Credit is tight everywhere. Even people trying to get "refund anticipation loans" from their tax preparer are being turned down because of their credit score. And while they may not think of themselves as fortunate, they are. A "refund anticipation loan" carries a sky-high interest rate and isn't much faster than simply waiting for your refund, as Mark Huffman reports in this short video:
