Gasoline prices are on the move again and they are on the move up.

The average price for regular unleaded gasoline nationwide is now $2.87 a gallon and that is up two cents in a week. One month ago a gallon of regular cost $2.91. One year ago a gallon of regular self serve cost $2.11.

Both midgrade and premium are up two cents a gallon as well. Diesel fuel is up a penny, according to AAA's Daily Fuel Gauge Report.

Crude oil prices are up, selling for $71.74 a barrel. That is a 34-cent increase from Friday's price.

Drivers in Bridgeport, California are paying the highest price for regular gasoline, more than a dollar over the average price, at $4.09 a gallon.

This week people in Springfield, Ohio, are paying the least for regular gasoline at $2.59 a gallon.
