In May I was sent an invitation for a new ISP provider. This provider offered free internet service for those who paid the ONE-TIME membership fee of $25.00 Plus $1.95 processing fee. Bill, the man who I dealt with, advised me if I did this I would be online by May 30th ... and that he would refund the $25.00 to me in mid June (thus allowing him to move up in the business).

I agreed to this. WELL, I paid for the service, and have yet to be ONLINE!! I have sent several emails to their support team, who have totally blown it off. I have received NO RESPONSE. I WANT SOMETHING DONE ABOUT THIS!! I don't like being scammed. Please help if you can, thanks!
