Samson Chicagoland Movers
Lincolnwood, IL

Stephen of Brookline, MA, writes:
After providing us with a "time window" in which our items would arrive from a Chicago-Boston mover, there was an additional 5 day delay. In that time, there was a failure to notify us of additional delays in the arrival of our items.

Only upon arrival of our items were we told that an antique table had been damaged and was being repaired by the movers. Subsequently, we have received no follow-up as to the delivery of our table. On our last discussion with David, we were told that our table would only be delivered "when he had a truck in Boston." He acknowledged that this could be up to one month from noew (7 weeks after the original move date).

We spent 4 days in Boston without furniture and without any information as to when our items would arrive. Because there was no information provided, I was forced to take time off from work to await the movers. The wages lost are in excess of $600. We have had no dining table for 4 weeks.
