I have been an AOL customer since late 1990's. The service is not the best, but it does the job. I had a second screen name which my son used to use but hasn't since early 2000. I have paid my bill monthly by credit card. Saturday, I got a past due bill for the long unused screen name from AOL and demanding I send them 25.00 to clear up the problem. I have tried repeatedly to get to talk to a live person, but all I get are more and more choices which lead no where. I am still trying to get this resolved, but I have a hunch it won't get done. Beware!

Current AMEX bill shows AOL billing us 11.99, 11.99 and 25.90. They have been for years. Want to flip accounts to free. However, AOL showing me as a Free account so they will provide no access, either over phone ot Internet. Only want to speak to a representative.

Hundreds of dollars paid to AOL automatically with no access to change.
