Classmates Joins Netzero, Juno
NetZero, Juno Merge into United Online

Vicki of Ft. McCoy FL (3/11/04):
When I first got NetZero, I couldn't get my services activated so when I contacted the tech support, it came to my suprise that they charge you for help and then they don't even let you know how much it is going to be. Also I was always getting booted offline everytime and then it got to the point I couldn't even get or stay online to get started and I would be spending at least an hour to try getting online without getting booted. That's when I decided to cancel my services after 1 week and went back to my old ISP.

Pamela of Jackson MN (3/5/04):
I signed up with netzero. the middle of Dec. 2003. The installation was very difficult. When I tried to contact them, there was no number to contact them or an e-mail address. I also found out that you are charged for all service calls. I want refund for the time I signed up Dec. 15th or 16th 2003 to March 2004.

Cesar of Los Angeles (2/5/03):
I tried to log in to NetZero after sign up and it said that it was not working because of the modem but I had just used the modem to log on to AOL and it work perfectly. We can't even use the software so we want to cancel our subscription because of that.

Dana of Mechanicsville VA (1/30/03):
Ordered NetZero service today. Downloaded twice without result. Please refund my $9.95 immediately. If your software isn't blatently easy to install, then how do you expect your service to be any better? This is second month in a row that I've tried to sign up for your internet service and it's failed miserably. I want my money back and my service cancelled now.
