Flashcom

Rick of San Francisco, writes:
Company does not answer customer support messages in a timely fashion. They also are deceptive in their sales practices. They claim 2-year term for DSL service when you sign up for one. They are trying to charge cancelation fees. Company does not answer customer support calls, all calls go to voice mail. Action only occurs when you post messages about poor service to www.dslreports.com.

Matthew of Newark, DE, writes:
Breach of contract. Unable to provide advertised speed. Unathorized billing for full year of service when contract is monthly billing. Unexpected hit to credit card resulted in overlimit charges which will result in negative bureau reporting. Lack of any response from Flashcom to calls or email.
