My daughter and I tried to sign up for your service and we were not successful! We can't get in our account using the email address we supplied when we signed up, our passwords don't work. I gave you my credit card number. We need to cancel and please send us a confirmation email of the cancellation of your service for both numbers. They have sent me numerous emails stating that my account has been suspended due to to failed attempts at charging the balance due to my credit card on file. This is an online service, with a customer support you can't talk to. My daughter and my accounts are being charged and there is no one to talk to. We need help!
