Shebrina of Jacksonville FL writes (5/8/01):
Due to the extreme tardiness of my paperwork being completed, several garnishments have been made against my pay. The main reason I went in to file bankruptcy was due to divorce and not receiving any support for my two children. I was getting deeper and deeper in debt with current and past accounts that my ex-husband had that I had no money to pay. At this rate if it takes any longer I will not need bankruptcy paperwork because everything will have been garnished out of my pay, which I can't afford. This has been an extremely exhausting process and I would just like some sort of resolution. |
