JetBlue, already weathering a public relations storm over last week's stranding of passengers at ice-bound JFK Airport, cancelled more fights for Monday. The carrier says 23 percent of its 600 flights have been grounded for Monday, February 19.

The airline said the destinations of the grounded flights departing JFK include, but are not limited to, the following destinations: Austin, TX; Bermuda; Charlotte, NC; Columbus, OH; Houston, TX; Jacksonville, FL; Nashville, TN; Pittsburgh, PA; Portland, ME; Raleigh/Durham, NC; Richmond, VA.

JetBlue said it expects its full schedule to resume Tuesday. It said customers are asked to check the status of their flight online at www.jetblue.com prior to leaving for the airport. Customers may check their flight status via web-enabled mobile phones and PDA at mobile.jetblue.com/.

The company said customers scheduled for cancelled flights should visit www.jetblue.com and choose to either convert the value of their travel to a JetBlue credit or receive a full refund to the original form of payment.
