Laurie of Red Hook, NY (1/8/06)
I purchased over $500 in Partylite products because I love to collect the snow globes. This Christmas when I pulled my snow globes out of storage and one had broken. I had carefully packed them away last year just like I was advised to do by the consultant. When I brought this to her attention she said Partylite probably would not help me.

I also had to wait on products to come when I hosted a party and was promised all kinds of gift certificates that I have not received.

Carmillia of Southington, CT (1/8/06):
I bought a Christmas snow globe with a music box on the bottom and an indentation for a candle on the top from Partylite Co. I stored it in a plastic box (air tight) in the basement. There is an air bubble in the globe and the snow no longer activates when turned on.

I have a snow globe from a discount store that I bought ten years ago and it is in better shape and still works.

Tonya of Canton, GA (12/12/05)
I have a Partylite "Batter Up" votive holder that I have had for more than a year. It was sitting on my cabinet, no candle in it and it EXPLODED! I don't mean cracked and fell apart, that thing exploded. It scared my husband and me to death.

The large pieces were still on the cabinet but all of the smaller pieces and slivers were three feet from the cabinet. I'm glad I didn't have a candle burning in it when it happened.

The Batter Up votive holder is now retired but how many of them are out there?

Mary of Rancho Cordova CA (10/1/03):
I have a candleholder and 3-wick candle, both from Partylite. The 3-wick split open and caused the flame to shoot up and the flame caused the Sevile glass insert to crack and then break. The Sevile glass insert broke into several pieces and the 3-wick was unsalvageable as well.
