Bonnie of Seneca, MO, writes:
We bought 38 units of CurseFreeTV. Got five, sold two of them, had trouble, so we tried to cancel the other 33 units before they were sent to us but missed, so we sent them right back unopened -- $4,000.00 worth.

I called. The guarantee said "full refund if not satisfied for any reason within 30 days." The product was sent back without even being opened. They said they got the 33 units but won't return my money to the credit card. I've tried many times, they won't even return your call.

I told them the machine misses too many curse words for us to sell and the two units we sold the peaple had too much trouble hooking them up and their technician never returns a call. We did not want to deal with that kind of service.

I called after 3 weeks of excuses. A man said, no, he would not give my money back. He said "Go ahead and threaten to sue me." I hung up! I have filed with my credit card already.
