Gary of LAS VEGAS, NV October 7, 2009

Ordered the part. Unlike most people that have dealt with this company - actually got the part. Tried to send the core back - called - no answer. Company has been sold and new proprietor won't accept the core or refund my 60

Anika of Silver Spring, MD September 29, 2009

On May 18, 2009 purchased several parts for 600. Received parts except for shocks and struts. Company stated they credit my credit card within 8 - 10 business days. 3 weeks later no credit. Contacted the company for the next 4 months. Customer service reps have not provided me with an answer on why I have not received a credit. The supervisor and manager do not answer the phone and do not return calls. On August 28, 2009, supervisor put a statement in the system that the issue has been resolved. As of September 28, 2009 I have not received the part or credit. Filed complaints for consumer fraud with the California Attorney General's Office (www.ag.ca.gov), the Better Business Bureau (www.la.bbb.org), and the Internet Crime Complaint Center in partnership with the FBI (www.ic3.gov). STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

joe of lords valley, PA September 24, 2009

i ordered a part from them 3/09, i did receive the part but it didn't match what i had, i then sent the part back according to a jon's instuction. i waited about 3 weeks to call because i had heard nothing from them. first they said they didn't receive, so i tracked it and fed-ex told me that they had received the part---- so from 4/09 until now(9/23/09) i have been making numerous phone call, being disconnected alot, talking to all different people--mark,greg,emanuel,all saying that refunds had to go thru jon! i have been promised my refund numerous times , never receiving it--- just today i talked to a mark who said he talked to jon personally and my refund would be posted pending in my account tomorrow (yeah right!)----- also something else is not right, the web sight you get now has a different tel.#,the people that i talked to in the past are not known there, and they don't have a record of my order #, also jon doesn't come up in thier directory?

Michael of Fayetteville , AR September 22, 2009

I ordered a water pump and paid for 2nd day delivery since I was leaving town in 6 days. The part arrived the day after I left - a week after I ordered it. I had it sent across the country - opened it to find it was the wrong part. I sent it back according to their guidelines - after several months and emails - I have yet to receive a refund. About 150 and lot's of wasted time...

Ricky of Red Springs, NC September 10, 2009

Brenda of Cumberland, VA September 10, 2009

On August 17th, 2009 I ordered a Truck Part form Auto Parts Giant in the Amount of 80.71. After 10 days had passed I contacted the company to let them know I had not received the part and asked for a Tracking #. The Company contacted me back by e-mail, stating the order had been canceled on August 22, 2009 per the Manager named Robert. I called the company, spoke w/ Emanuel, and asked when I could expect my credit issued? I was told in 3 Business days.

After this time came and went I called the company again and was told it would be another 10 business days due to processing, and I could expect my credit issued to my bank account, by 9/9/09. The credit was never issued. I called the company on the afternoon of 9/9/09 and was told it would be another 5 days, that the Manager (Robert) has been very busy. I asked to speak to Robert, but was told he was unavailable and was sent to his Voice mail. I left 2 detailed messages for him to call me, but he did not do so.

I called later in the evening and asked to speak with Robert again, and not to be sent to his voice mail, that I would hold. Emanuel replied that Robert could not come to the phone, and buy me continuing to call was not going to get me my credit issued any faster, in fact it was only going to put Robert off in sending my credit to me. I asked for an explanation, and tried to explain that It did not need to take this long in issuing a credit, and I knew this because I have worked for Financial institutions before including A Bank and Credit Card Company, I was Mocked at, "SO What" and Laughed at by employees evidently listening to my conversation with Emanuel, "saying so what, yeh right a Finance Company", with continuous laughter, as to be indignant, and to blow me off without any regard.

I couldn't believe it! They were so rude and and un-concerning to anything I had to say. My last statement to them was, I was going to file a complaint against the company for their disregard, and of taking money from me, that was obvious they had no intention on returning. This made no affect to them

Chris of Cape Canaveral, FL September 3, 2009

These guys took my order and immediately "banged" my credit card without shipping, without any communication. After two weeks , I complained to my card issuer, and AutoPartsGiant lamely said the part I ordered was out of stock, and a credit would be issued. These guys are robbers - plain and simple. I am still eaiting for my 125.71 credit. They are not going to get away with this.

theodore of wallingford, CT August 6, 2009

I ordered a Cardone ECM for my Camaro. A Standard ECM was sent. The security seal on the unit was broken. It was shipped in an old fruit juice container box. The ECM was defective. I tried to contact Autopartsgiant by phone and by E mail several times for sending the unit back. There was no return information in the shipping container either for the defective unit sent or for my "old" ECM. Auto parts giant refuses to acknowledge my request for return information or to resolve this. American Express has paid Autopartsgiant 360.34 and now expects me to pay them.
