First I ask readers to keep seven infallible and timeless truths in mind.#1.. "When the cat's away the rats will play".
#2.. "Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely".
#3. "Men love darkness rather than light because their deeds are evil".
#4. Murky, misleading, deceptive, complex, hidden hook, corporate
attorney scripted "fine print legalese" in "legal instruments" ----,
and a very expensive, nationwide TV and radio blitz of "non understandable,
speed speech" accountability avoidance disclaimers --, costs struggling consumers
and taxpayers billions of dollars more per year than does the gun, mask, shank and blackjack".
And it's "politically correct", "legally safe" --, and larcenously lucrative.
#6. Pac money politicians -, Democrat AND Republican are NOT going to clean up the rot in the system --, so you and I HAVE to!
#7. "We have nothing to fear but fear itself"
The half trillion dollar PAC money powered "right hook to the jaw" of taxpayers --, delivered by the political lackeys of the "self policed, free wheeling, free market" predator creditor loan sharks and high rolling hucksters -- is a terrible and painful validation of the indisputable truth in those proverbs.
It's also a blistering indictment of the greed driven, "behind closed doors" PAC money politics which trampled on the principles of the first three proverbs and "threw millions of struggling taxpayers to the wolves as a result -- again".
The big question is: Are we going to let them get away with it? If history is any indicator we do doubt will. We have consistently let the lawyers -, which is the parent profession of the PAC money lackeys -, Democrat and Republican -, which dumped this beast in our laps -, "police themselves" without any effective and consistent public oversight, discipline and restraint. And we will probably continue to do so.
We have long been letting the the "mortgage, finance and credit industry" use their "see all, hear all and tell all," snoop and snitch credit bureaus invade our privacy and tell the world of credit and finance - and the rest of the world every time we're 5 minutes late on a payment, default on a loan or "sneeze". . It's time that we "turned the tables"
It's time that the personal identities, list of their property and assets, (foreign and domestic), state of residence and the individual roles -- that each malicious mortgage and predator creditor purveyer played in this disaster -- be made a public record accessable to taxpayers and their attorneys..
Then we need to "sue the bastards" in a unified, massive, nationwide and all out, "no holds barred" class action legal assault on -- and seizure of their personal property and assets to help compensate taxpayers for the malicious mortgage predator creditor's half trillion dollar rip off of America's voters and taxpayers..Why should we let them get away with the "plunder"?
Is anyone willing to join me in posting a web site, assembling and organizing the numbers and contacting a high roller law firm to initiate that course of action?
