I was made a payment on line. Somehow the payment came out three times. This caused my checking account to be chargerd 68.00 because I did not have money to cover it. I faxed all the paper work on 7/30/08. They never received it. I again faxed it on 8/2/08 and 8/20/08.

i called on 8/22/08. The manager Chelsea Perkins told me to fax again. Then she told me she found the oringinal fax from the begining of the month. After all this work I was told to call back as soon as possible because they would be to busy on Monday to help me. i was then told when I called I was not getting a refund of 68.

I am struggling financially. This company's web site automatically took money out of my account three times resulting in a negative balance. I have been a customer of this company for eight years. i never had and online billing problem. The fact I got the run around from this company infuriates me. Then to tell me they will not pay for the mistake is worse.

A gentlemen phoned and informed me that he could give me a better rating on my home owner insurance than the company I was using. He was from Travelers, he quoted me a price and it was cheaper and I asked if the insurance had total coverage as my present insurance, and he insured me that it did.

I recently found out differently this May 13th when I had a flood in my basement because my electricity went out for hours and my sump pump was unable to work. I phoned travelers, they informed me that I had a 1,000.00 deductible, I was shocked, then they had me call all of these cleaning companys to extract the water from my home and even adviced me to go and have the carpets removed due to the odor and mildew.

I waited on an adjuster for 2 weeks to contact me, when he did he told me that I did not have a backup sump pump insurance so they could not pay for my loss. I have paid 1,400.00 out of pocket, and owe the contractor another 3,000.00 of which I don't have. The adjuster MJ said to me maybe you can make payment arrangements with the contractor. I told him if the agent had made all necessary arrangments to make sure that I had the exact insurance coverage as I did with my last insurance company, I wouldn't be worrying about this.

I pay insurance am broke and am living in a mildew wet dirty unliveable environment. Guess what they don't care. They told me that my area was considered a disaster, but who gets paid? I need help to have my beautiful home restored to its original state, and I don't know how I'm going to do it.

Water damage, in three rooms, mold, mildew and damaged furniture and floors. My home is ruined.

I just rented a car from Budget and accepted their offer of gas coupons, etc for joining. Was shocked to get membership kit to see it was run by Travelers Advantage, part of Trilegiant Corp.in Trumbull,Conn. Had problem before trying to get them to cancel membership. Had to put stop payment with CITI and get new credit card. Any complaint to Budget bonus dept. is automatically transferred to TA.Budget Avis is obviously a front for TA and receives cut of membership fee.

None yet. Unless my cancellation request is not honored this time.
