Brenda of Broadway, VA September 9, 2009 I ordered a Game Boy Advance Battery pack and charger from them on 8/19/2009 for 6.99 and paid 9.99 shipping to get it in 2-3 day service. The money was billed to my checking account, check card on the same day and was taken out. Total 16.98 I waited 10 days and never heard from them so I wrote them a email and waited several more days and sent them another email and still have no response. I tried calling the number listed above that is on my checking account that they took the money from but it says it has been disconnected. I dont know what else to do. The money was taken from my account but I did not recieve anything for it. It was part of a birthday present for my 10 year old and he did not recieve it. I am now worried that this site is a fraud and they now have my check card number. Neil of Queens Village, NY April 13, 2009 Well I placed an order on March 31, 2009 and I asked for 2-3 day shipping. It has been 3 weeks now and I still have not received my package. I tried emailing the company but I don't get a response back. Also the fact that they don't have a contact number or did not give me a tracking number seemed kind of odd to me. Mark of Weirton, WV July 17, 2004 Placed two orders on 6/9/04. One was paid through Paypal from a link in their email ad. One was paid by credit card from their website. Neither was delivered as of 6/25. The Paypal payment went to somewhere other than Baysoftgames. The credit card payment went to Fun Value. The contact information does not contain a phone number. They dont have phone support, so I sent an email. The contact phone number for Fun Value on the credit card statement is invalid. Finally after a couple of emails and my threatening to turn them into the FTC, they responded by email on 07/05 saying that the item (apparently ignoring the second order) was on backorder. I requested that they cancel the orders and refund the money for both orders. They received payment without sending the orders. On 07/11, they (kandel1231@charter.net) replied that the order (singular) was cancelled and to allow one billing cycle for the refund to be processed. It didn't take them one billing cycle to charge my card without sending the order. I had previously ordered from this company with good results. They are now receiving multiple poor ratings on the Yahoo Shopping site. I have complained to Yahoo Shopping! and they have not pulled the site or intervened on the behalf of the shoppers who use their service.
