I purchased a 3-piece dinette set. The poorest quality I have ever seen. First person to sit on chair caused the chair to crack and break. Company will not speak to you on the phone. All correspondence is via e-mail. They will not give any refunds. Quality of product horrible.
Consumer Complaints & Reviews

Store refuses to divulge information on who manufactures much of their furniture (Is this even legal?). They offer a low price guarantee with no way to prove. Website was very misleading, posted: Best Product Information ** has the best product information, images, and buying guides on the web. How good? Our suppliers cite us! How can this be possible if they are not willing to prove it. All the websites and stores we shopped at told who's furniture they were selling; ex; Lea, Woodcraft, Broyhill, etc. so that questions could be answered. Do they use rainforest lumber? What country is it made in? Prove it, is it a union company? Is it a publicly traded company? Are there consumer complaints on their products (prove it)? How can any one compare quality or price from brand to brand or store, the only thing they offer is their opinion on their furniture. People need to be warned about these guys they must be hiding something.
