The movers damaged and lost my personal belongings but refused to pay for the lost items. The cost for the items is small ($370) and they know that it's not worth my time and money to pursue this to go through an attorney or arbitrator. They denied my claim, and when I asked, they asked for a written request. Then they denied the second request.

It's frustrating and I hope that this complaint represents another ripped off customer who happens to find your website.
