My 80-year old mother order the Flex Protex D on 1-20-09. She returned 2 bottles Customer Service # ** and the gave her RA #**. She has called several times and left message the manager Janice and has never received a call back or her money.

I ordered (3) Month Flex Protect D online on January 15, 2010 for my mother's arthritis pains. Up to now I have never heard back or received the product. I called many times to ask for refund and only got the voice mailbox. Shame on you Flex Protex owners and associates.

I ordered FlexPro-D Buy (3) get (3) for $179.99 plus shipping and handling for a total of $196.98. In January 2010, I returned the product within the thirty day 2/12/201/ window and received RA# ** and was told I would get my refund within ten days. I have called each month only to be told they have a banking accounting problem and their checks will be sent out "always" 30 days later. It is now June 28th! I returned the product, they have not given me my refund!

I ordered the product (Flex Protex D) from the infomercial on TV. The next day, I had changed my mind and tried to call and cancel and they gave me some BS statement that it was a different call center and they could not cancel it. They took the money out of my account immediately but shipping took two weeks. When I received the package, I shipped it back within the trial offer time period and then called about my refund. The first girl said it would take up to two weeks after they got the product back. The next time I called, they had received the product back but then claimed it takes up to 30 days after they got the product back to refund my money. I called back on the 30th day and now they are trying to claim it may take up to 60 days to refund my account. It's a slimy, shady company out of Manteno, Illinois. Do not place any orders through this company. It is a scam!

I ordered 3 bottles of Flex Protex on 12/02/09 and returned it on 01/06/10. I was told that they received my return on 02/05/10. My order number is 245583. When I called, if I asked too many questions, they will be rude or just hung up on you. I paid ninety dollars for this order, and I need my money. They keep telling me that they are back-ordered with returns.

My 91-year old grandmother ordered a vitamin product from this company. At that time she was signed up for three other products, Vitamin D Health Initiative, Savings2Go Select, and Liesureplus Select. Each of these products were debited monthly from her account at $12.95 each. She never agreed to "purchase" these products. After doing my own research, I found out that an outside company on behalf of Flex Protex took the order and signed her up for these three other products.
When I requested the documentation or audio file of my grandmother ordering these products, Flex Protex would not give me the name of the outside company only that said they are out of business. No one is taking responsibility for this! Flex Protex is a company taking advantage of the elderly. Approximately $130 was debited from the account, but I have, after threats and submitting a power of attorney, received our money back.
