arrested recently on more than 21 criminal charges in Florida and consumer agencies and class-action lawyers are training their sites on the company. If you've had an experience like those described below, please let us know about it by using our consumer complaint form. fredrik of norrkoping, Sweden November 17, 2009 I cancled my subsription to their homepage, but they keep charging me every month, their support wont answer my mails. What should i do? my financial situation is about to change to the worse, due to un employment. cant afford to have these charges recuring on my acount. Pedro of Houston, TX November 11, 2009 I ordered a video once and they have been sending me a video every month and been charging 26 dollars. I have already sent them an email to the adress they have without an answer. I have tried to reach the "customer service" number they have and it is out of service. bradley of concord, NC September 29, 2009 Girls gone wild is sending me videos i didn't order and then charging my 26.98. when i ordered a video before i did not agree to this at all. I have no idea what to do. I'm not interested in getting a refund. i just want them to stop billing me, i don't make a lot of money. I'm about to go to college and I'm going to need as much money as possible in the coming days. AARON of DIAMOND BAR, CA September 26, 2009 I ordered the 9.99 introductory offer w/ expedite shipment. cancelled further subscription right away. they charged me 64.95 anyway. they say i also ordered the extra dvd's w/c of course i didnt. i called and they didnt want to refund so i called my bank. B of A thank god w/ is very good at disputing claims like this. best is to deal w/ ur bank. Tim of Rolling Meadows, IL September 6, 2009 I have tried to cancel the dvd deliveries multiple times, but they continue to charge me but are not even sending the dvd's. Craig of Indianapolis, IN August 12, 2009 I ordered 3 dvd's over the phone, for which I had the operator clarify every price to make sure I was getting the right thing at the right price. They first charged my bank account THREE times for that order, and now they're still charging me. I called in to find out why and the operator told me that they were trying to give me a good deal on a monthly subscription that I NEVER ordered. I was furious and demanded that it stopped and my money be returned, to which he still insisted that I could get a special offer. I'm still trying to get it taken care of. romeo of san marino, CA August 6, 2009 Ordered two (2) introductory dvds. Found them to be cheesy. I don't want a monthly subscription. When will this company take me off their list of mailings? My credit card is charged monthly without my authorization. Shawn of MIddletown, IN August 4, 2009 My Husband and I ordered a DVD for 9.98 plus shipping and handleing. Which came to around 15.96. Then we ordered another one but then we started getting GGW DVD's we did not order in the mail and they were charged to our account as well as other DVD's we did not order from other companies. We now have 12 GGW DVD's of which we ordered 2 and we have 8 DVD's from other sources which we did not order. Finally after cancelling our bank account and paying numerous overdraft fees because we live paycheck to paycheck we managed to get them to stop sending them to our house. We even sent 8 DVD's back to them and 6 back to the other places unopened. After we closed our account. I told my husband we could not keep them because we had not paid for them. We ended up paying 259.60 for DVD's we did not order from them, and another207.68 for the other DVD's which we did not order, as well as around 200.00 in overdraft fees that comes to 667.28 dollars for DVD's and we only ordered 2 of them to begin with. In other words we should have only payed for the two DVD's we wanted and not opened or kept the ones we didn't order but my husband felt we paid for them we might as well open them. Phillip of Akron, OH June 12, 2009 I joined the website and when I went to cancel the service. None of the accounts had me on as a customer. Yet, I could still log on and so I obviously was still charged. I called the only number given and they said I had cancelled service but it has been over a month and I am still able to log on. As of today 39.95 for the second month of service. curtis of COLUMBUS, OH June 3, 2009 well i had purchased ggw and now ive been trying for the past 4+ months try and cancel from them but they answer and they keep charging my account and its really pisssing me off! | |||
