arrested recently on more than 21 criminal charges in Florida and consumer agencies and class-action lawyers are training their sites on the company. If you've had an experience like those described below, please let us know about it by using our consumer complaint form. Joanne of Monrovia CA (10/17/07) Mathew of Fort Polk, LA October 16, 2007 Mathew of Fort Polk LA (10/16/07) Ronald of Flower Mound, TX October 11, 2007 Ronald of Flower Mound, TX (10/11/07) Billy of Oklahoma City, OK August 22, 2007 Billy of Oklahoma City OK (08/22/07) I ordered a product from a complete different site and just before finishing the order it asked if I wanted two Girls Gone Wild DVDs for One Dollar. It didn't say anything about anymore coming in the mail every month. When I received the first extra DVD I returned it unopened, and to my surprise a charge showed up on in my account. I never even gave them my information so I didn't think they could charge me. The other site must have given them my information. I called GGW and they said they would refund the charges but yesterday another DVD showed up, and the first charges never were refunded. Edgar of Walker, LA August 22, 2007 Edgar of Walker LA (08/22/07) On 8/10 Kendulle contacted me by phone and offered 2 free GGW DVDs for a handling charge of 9.99. She promised to bill my checking account on 8/14. Kendulle called 8/14 to ask about an ISF rejection by the bank when I was billed 8/10. I told her I'd removed these funds 8/9 as I was suspicious. She asked if she could bill my account a second time. I very clearly refused and requested no further interaction with GGW or Vivid Entertainment. Kendulle agreed. On 8/17 GGW billed my account 16.98. I called to protest. I was told to return the DVDs at my expense and await repayment by the supervisor, Amy. Amy rudely asserted any complaints or action on my part would require an attorney and ultimately, the situation would be your word against ours. Tracy of Grand Rapids, MI August 16, 2007 | |||
