I signed up for AOL three years ago and have been paying the 25.90 a month. I even paid it when it became free. Went from dial up service to DSL in November. Today they had teh audacity to send me a e-mail informing me that I will now be switched to free AOL but I owe them 103.60.

If the service is free to eveyone else why am I being penalized and has been for sometim. Why am I being asked to pay the 103.60. I find that insulting

I am confused as to why I am being charged for 11.99 for service when I already have Comcast.

these companies have attached themselves to my phone bill and refuse to stop billing me. aol has been billing me for 6 years. I did not authorize any of this and the aol charge has been 100% in active. for 6 years they have never called me to ask if I want to continue service yet they have been taking my money for 6 years. it seems like fraud to me. please tell them to stop and I think they owe me some money

thousands of dollar have been taken from me. Just so you know my bill is (not) delinqent

I have, for years, been paying 14.95 to something called TWX 0209 without knowing what is is. I understand it is with aol and has to do with dial up. I have not had dial up for a lot of years. I have Charter. I have had it for years. Please respond. Thank you
