NetZero Dropped Calls |

I try to dail-up and it takes as much as an hour to get connected and then when I'm trying to read and send e-mail I get dropped off the net and can't do anything. I am very dissatisfied with the service I've been getting. Carl of Eaton Park FL (8/23/02):
I called the cancellation number as required three seperate times, each time getting someone that could not speak English and would quickly transfer me to the Technical (we charge per minute) department, only to be on hold and never reaching anyone. I've lost only $9.95 so far, but they require cancellation by phone, and yet refuse to let me cancel. I deserve my ten bucks back and the big Zero, needs to be put out of business for good. |
