I connected and installed with AOL 9.0 VR essential internet service for dial-up and high speed users at (02/13/09). When I go on online, it is too slow. Please do me favour to be faster and faster in my online, thank you.

AOL Turned off Xdrive intenet data storage on 1/9/09 and will not let me access my personal data that I payed them to store. Never received any notification of service termination, only found out when tried to upload holiday photo's. Searched internet and found only emails were sent to AOL addresses and not to yahoo.

Lost all irreplaceable family photo's, letter, and impotant data.

The service is horrible. They pressured me day after day 2 years ago about getting Broadband, I did and have been cut off, service freezes up, and cannot relate to person from AOL as most do not speak English. AOL has caused many problems on my computer. I have talked with many people who have said they have had similar problems with their computers and to get totally rid of them they have had to dump their main frames and start over.

The damage is nothing heavy. It's just sometimes when I am working on things, the freezing up causes me to lose things and my computer runs on the slow mode even though I have a high speed provider....

I am serving in the USArmy, stationed in Germany.Living on then German Economy, hooked up to AOL (ALICE)both telephone services and internet. The German AOL Company, male employee would not help or offer to help me with my phone difficulties. Been reported 4 times in 6 months and they have been rude, hung up on me and tell me there is nothing they can do....I need to keep in touch with my family in America, since my mother is ill and I have recently returned from Iraq...What is going on!!! I need my telephone service..do I report this to my lawyer to get results or do I quit AOL and use another service. Your response is waiting since there are other soldiers in the same situation.
