AOL - Unauthorized Charges

On January 2008 my son moved out to other state so i closed his AOL account via mail to the florida office. every month since january they have been directly billing my checking account twice for 16.96 plus costing me another #35.00 each on overdraft charges for there billing me for account i closed in january 2008. yesterdays bank statement read they billed me for 54.95 for what? so each month they cost me 16.95 + 35.oo bank overdraft fees. so 51.95 each month for an AOL account i closed seven months ago in january.

my bank said it is closing my account cause od AOL. i have written AOL twice a month on this. no responses. so 35.00 x 2 = 70.00 + 16.95 begg9nning of month plus again 16.95 end of month billing off my checking account. that's 86.95per month AOL charges on my checking. i have all the bank statements to prove it.

AOL is stealing not only my personel information but trying to steal my banking information as well!

AOL is asking for my personal bank information.

About a year ago i made a final payment to AOL because my computer was broke. The visa I used was not the same as the one that had a monthly direct debit had been set up on. Until now i havent realised that for the lastyear AOL have taken 17.99 a month, unauthorised from my account when i am not even with them. The account (if still open) is unused and i am now with sky.

Economically, AOL have frauduently taken a high amount of money from me and the only reason i found out was when i had to pay charges to my bank for overdrawing.

I received a letter from the AOL Billing Department threatening to terminate my account if I did not write to them within 24 hours to verify my account. I was out of the country for two weeks and this etter was old when I read it.

Although my address is stilll working, I do not know what to do. [They] provided no telephone number or return address to take care of this matter.
