Mary of Clearwater FL (2/25/03):
I first purchased a psychic reading from her which seemed fairly accurate and acceptable, but then I purchased a spell-casting service from her which included 3 free email questions which she never provided and once the spell was cast and she got her money, her responses to my questions no longer continued.

It cost me $175.00 for the spell and a lot of anxiety and frustration in not getting responses from this site. I just want to make people aware of this because it is very deceiving and being the victim of this kind of fraud is a terrible experience.

Divine responds:

Firstly, this client Mary, did receive her 3 free question email reading that was offered to her in the purchase of her spell-casting service. In fact, I back up all email readings that I provide, and I still have all of her readings backed up on my computer.

Second, I did 9 days of spellwork for this client, working on her case for 2 hours each day which totaled 18 hours of spellwork on behalf of her case.

She did receive her free 3-question reading from me and the spellwork that she paid for. Obviously she either made this complaint before she received her reading, or has some other reason for claiming she never received it. However the reading was sent to her at the email address she provided.

I work long hours everyday to ensure that all emails are responded to in a timely manner. Concerning her case, this was no different.

I've had a great deal of problems concerning the new "spam filtering" software that many ISP providers have started offering and unfortunately, this has resulted in many of my responses to clients never arriving to their inbox.

However, I did respond to Mary's email messages, and if she did not receive my replies, it was not for any reason of lack of response on my part.

I did a great deal of work on behalf of Mary's case and provided to her what she paid for. Therefore this complaint and accusation of fraud is unjustified and incorrect.
