anywhere that I can see on there web site. They are an affiliate of Bromalite. I called both places and cancelled and hopefully receive my refund. I just hope there isn't another affiliate out there that I don't know about. I'm wondering if I need to cancel my bank card? Thanks

Just hopefully will receive my refunds as promised in the amount of a total of $99.90 from both companies and no other random charges will appear.

Bromalite Terms and conditions clearly states that it is a 14-day free trial of a 30 day supply...NOT a 30-day free trial....It also CLEARLY states that on day 15 you WILL be billed $69.95 to start you monthly charges. People PLEASE READ THE TERMS & CONTIONS!.....

WHEN YOU DON'T read them you make yourself look like an IDIOT!.....PLEASE BE SMART and KNOW and ANYTHING that required YOUR CC info is NOT FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Same as the above..
Tried several times to call and put on hold up to an hour . finnaly cancelled CC and disputed charges per advice of CC Company.
Still waiting on results from them and bingo got another $69.95 charge on new card.

Today tried this new cancellation # and got someone immediatly and got a cancellation code .

I was charged $69.95 for Bromalite (after receiving the trial) and never received the new bottle. I had tried to call several times over about a month and gave up. I called today, however, and someone answered right away and refunded me the $69.95.

The same as everyone else. Bought the product under free trail and extra charges showed up and a membership to fit-fac. Usally the fine print has stupid stuff as a for liability issues not to purposely trick you. Live and learn at a cost of $ 169.85. That is if my credit card comes in next month normal.

All these complaints are ridiculous! Stop trying to get something for free. Haven't you guys ever heard of the line: READ THE SMALL PRINT. This company is out to get money...duh! I NEVER put my credit card information online for something like colon cleansers! It's the fault of these people that they're being ripped off! Read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of ANY product online or otherwise.

We sound like a broken record with the same stories being told over and over again. As everyone else had experienced, I too believed that I only had to pay the shipping charge for these free trials. However, there was no notice in my package saying that I had to cancel for the Bromalite. So one day, there was a pending charge of $74 or so, which I called my bank and had the card cancelled.

I ordered a free trial of Bromalite. I got nervous for some reason and immediately tried to cancel. I called the 800 number and was told that I would not be able to cancel until I received a confirmation e-mail with I believe it was an account number. I tried sending an email. But the responses I received would just loop and be the same responses. I keep indicating that I didn't want the product not even the sample.

I called the 800 number today January 16th and a message indicated that 53 calls were ahead of me. I decided to wait because I want to get this resolved. After a very long wait a live person got on the phone and told me that their system was down and that I should call back later this evening. I told the person that that was outrageous that they would have a person wait for that long and then just tell them their system was down. Every few minutes I was updated about the number of calls that were ahead of me. That notification should have been that the system was down. The person just hung up on me. I notified American Express who is doing an inquiry.

To date $140.00 has been charged to my American Express.

I ordered the alleged 'free trial' on December 18th and noticed at the bottom of my confirmation page, in very small print, that I would be charged every month unless I cancelled the membership. They also charged me for some type of tea which I hadn't wanted. In addition, I was automatically signed up for a membership for something called FitFactory, which I did not want, and they would charge my credit card $29.95 a month if I did not cancel. I immediately became suspicious and attempted to cancel the membership online.

I received a confirmation number (I have everything in hard copy) but I still received the sample a couple of days later. I attempted to contact customer service, and it was nearly impossible to speak to a live person due to 'technical difficulties.' I persisted, and after numerous phone calls (where I too experienced lengthy hold times) I was given a cancellation number and a P.O. Box to which I could return the products. I had just as much trouble cancelling the FitFactory membership - It took several days to get in touch with someone, but I ultimately got through and was told it has been canceled. I've been watching my account for the last few weeks, and so far nothing else has been charged, but in light of what I have read today I plan to cancel my card tomorrow just to be on the safe side.

The Acai Berry sample is another issue with which I am currently dealing. Again, I received a confirmation that the subscription had been canceled, but received (just today) the sample which I plan to return tomorrow, but, of course, my account has already been charged the shipping fee.

BTW, I found a physical street address for Bromalite, Inc.: 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958. I don't know if this is their headquarters, the office of their Registered Agent, or it could be just an empty warehouse, but it's a start.

I was charged for the tea, and the shipping and handling for the Acai Berry and the Bromalite.

I was a sucker and signed up for the free product only thinking I would have to pay the $4.95 shipping. I was charge $69.00 to my account without authorizing this. Of course after I saw all of the other complaints on this site I went back and looked at the site where I signed up for a free product. In the terms in extremely small writing they tell you if you don't cancel after 14 days they will charge your account. I got this number off of my bank account. I waited on hold for about 15 minutes but spoke to a very nice person who canceled my account and refunded all of my money. I hope others have luck in doing the same thing.

Bromalite advertises under false pretense. Like everyone else I was charge money to my credit card that I did not authorize. I canceled my order as soon as I realize that I was being charge unauthorzed amounts and canceled my credit card also so they can't charge me anything else. Then I reseached the web and found all the other complaints about this company and other companies that Bromalite gives out personal credit card information to without permission.

I contacted my Attorney General in Oklahoma and requested they investigate Bromalite, This will also tie up my funds until I can get the charges dropped by my credit card company. This will teach me to research a company before I order anything from them.

This company claims all kinds of things with their products, none of which are true. When you order this product they claim it is FREE! no it's not. It takes about 10 days to get the product then you get a whole 5 to try it.. when you call to cancel, you can't. The number listed in the terms and conditions goes to a different company and they can't do anything about Bromalite, but they do charge you. So even though that is the number you are suppose to call.. you still can't cancel.

I sent mine back immediately and then tried to call numerous times to confirm my cancelation. You will without a doubt sit on hold for 45 minutes to do this. I was under the impression that this had been canceled and then I saw that there was a charge of $69.00 charge reflecting on my checking account. As I went through the whole account i then saw there was another charge for $29.95 for a company called Fit Fat. I have never even heard of this company before finding their charges on my account.

Well, I wish i could report that was the worse, but then because I do not keep all my money in one account I did not account for this money to be taken so then I found $150.00 in over draft charges applied. I called both companies and complained that I did cancel Bromalite and knew nothing of Fit Fat and that I wanted all my money refunded, which in return they explained that it would take 10-15 working days to do so. I then asked for my fees to be compensated and they refused.

Because I could not get through anyone on the phone it is not documented that I canceled this so now my Wamu banking institution will not refund me that money and neither will the other two companies. So, we went from $4.95 cost for shipping to $254.95 in mistakes from Bromalite, fit fat and now Wamu. Where does this end? PLEASE DON'T DO THIS SCAM. IT WILL COST YOU BIG TIME IN THE END

Ordered the product based on trial like everyone else and did not read the fine print. Was able to get the products cancelled but still ended up with 1 charge from bromalite. Fit-Fac cancelled my order before a charge was seen on my credit card. However, awaiting to see if there are any reoccurences. I will be requesting a full refund and returning their product unopened.

The total cost besides time was %69.95.

I ordered a free trial. On December 5 $4.95 showed up (for s&h). That's okay with me. Stuff doesn't work at all. Tried to cancel via phone - impossible because the line was always busy. I think everybody tried to cancel. December 22 $69.95 on my VISA acct. Same on January 5.

$139.90 worth of $&/t.

I fell for the same scam. By luck (hopefully) before I X off the page after ordering I wrote down the phone number and a order number they gave me. I did not receive a email confirmation. The # I have does not match any on the web site.I was able to get through right away. She will tell you that they are not Bromalite but that fit factory or whatever it is.

I spoke with someone who, as all of you said, did not have any info on me. I gave up on her and went online to try and cancel that way. I put all my info in and my name came up and a cancel page came up. I copied the cancel page and then clicked cancel. I will follow up with my bank on Monday to make sure I do not get charged. For those of you that want to try to call them again this is the number I copied down. Good luck to all of you. Fit Factory (bromalite)1-866-407-1022. The other number I have is for ACAIburn, 1-866-279-6513

Posible cancelation. But will be watching my account

I ordered the free trial of Bromalite and Acai Berry from an ad I saw on facebook. I paid the $4.95 shipping as the ad said. Next thing I see is a charge to my b of a account for $69.95 and attempted to reach the company on their 866# MULTIPLE TIMES. Noone ever answered the customer service line despite many tries over several days. I canceled my b of a debit card, I sent a letter to Bromalite asking that they cancel my subscription and I reported them to the Deleware Better Business Bureau.

The Deleware BBB told me that they have received numerous reports on them and also said that they are giving Bromalite 2 more weeks to respond to their inquries/allegations. I would encourage ANYONE out there that runs into any scam like this, to report it to that company's state Better Business Bureau.

Resulted in a lot of stress and time spent trying to remedy the problem.

i ordered bromalite on saturday 01-03-09--i then read all the complaints and panicked--but though i should wait to get the product. today it arrived and i immediately tried to cancel via their phone number with no success--then i read the entries and tried the 1-866-897-0663 and i was conncected with a live person-karen (#342)--she immediately pulled my information up and confirmed i was within the 10 day trial, and i would be billed only the 4.95. and she gave me a confirmation number. i then went to my credit card online and that was the amount charged and that was it--so i will keep you updated if i do receive a charge. but i would certainly call the number i got through to. mk

I ordered the free 30 day supply of Bromalite. It was not effective at all. They automatically start billing you within a month if you dont call to cancel. I did. It was busy everytime I called. It gave you the option to leave a message so I did on 12/17/08. I ordered it on 12/3/08. I left a message that I was not happy with the product, and to call me back. The machine said someone would call back within a hour. I never heard from anyone and still cant get through. When I went online to the email address they stated on the phone. I saw all the complaints and numerous references that stated there was no such email. I am disputing the charges on my credit card.

Took advantage of Bromolite and the Acaiaslim "free" offer of paying $4.95 shipping. Almost less than 2 weeks later, my credit card was billed for $52.95 and $60.50 Plus TWO separate billings for a Fit Factory membership which I had never even heard of before. I tried calling the numbers from my credit card...was left on hold for over 20 minutes, so gave up.

Finally...I did get thru to Fit Factory, who gave me confimation numbers for refunding ALL charges onto my account as well as cancelled my subscription. (Will be watching next visa bill to make sure they went thru.) Then, I went back onhold with the Bromolite number from my credit credit card. Finally...after 15 minutes, someone answered. They only credited me for one set of Supplements, as, apparently, another one is on its way to me as we speak! They said it only had a 30 day refund policy, so, rather than waste anymore of my time, I've decided to pay for one set of both products as a lesson to me to never, ever trust an online "free" offer again!!!

I'm a sucker for free trials and I did fall for this one. I received the Bromalite. There was no information inside. I did not have a cancelation address nor phone number. I got the one above by calling several different ones I found by typing in Bromlite. I was called by my bank and asked if I authoized a large amount(for me) from my account to them. I didn't. When you call their number you are put on hold. Then they give you a recorded email address to use. I cannot hear on the phone so I didn't catch what it is. I will try again but I know people like me are being caught in their money making scam. I don't like it and I would like these types businesses stopped.

I also order Bromolite, receive the product without contact information, try to cancel before the free trial period ended. I have waited more than 45 minutes on the phone without luck, also I went to the website the machine mentions to go for a faster service, I wasn't able to get in the page, I enter several times the confirmation number and all of the information require, but no answer, the last thing that happen is that I have a charge for $69.95 in my account, for a product I haven't even use and I haven't being able to cancelled.

Same thing as everyone else! I signed up for the free trial and tried to cancel before two weeks and couldn't get through! One day I waited on hold for two hours! They then said due to the high volume of calls go to this website verifyyourorder I went their, sent an e-mail, and nothing! In the meantime my credit card showed them charging me 80.00 dollars twice! I called my bank and had them cancel my card!! What a pain, and I want my money back!

Stressful, with our economy the way it is, I would never pay that much for a supplement, especially when it was suppose to be a free trial!

I ordered a free trial 30 day sample of Bromalite colon cleansing product free of charge with only a $4.95 shipping charge. When I placed the order for the free trial on line, after I put my credit card in for payment I did not receive any confirmation back stating the order had been placed or giving me a confirmation # which was strange but unfortunately I let it go. I received this free sample product only. So far I have received 4 charges on my credit card. One for the $4.95 (11/20/08) and 3 additional un unauthorized charges - 2 for $69.95 each (12/05/08 and 12/23/08)and a third unauthorized charge for $34.95 (11/20/08)under a different company name of WUYI Pixie Tea?

My credit card company confirmed this was a charge made by Bromalite. When you dial the phone # the my credit card company gave me which is the same one on Bromalite's web site you always get the same message to hold on. I have held on over 20 minutes twice and no one ever picks up. Other time the phone has a strange sounding busy signal. I have had no luck either on their website trying to file a complaint and to stop these unauthorized charges. Please tell me what I should do as I need to stop these charges on my card. I will never order anything else on line again. This is fraud. Tonight as I have been writing this to you, I have already been on hold for 40 minutes. No one ever answers. I am also trying to file a complaint on line ont their website - no luck.

I also have fallen victim to the re-occurring charges and felt they were deceitful with the original agreement. I honestly do not recall authorizing or reading any information regarding the automatic follow-on billing every two weeks or the www.fit-fac.com membership. I am usually quite careful with online purchases and would have never continued the transaction if I saw those terms.

However, I was successfull at calling both companies, fit-fac.com (866-407-1022) and Bromalite (800-715-1354) in an effort to cancel and end the billing. Both companies appeared to find my records and assured me that no more billing would occur. I was given cancelation confirmation numbers by both companies. (FYI: My hold time at Bromalite was about 10 minutes and only a couple of minutes for fit-fac.com) I went ahead an cancelled my credit card anyway, but wanted to let everyone know there is hope that you might be able to get through to them on the phone. Lesson learned. Good Luck!

I have no compan information only phone number. This showed up on my credit card. And being billed 69.95 for something I did not order or receive. I called the number and it put me on hold for 10 mins and waiting. then it directs you to the web site verifymyorder and this is not a valid website. I just want my money back to my credit card. I would like to know my options?

I orederd a product for colon cleanse a sample for $4.95, and was charged $69.95, twice and an additional $19.95 from another company fit-fac for no reason whatsoever. They do not return calls to help with the charges. I have sent the info to my credit card company.

I can't pay this because I am struggling to keep my business alive in this economy. I shouldn't have to pay this because it did not work, and they did not give opportunity to cancel, by not answering calls.

Same problem as everyone else...got suckered in by the 4.95 free trial period. tried to call and cancel with no luck. Couldn't get a hold of anyone. I was charged twice Horrible scam. I can't believe they are still doing business! Can't they be shut down?!

Thank goodness I used my b of a card and Bank of America is so good about disputing bogus charges.

What a scam! My free shipment arrived with no paperwork, never got an email order confirmation. So all I had was the phone number from my credit card bill to try and stop the shipments/charges. After two weeks of busy signals, I go through only to be put on hold. While waiting, I used my mobile phone to call my credit card company who removed the 69.95 as a fraudulent charge and canceled the card. (Love my credit card company!)

After about 45 minutes someone came on the Bromalite line. I was not nice from the start - it took her a while but she gave me two (?) cancellation numbers to remove the 69.95 from my credit card and to close my account. Does Oprah know about this? This is not her cup of tea, I'm certain.

As all the other complaints about this company are true mine is the same pattern as everyone. Unable to contact, credit card billed unauthorized, billing from unknow company, unable to cancle, had to call Visa and dispute billings and have new card issued to stop billings. PLEASE BEWARE of BROMALITE, YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF! Will now file complaint with California attorney generals office and FTC. Hope everyone does the same.

Lost $69.95 twice and $19.95 to fit-fac unless visa can help. Frustation and disrepect and lots of lost time trying to reach company, amd having to call Visa and start all over again, new card and the wait and hope this will end!

I ordered a trial of their product to try. After I received it I discovered it wasn't what I wanted. I tried calling to cancel within 14 days and could never get through, was always put on hold forever. I have tried for 2 weeks. Couldn't get an e-mail to go through because of message kept coming up the address was too long. Never got a response to the letter I sent either. They are charging my credit card $69.95 a month and I haven't received a product since the trial offer I paid for and received. I am having to cancel my credit card to keep them from charging again. I feel that this is a scam to get honest working peoples money.

I cannot afford these unnecessary charges to me credit card. I'll never buy another thing on line ever.

I ordered the Bromalite & AcaiaSlim free samples 12/5 and paid 4.95 each for shipping that showed up on my credit card. You had to cancel or they would continue to charge your account. I called the number from the website in order to cancel and was sent to their website. The only way to cancel was through their website. After entering the required information I could go no farther in the cancellation process because the site response was No orders found. There was no way to cancel. I called the phone number from the site once again and this time got a recording saying that number was no longer in service. I then contacted my credit card comapny

When I called my charge card company to put both the $49.95 for the Bromalite and the $79.95 for the AcaiaSlim in dispute, I was told it could not be put into dispute because I had to cancel. Because these two companies say you have to cancel or they will continue to charge your card, the charge card company cannot do anything about it. There is no way to cancel with these two companies.

ordered the free sample, then later in the day noticed all the complaints by people so i called the numbers to fitfactory and bromalite to cancel. I think the bigger issue isnt the fact people wernt reading the terms, its that you cannot seem to get ahold of anyone. all i had ever gotten for three days straight, is the mailbox is full, or the number is no longer. THATS the issue. I did finally get ahold of someone on the number that showed up when i was billed on my bank statement. They said i wasnt in their system and some other place was running a scam, and using their number for customer service. He said they have been flooded with calls and are looking at a lawsuit. I told him I reported my card lost so nobody could bill me. He said good idea!

I ordered a 30 day free trial with the understanding I could cancel if not satisfied. My credit card was charged $69.00 twice in December. I contacted AMX and they removed the charges. I have been unable to reach the seller to dispute what they did.

My credit care was charged $69.00 twice in December for product I did not receive. I cancelled the service and will probably have to get a new care issued.

Ordered a free sample and got signed up for bi-monthly shipments and a subsciption to Fit Factory hve been trying to call but get put on hold for long periods of time at Bromalite number called Fit Factory number and was able to cancel. Sent a letter to bromalite today but after reading all the comments I have decieded to cancel my credit card before they can get to it.

No expence damages but lots of grief and aggrevation

I ordered Bromalite from a website where people were giving testimonials about how well the product worked and what a good deal they had with the free trial offer. I did not realize that I would be automatically shipped other bottles of the product for a whopping $70 something and now cannot get anyone to answer the phone and cannot keep charges from being applied to my debit card without going to the bank and canceling the card and waiting 10 days for a new plus convenience of being without my debit card!! I submitted a cancelation on line but somehow I don't think that it will work. This company needs charges pressed against it!

I'm out the shipping and handling charges and God knows how much more before I can get to the bank and cancel the card plus they want the remainder returned to them at MY cost!

Well...Like everyone else here, same thing happened. I caught the fine print just after I hit submit and immediately felt bad about it. I called...and called...and called...and tried researching other numbers and nothing. Finally, after sending three emails and three voicemails and not hearing anything back I tried calling again and got a hold of a rep. He verified my cancellation number and I also called that fitfactory whatever and cancelled.

Fortunately though, I cancelled my debit card (thank goodness not my credit card) that was connected to it and told my bank about it. They were way understanding and said they'd heard about it before. So I should be okay and I recommend everyone else do the same thing.

Lost a few dollars, felt outaged, tricked, and cheated. Such a terrible scam for people who are just trying to make something work.

Saw the ad for Bromolite-free with $4.95 shipping charge. Got the product about a week later. In 2 weeks noticed the same unauthorized charge in my account for $69.95. Same outcome as everyone else-on hold, bogus e-mail address to verifyyour order.com and trying to dispute it with my bank. Got new card but before that they made second unauthorized $69.95 charge. Who knows what's in those capsules! Toss them out!!!

I ordered an item on line for a free trial cost for shipping only. The product charged my credit card postage $4.95 which I had agreed to but then charged $69.95...twice and $19.95 for another product called Fit Fac which I don't even know what the product is for. I called and the company did agree to remove ONE of the $69.95 charges but it has not occured yet. I also was not aware of the other Fit Fac charge but I know it is connected to this transaction.

I am now out at least $4.95, $69.95 and unless they do remove the bill for one, another $69.95 plus the $19.95 totaling: $164.80 Also, the STRESS of not knowing hpow far this will go.

Ordered free trial of Bromalite. Paid $4.95 for shipping and handling. Was charged $69.95 two weeks later another $69.95 two weeks after that. Never authorized additional charges. Called credit card company and they deducted charges from my card and canceled card. They will reissue another card.

Very stressful. These unauthorized charges put my credit card over the limit. Affected credit rating and interest rate. Had to pay over limit fee.

I saw the ad on MSN's Health website. I thought surely they (MSN) would not have advertisers that were not reputable! Boy was I wrong!! I ordered the product and immediately got a bad feeling about the deal. First of all, they kept trying to sell me a $25.00 free gift card to Walmart, if I tried some program. THey even had a live operator typing the sales pitch! I repeatedly kept telling her no...and she wouldn't take no for an answer. I began to print screen the responses and hurriedly pasted them in Microsoft Paint. I even told her what I was doing, and she seemed to back off. Not sure what, if anything, a record of that might do, but better safe than sorry.

I printed my transaction conf. #, as I always do...but began researching. I found this site and began calling the company to cancel. You know the drill...No answer...Put on hold, then disconnected, twice...After about an hour, I called my credit card company and had my card canceled on grounds that it was compromised. I already had pending charges of the 5.95 shipping charge!

Hassle of canceling my credit card and $5.95 charge on my card before I could cancel.

I was only to pay 4.95 for shipping took 74.85 out for monthly. i told them i do not want it and she said she canceled it but did not.

bounced rent check

Ordered trial. Read fine print and immediately cancelled fit factory and other service they were going to charge me for. Cannot reach a live person at Bromalite - get recording saying technical difficulties on 3 attempts to call. After 30 minutes on hold, left message 2 times but never got a call back. Sent 3 emails asking them to cancel account and got a response on one that my concern was resolved and account is active. What a total scam.

Now will need to contact Attorney General of MO and my bank. Then today got another bottle of Bromalite in the mail so I guess my credit card has been charged, again. Have been charged more than $150 and cannot get service from the company. Have spent alot of time and no results. Never again will I trust a company like this.

I logged onto the Bromalite website that offered a free trial and ordered it for $4.95(for the shipping). That was in 11/08. Then I was charged $69.95 two seperate times in 12/08. I immediately tried to call them but only got a recording. Then I got online and saw all of the complaints against them. I then called my credit card company and they suggested I get a new card and new number. So I did that and my credit card company is helping me file a dispute about the charges and is crediting my account.

All I can say is BUYER BEWARE of any FREE TRIAL OFFERS!!! NEVER NEVER give your credit card number online unless you check out the company!!! I suppose I was scammed because they said Oprah recommended them and that was probably a scam too. I should of been more careful but the Oprah name did get my attention!

i'm appalled that a company has to sink to this low level of business technique to make money. if they could make the small print invisible they would. not only do they sneak up behind you and steal your money they bring along a friend in the fit factory to steal from you as well. i'm also appalled that after all these complaints that consumer affairs has not stopped this company from doing business in this manner. if your colon is not cleaned after this at least your wallet will be.

do something please

i order the colon cleaser though this company then after my free trail page online i got an email back saying i would be billed 69.95$ after the 16th day of my credit card being billed.so it gave me a # to call to cancel the 69.95$. i've been tring to call for 10 bissness days. it alawys says this # is bissy please call back or all of our customers are bissy please hold or leave a message. so 2 times now after waiting 35-45 min. on the phone i have left a clear message and still no callback!

my credit card was billed and i am disatisfied with the product and the services!

when I signed up to get the free trial and pay $4.95 shipping they came on line through chat line and said that I would be charged $16.95 for Home Shopping Mall and a $25.00 Walmart Card. I told them to cancel the order and was give a toll free number to cancel and they stated they did not have my information on file. Now I will have to wait until I receive an email from them about my so called free trial product in order to cancel the order. Sounds like a Fraudulent website as I also gave them my credit card number as well.
