Five cigarette makers have filed suit in Washington to try and block implementation of graphic new warning labels created under a 2009 law that expanded federal regulation of tobacco products. The companies say requiring the labels on its product violates their First Amendment rights.
While warning labels have been around for decades, these new labels are the largest, and most graphic yet and this is the tobacco industry's second attempt to block them in court. (Warning: the video contains graphic images)

No second hand smoke, no carcinagins, nicotine is addictive but about the same as caffein, no smelly hair, hands, clothes. You can smoke them all you want and not do any tobacco damage to your body.
