"A" of Colorado Springs writes (7/19/01):
I called and spoke with a customer service agent at ibillcs and she said she would cancel the service and refund my money for one month. What the hell can I do? I find it ridiculous that I should have to pay for all that. Looking back on it now, I realize why my checking account was frequently overdrawing, thus getting overdraft charges as well. Please help me, we are buying a house and I dont make a lot of money. It makes me so angry that I didn't notice this earlier, is it ok for them to charge me and not give me a refund? Please do not post this with my name on this website. |
