GGW producer arrested

Things haven't been going quite as well for producer Joe Francis and his "Girls Gone Wild" crew. They were arrested recently on more than 21 criminal charges in Florida and consumer agencies and class-action lawyers are training their sites on the company. If you've had an experience like those described below, please let us know about it by using our consumer complaint form.

Andrew of Mastic Beach NY (01/15/09)
I recieved two videos that I did not order, then recieved a phone call asking if I enjoyed the videos. I told them that I didn't order them, I was told that they were complementary for VIP customers. I told them that I am not a customer of porn, and told them not to send me any more. The videos are currently still be sent to my home where I have 3 young kids. Another phone conversation that I had with them I asked how they got my credit card info, they said they got it from Walmart. They asked if I had used my credit card for purcheses at Walmart. I have told them that I want to return all 13 unopened videos and I want all the money back that they took from my account, I was told that wasn't going to happen. Just two weeks ago I recieved another phone call that when they tried to take the money out of my account it was not available, I talked to a *manager* I told him yet again I want them to cancel this and I want my money back, he told me the account is cancled and then hung up on me. Just yesterday I recieved another video. They have caused my account to be overdrawn several times. I have not opened any of these videos and I WANT MY MONEY BACK!.

Called constantly for reimbursement for charges to my account for DYD's never received, and they have been giving me a run-around about when they will get my money reimbursed. They will not give me a corporate number and web support not responding, even after a year and a half! Horrible terrible customer service!

Consequences are charges to my account which resulted in an overdraft, financial hardship, hassle, stressed!

My elderly father, I come to find out, has been receiving these videos for some time now. I'm sure he did not order them he is 86. There must be 18 or so all piled up most unopened. This scam is incredible, I've read some of the postings on the complaint boards and it sounds like this thing has been a scam from the get-go. I don't know how these people get account info. but they must be good at it to stick it to so many people.

I just want to go on record on my fathers behalf as filing a complaint. I don't know how much money they have skinned off my father but it's despicable and they need to be prosecuted for their actions.
