On 4/14/2009, I was charged 19.95 and when I called the company, they told me that they would not refund me the money back. This 19.95 was for the month until 5/8/2009. Instead she said that they would cancel the membership and not refund the 19.95.
Behind this transaction, my checking account charged me an additional 27.50 which made the total charge for this transaction 48.45. I would like a refund of 48.45.

Mark of San Antonio TX (04/13/09) AP9* Home Savings Mall 800-544-1528 (as it appeared on my VISA bill) charged my credit card 19.95. This was unauthorized. I had never heard of this company, nor did I sign up for their service. When I called them about it, they said I approved it when I signed up for Classmates.com and gave me the date I signed up for Classmates.com online. I told them I wanted them to credit the 19.95 back to my credit card, and they said they would. So I Googled them and discovered that this exact same thing has happened to many people. In addition, in my search, I found that the CEO of the company has a long-time reputation for unscrupulous business practices.
