March 20, 2006
The airline also announced three daily flights between JFK and Jacksonville, FL, beginning June 15. The low-fare carrier will also begin service between Boston and Buffalo with three daily nonstop flights effective June 30, 2006. "The people of Pittsburgh and Jacksonville have built strong communities even in the face of high fares and a lack of competition to the cities they need to visit," said JetBlue's CEO David Neeleman. "The crewmembers of JetBlue are proud to bring our award-winning service to Pittsburgh and Jacksonville, and between Boston and Buffalo with new nonstop, low-fare service." Fares on the new service will range from $64 to $139 each way. In the six years since its launch, JetBlue Airways has won praise from customers for its low fares and higher levels of service. It currently serves 34 destinations with more than 410 flights daily. Report Your Experience
