Cross Country Bank

Raymond of Palmdale CA (3/29/05):
I am active duty military and deployed to Iraq. I read that Cross country bank is in violation of consumer laws to wit unfair credit card practice. My wife and I had credit cards through this company and subsequently our accounts were defaulted to "bad credit" via our credit reports.

We have tried to attain information to pay these off our accounts but keep getting the run around about they sold the account to a NCO financial company. When this company is contacted, they say they have no record of this but our credit reports show them as owners of the account.
