Bio-Mince
Champlain, NY

Marilyn of West Palm Beach, FL, writes:
I ordered a 30-day plan of Bio-Mince for $34.95, check #594 to the company name on the order form on 9/21/00. I did receive my 30-day supply along with the written guarantee. I used the product approximately 8-10 days with no results. I then returned the unused portion back to the company along with a letter for my full refund on 10/14/00. To date, I have not received my refund, a letter, phone call, nothing.

I am out $34.95 for a product advertised in the National Enquirer that is a scam. The reputation of the National Enquirer has been iffy for years, but this ad they placed in their weekly paper does not help their situation. I am till in possession of the actual ad and the "guarantee" sheet.

Newspapers do not endorse products that advertise in their papers. It doesn't matter whether something is advertised in The New York Times or Star Weekly, ads must be taken with a grain of salt.

"D." of Columbia, MD:
I ordered the product, $54.95, used it, was not satisfied, returned unused porting within alloted time frame, never received refund. Have sent several letters.

Dara of Gambrills, MD, writes:
In October or November of 1997 I ordered Bio-Mince from an ad in a soap opera digest. It was a full page ad in the middle of the magazine, so it seemed legit. The ad also stated there was a 30 day money back guarantee.

I only used the product about 10 days and decided it did not work for me. I returned the unused protion, with a note. I never received my money back. I then wrote numerous letters, but never received a response.

Well, since it's been nearly four years, Dara can probably stop checking the mail for that refund.

Tracie of Butler, OH:
I ordered this weight-loss product and never received it. I have found several other complaints on this company. Is there anyway we can get our money back? This is an awful scam. I feel very sorry for everyone that had high hopes as I.
