arrested recently on more than 21 criminal charges in Florida and consumer agencies and class-action lawyers are training their sites on the company. If you've had an experience like those described below, please let us know about it by using our consumer complaint form. romeo of san marino, CA August 6, 2009 Ordered two (2) introductory dvds. Found them to be cheesy. I don't want a monthly subscription. When will this company take me off their list of mailings? My credit card is charged monthly without my authorization. Shawn of MIddletown, IN August 4, 2009 My Husband and I ordered a DVD for 9.98 plus shipping and handleing. Which came to around 15.96. Then we ordered another one but then we started getting GGW DVD's we did not order in the mail and they were charged to our account as well as other DVD's we did not order from other companies. We now have 12 GGW DVD's of which we ordered 2 and we have 8 DVD's from other sources which we did not order. Finally after cancelling our bank account and paying numerous overdraft fees because we live paycheck to paycheck we managed to get them to stop sending them to our house. We even sent 8 DVD's back to them and 6 back to the other places unopened. After we closed our account. I told my husband we could not keep them because we had not paid for them. We ended up paying 259.60 for DVD's we did not order from them, and another207.68 for the other DVD's which we did not order, as well as around 200.00 in overdraft fees that comes to 667.28 dollars for DVD's and we only ordered 2 of them to begin with. In other words we should have only payed for the two DVD's we wanted and not opened or kept the ones we didn't order but my husband felt we paid for them we might as well open them. Phillip of Akron, OH June 12, 2009 I joined the website and when I went to cancel the service. None of the accounts had me on as a customer. Yet, I could still log on and so I obviously was still charged. I called the only number given and they said I had cancelled service but it has been over a month and I am still able to log on. As of today 39.95 for the second month of service. curtis of COLUMBUS, OH June 3, 2009 well i had purchased ggw and now ive been trying for the past 4+ months try and cancel from them but they answer and they keep charging my account and its really pisssing me off! Troy of Ft. Leavenworth, KS June 3, 2009 I keep trying to cancel my girls gone wild membership but they wont stop, they keep sending the vidoes and chargin me. PLEASE HELP. ive spent over 483.00 on videos that i have tried to cancel. =[ Clayton of Northglenn, CO May 5, 2009 I originally ordered the two dvds from the commercial, the rep was very rude and aggressive, I noticed on the commercial that future titles would be sent automatically. I asked the original rep not to send future titles, she said that I would have to wait for my shipment and call back to be removed from the mailings. Once I received my shipment I attempted to go to their customer service website, which apparently does not exist. I have no way to cancel these services and now I receive one dvd per month, the charge is normally around 29 dollars. I have tried everything to cancel this but ggw has been nothing but difficult. I am now having to close my bank account and create a new one because there is no other way to cancel these charges. Nearly thirty dollars of unauthorized charges a month, not including overdraft fees and bank charges. Mark of New York, NY May 4, 2009 DVD's continue to be sent to me without my authorization. Their customer service business website: is inactive. My account is automatically billed for this merchandise. It must cease immediately. Daniel of Sumner, GA April 14, 2009 Daniel of Sumner GA (04/14/09) Christopher of Hastings, OTHER April 9, 2009 | |||
