I obtained the services of National Child Support to help collect my child support. I am over $16,000 in the arrangement and I thought that these people could help collect my payments. After all the information was sent to this agency and (I do have copies of all the paperwork) the address for collections was changed from The Florida Department of Revenue Child Support Enforcement Agency to National Child Support PO Box 42437 Cincinnati, OH 45242. They were to collect the payments into their bank account and then distribute the payment to me for my child. Well, on April 28th a payment of $300 was collected here in Florida and sent to their address.
They never to this day have sent me any of that money! That is my child's money not theirs. I contacted the agency here to see what they could do about it and they said that they couldn't do anything about it. I have contacted these people countless time about my payment and have even call crying on the phone because I needed that money (currently unemployed) and they have never sent me that $300 child support payment. I think this company is a ripoff and it's pitiful that they con helpless people into providing a service that people are depending on and then they don't do what they are supposed to do and that is send people their money.
Please help me in getting my $300 child support that my ex was so gracious in sending for his son. Since then the Florida Child Support Enforcement Agency has been notified not to send any more payments that come in to National Child Support Agency. This money is needed in my household because I am currently unemployed and really in need. Thank You.
